Pengaruh Pemberian Tepung Daun Kelor (Moringa Oleifera) Terhadap Karkas Dan Lemak Abdominal Pada Ayam Broiler Yang Mendapat Cekaman Panas

PENGARUH PEMBERIAN TEPUNG DAUN KELOR (Moringa oleifera) TERHADAP KARKAS DAN LEMAK ABDOMINAL PADA AYAM BROILER YANG MENDAPAT CEKAMAN PANAS ARNOL, dibawah bimbingan Prof. Dr. Ir. Husmaini, MP dan Dr. Ir. Sabrina, MS Bagian Ilmu dan Teknologi Produksi Ternak Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Andalas Padang, 2019 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberin tepung daun kelor pada dosis yang berbeda terhadap persentase karkas dan persentase lemak abdomen ayam proiler. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan lima ulangan. Perlakuan tersebut antara lain: A = air minum tampa tepung daun kelor (kontrol); B = air minum + tepung daun kelor 0,5% dari berat air; C = air minum + tepung daun kelor 1% dari berat air; D = air minum + tepung daun kelor 1,5% dari berat air. Data analisa dengan metode analisis sidik ragam dan perbedaan pada masing-masing rataan diuji lanjut dengan uji DMRT. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemberian tepung daun kelor terhadap air minum broiler berpengaruh nyata (P0,05) terhadap bobot akhir dan lemak abdomen broiler. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh pemberian tepung daun kelor sampai taraf 1,5% pada air minum dengan suhu 35oC dapat menurunkan frekuensi pernafasan dari 198,6 kali/menit menjadi 136,8 kali/menit, dan menghasilkan bobot akhir 1715,8 g, persentase karkas 74,29%, persentase lemak abdomen 1,03%. PENGARUH PERMAINAN TRADISIONAL TERHADAP KERJASAMA PADA SISWA SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS

Dalam upaya meningkatkan nilai-nilai kerjasama pada siswa sekolah menengah atas diperlukan bahan ajar yang tepat untuk diberikan kepada siswa. Salah satu bahan ajar yang dapat diterapkan adalah permainan tradisional. Permainan tradisional merupakan permainan yang berasal dari Indonesia yang banyak mengandung nilai afektif dan psikomotor yang berguna untuk pertumbuhan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh permainan tradisional terhadap kerjasama pada siswa sekolah menengah atas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI di SMAK 2 BPK Penabur Bandung tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil seluruhnya menggunakan teknik random sampling sebanyak 50 orang. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis uji t dengan kesamaan dua rata-rata satu pihak.Pada variabel kerjasama hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa thitung (2,651`) lebih besar dari ttabel (2,010). Kriteria pengujian adalah tolak Ho jika thitung > ttabel pada taraf nyata α = 0,05 dengan (dk) = 28. Dalam hal ini t hitung berada pada daerah penolakan Ho, jadi Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh permainan tradisional terhadap kerjasama pada siswa sekolah menengah atas. ;---In an effort to increase the values of cooperation/ teamplay on high school students, the right teaching material has to be given to student, the teaching material that can be applied is Traditional Game. Traditional games that originally came from Indonesia have a lot of effective values and psychomotor values which are important for children development. This research aims to evaluate the effect of traditional game towards students’ teamplay in High School. The methodology used in this research is experimental method. The population in this research is class XI students in SMAK 2 BPK Penabur Bandung 2015/2016. The sample in this research is taken with random sampling of 50 students. The statistical analysis used is the analysis of the t-test with an average similarity of the two variables. On cooperation/teamplay variable the testing results show that thitung (2,651) is greater than ttabel (2,010). The testing criteria is rejected if Ho thitung > ttabel the real level α = 0.05 (df) = 28. In this case t hitung is in the region of Ho rejection, so Ho refused and H1 accepted which means there are significant effect of traditional game against cooperation/ teamplay on high school students

Statistical Methods for the Analysis of Contextual Gene Expression Data

Technological advances have enabled profiling gene expression variability, both at the RNA and the protein level, with ever increasing throughput. In addition, miniaturisation has enabled quantifying gene expression from small volumes of the input material and most recently at the level of single cells. Increasingly these technologies also preserve context information, such as assaying tissues with high spatial resolution. A second example of contextual information is multi-omics protocols, for example to assay gene expression and DNA methylation from the same cells or samples. Although such contextual gene expression datasets are increasingly available for both popu- lation and single-cell variation studies, methods for their analysis are not established. In this thesis, we propose two modelling approaches for the analysis of gene expression variation in specific biological contexts. The first contribution of this thesis is a statistical method for analysing single cell expression data in a spatial context. Our method identifies the sources of gene expression variability by decomposing it into different components, each attributable to a different source. These sources include aspects of spatial variation such as cell-cell interactions. In applications to data across different technologies, we show that cell-cell interactions are indeed a major determinant of the expression level of specific genes with a relevant link to their function. The second contribution is a latent variable model for the unsupervised analysis of gene expression data, while accounting for structured prior knowledge on experimental context. The proposed method enables the joint analysis of gene expression data and other omics data profiled in the same samples, and the model can be used to account for the grouping structure of samples, e.g. samples from individuals with different clinical covariates or from distinct experimental batches. Enmarcándonos en el contexto mundial y reconociendo el acelerado avance tecnológico, es notoria la necesidad de implementar un plan de estudios apoyado en el uso de nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación, que forme al estudiante y lo motive en la construcción de su propio conocimiento, alcanzando de esta manera su participación activa y proyección hacia el campo de la solución de problemas de su entorno. Multistability and nonsmooth bifurcations in the quasiperiodically forced circle map

It is well-known that the dynamics of the Arnold circle map is phase-locked in regions of the parameter space called Arnold tongues. If the map is invertible, the only possible dynamics is either quasiperiodic motion, or phase-locked behavior with a unique attracting periodic orbit. Under the influence of quasiperiodic forcing the dynamics of the map changes dramatically. Inside the Arnold tongues open regions of multistability exist, and the parameter dependency of the dynamics becomes rather complex. DESAIN BIOREAKTOR PENGOLAHAN LIMBAH AIR ASAM TAMBANG MENGGUNAKAN SEDIMEN WETLAND SEBAGAI SUMBER INOKULUM MIKROBA BAKTERI PEREDUKSI SULFAT

Acid  mine drainage is one of the dangerous  wastes produced by mining activities because it contains sulfuric acid and heavy metals of high grade. This study aims to determine the influence of mangrove sediments in reducing heavy metals, increasing pH, reducing levels of sulphate and increasing the number of microbes. The results showed that the distribution of mangrove sediments in the treatment of P1, P2 and P3 on AMD could increase the pH of AMD successively from 2,22, 2,14 and 2,16 to 7,21,7,22 and 7,13 after 30 day. Mangrove sediment was also able to reduce sulphate concentration from sulphate concentration at AMD within 30 days from level of 383,25 ppm, 408,34 ppm and 405,15 ppm to 225,51 ppm, 181,34 ppm and 211 , 32 ppm. Mangrove sediment was able to decrease Pb, Cu, Fe metal content on the first day as much 1.5493 ppm, 1.87 ppm and 2.20 ppm to 0 ppm, 0.0431 ppm and 1.2231 ppm. The study also showed that the amount of microbes in the sediments continued to increase on the 30th day 1.2 x 1012 CFU / mL, 1.9 x 1012 CFU / mL and 4.6 x 1010 CFU / mL

The purpose of this study was to determine andanalyze the effect of product innovation capabilities on product differentiation andproduct differentiation influence on the performance of marketing. This type ofresearch is inferential with a quantitative approach. Sampling was done by usingNon-Probability or purposive sampling a total of 120 samples. Collecting datausing questionnaires as research instrument. Data analysis using descriptiveanalysis and test equipment used is Path Analysis.Hypothesis testing using the Ftest and t test. The results showed that (1) there is a significant and positive effectof product innovation capabilities on product differentiation; (2) there is a positiveand significant effect on the performance of product differentiation marketing.The values R2 is found to be 0.934, which means the amount of exogenousvariables on endogenous variables by 93.4%

Let Lag(E) be the grassmannian of lagrangian subspaces of a complex symplectic vector space E. We construct a Maslov class which generates the second integral cohomology of Lag(E), and we show that its mod 2 reduction is the characteristic class of a flat gerbe with structure group Z_2. We explain the relation of this gerbe to the well-known flat Maslov line bundle with structure group Z_4 over the real lagrangian grassmannian, whose characteristic class is the mod 4 reduction of the real Maslov class.Comment: 8 page

Pembiayaan konsumen (Consumer finance) merupkan sistem pembiayaan yang masih terbilang muda usianya namun cukup aktip berperan dalam menunjang dunia bisnis di Indonesia. Hadirnya perusahaan-perusahaan pembiayaan diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada konsumen untuk memperoleh barang kebutuhan/keperluan hidupnya, seperti televisi, mobil, sepeda motor,dan lain sebagainya. PT. BII Finance termasuk salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan yang kegiatan usahanya bergerak di bidang pembiayaan konsumen Otomotif (mobil). Kegiatan perusahaan ini dilakukan melalui sistem pemberian kredit yang di bayarkan oleh konsumen secara berkala/angsuran.
