The paper deals with the issues of organizational and economic support of electronic industry in the framework of the organizational and economic mechanism of the above industry development on the basis of innovation. It regulates the activities of the government, sectoral and business organizations, which provide the development of the electronic industry. The proposalsare as follows: to work out a State Program of Development of the Electronic Industry, andto create a sectoral information system, a cluster “development of the electronic industry”, holding the electronic industry, a sectoral technology transfer system, training educational and scientific centres for the engineering staff. It is shown that at a corporate level the development of electronic industry is promoted by establishment of production facilities with the use of well-known brands and foreign electronic productions, technologies transfer with consideration of supply channels, introduction of business market mechanisms, IPC standards, and production information systems PDM/PLM.
A specific feature of these measures is that to develop the issues of financial and economic, technical and technological, innovation and market support of the electronic industry development the methods of grouping, generalization of economic indicators received from the enterprises of this industry, and economic mathematical modelling using a correlation regression and structural logical analysis have been used. The application of these methods suggests that the use of the organizational and economic support contributes to promising development of the electronic industry in Ukraine which consists in formation of the core of the electronic industry and its integration in the world electronic space in the future.

Catalytic abatement of trichloroethylene over Mo and/or W-based bronzes
[EN] In this paper we present the results of the synthesis, characterization and catalytic behaviour of Mo(W)¿Nb¿V¿O mixed metal oxides bronzes for the catalytic oxidation of trichloroethylene. The catalysts were prepared hydrothermally with different Mo/W/Nb/V/P atomic ratio and heat-treated at 500 and 700 °C. They were characterized by several techniques as N2-adsorption, X-ray diffraction, FTIR, SEM-EDS, temperature programmed desorption, temperature programmed reduction, UV¿vis, Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy of adsorbed pyridine and 18O/16O isotope exchange. X-ray diffraction patterns (XRD) of samples heat-treated at 500 °C suggest the presence of a semi-crystalline material with a diffraction peak at ca. 2¿ = 22.2°, while XRD patterns of samples heat-treated at 700 °C show the formation of a tetragonal tungsten bronze (TTB) structure. The activity for the catalytic abatement of trichloroethylene strongly depends on the heat-treatment temperature and the catalyst composition. Thus, samples with W/(Mo + W) atomic ratios of 0.25-0.75 and heat-treated at 500 °C are the most active ones. The enhanced activity has been related to the remarkable higher surface area of the catalyst and to the catalyst composition which influences the acid characteristics as well as the reducibility and reoxidation of the catalysts. The importance of the oxygen dissociation on the catalyst surface and the diffusion of oxygen species through the catalyst are also discussed. The authors wish to thank DGICYT in Spain (Project CTQ2009-14495 and CSD2009-00050-CONSOLIDER/INGENIO 2010) and Universitat Politecnica de Valencia for the financial support. Ambient-pressure endstation of the Versatile Soft X-ray (VerSoX) beamline at Diamond Light Source
The ambient-pressure endstation and branchline of the Versatile Soft X-ray (VerSoX) beamline B07 at Diamond Light Source serves a very diverse user community studying heterogeneous catalysts, pharmaceuticals and biomaterials under realistic conditions, liquids and ices, and novel electronic, photonic and battery materials. The instrument facilitates studies of the near-surface chemical composition, electronic and geometric structure of a variety of samples using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and near-edge X-ray absorption fine-structure (NEXAFS) spectroscopy in the photon energy range from 170 eV to 2800 eV. The beamline provides a resolving power hν/Δ(hν) > 5000 at a photon flux > 1010 photons s−1 over most of its energy range. By operating the optical elements in a low-pressure oxygen atmosphere, carbon contamination can be almost completely eliminated, which makes the beamline particularly suitable for carbon K-edge NEXAFS. The endstation can be operated at pressures up to 100 mbar, whereby XPS can be routinely performed up to 30 mbar. A selection of typical data demonstrates the capability of the instrument to analyse details of the surface composition of solid samples under ambient-pressure conditions using XPS and NEXAFS. In addition, it offers a convenient way of analysing the gas phase through X-ray absorption spectroscopy. Short XPS spectra can be measured at a time scale of tens of seconds. The shortest data acquisition times for NEXAFS are around 0.5 s per data point

Cu/ZrO2 Catalysts for NO-CH4 Reaction
Cu(2wt%)/ZrO2 shows a high activity for catalytic NO decomposition with CH4 at 873 K. Cu K-edge XANES results show that Cu2+ ions were reduced to form Cu+ after the reaction, and, metallic Cu0 was scarcely seen. It is concluded that the redox of the Cu ions (Cu2+ →←Cu+) plays an important role for NO- CH4 reaction
