    ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine whether problem-based learning-oriented teaching materials are valid and practical in improving mathematical communication skills. Materials that do not relate problems in real-world contexts and students' low mathematical communication skills are the reasons this research was conducted. This type of research is development (development research). This study uses a 4-D development model Thiagarajan, Semmel and Semmel by developing teaching materials oriented to problem-based learning approaches. The teaching materials developed are teacher books and student books. The trial was carried out on 32 students of class VII-4 and VII-5 at SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Susu. From the results of trial I and trial II it was obtained: The validity of teaching materials according to the expert team was valid, and practicality teaching materials have met the practical criteria in terms of: a) the validator states the teaching materials can be used with minor revisions; b) the results of observations of the implementation of teaching materials have been said to be good. Keywords: teaching materials, Problem Based Learnin

    PERBEDAAN LINGKUNGAN PEMBELAJARAN DAN MOTIVASI SELAMA PEMBELAJARAN DARING ANTAR TINGKAT MAHASISWA KLINIK FAKULTAS KEDOKTERAN UNIVERSITAS ISLAM MALANG

    ABSTRAKPendahuluan: Pembelajaran daring menuntut mahasiswa untuk lebih memiliki motivasi belajar dan hasil pembelajaran daring sangat dipengaruhi oleh motivasi tersebut. Lingkungan belajar yang efektif dan kondusif akan menciptakan kelancaran pada proses pembelajaran sehingga menghasilkan hasil yang optimal pada pembelajaran.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 79 mahasiswa klinik FK UNISMA tingkat awal yang termasuk angkatan 2020 dan 113 mahasiswa klinik FK UNISMA tingkat akhir yang termasuk angkatan 2018 dan 2019. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat.Hasil: Hasil uji komparasi Mann-Whitney didapatkan nilai p 0,01 yang menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan persepsi lingkungan mahasiswa klinik tingkat awal dan tingkat akhir bermakna. Hasil uji komparasi Mann-Whitney juga didapatkan nilai p 0,038 yang menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan motivasi belajar mahasiswa klinik tingkat awal dan tingkat akhir bermakna.Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan persepsi lingkungan belajar yang signifikan antara mahasiswa klinik tingkat awal dan tingkat akhir yang menempuh pembelajarn daring selama pandemi COVID-19 di FK UNISMA dan perbedaan motivasi belajar yang signifikan antara mahasiswa klinik tingkat awal dan tingkat akhir yang menempuh pembelajaran daring selama pandemi COVID-19 di FK UNISMA. Kata Kunci : lingkungan belajar, motivasi belajar, pembelajaran darin

    Pain Experience After Caesarean Section: A Qualitative Study

    Pain is a sensory experience that is most often felt by a person when experiencing an injury. Pain is classified as a positive sensory disturbance. In essence, pain cannot be interpreted and cannot be measured, but it cannot be denied that pain is an unpleasant feeling. Caesarean section surgery performed on the mother has a side effect of pain that occurs due to network connectivity and surgery. The purpose of this study was to describe the pain experience of patients after their caesarean section. In this study, three themes were obtained, namely: 1) pain experiences; 2) disturbed sleep patterns; and 3) causes of caesarean section.     Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, nilai tukar, dan suku bunga The Fed terhadap harga saham perusahaan manufaktur sektor otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2017-2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang didapatkan melalui data publikasi online dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Galeri Investasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (GIBEI) STIESIA dan Federal Reserve Economic Data. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang mendapatkan 11 sampel untuk penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi, nilai tukar, dan suku bunga The Fed berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham

    Hydrologic modelling using TRMM-based rainfall products for flood analysis

    The low resolution and the limitation of data are the main problems for flood analysis, so that the flood prediction often becomes inaccurate. This led to the decision policy for flood disaster mitigation often becomes ineffective. Currently the available of satellite-estimated rainfall data is gradually becoming a cost-effective source of input for flood prediction under a variety of circumstances. This study developed a hydrologic modelling using Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM) satellites data and IFAS (Integrated Flood Analysis System) tool for flood analysis. Upper Rokan watershed with the AWLR (Automatic Water Level Recorder) station of Lubuk Bendahara and Pasir Pangaraian in Riau Province were picked up as study area of this research. The study areas are located in Rokan Hulu regency which is the most vulnerable regency against flood disaster in Riau Province. The results show that the hydrologic modelling using satellite data can be used as an alternative for flood analysis in the area with limited ground data. The flood discharge prediction shows an acceptable error with the ground measurement data. The wave shape error, the volume error, and the peak discharge error for Lubuk Bendahara station are 9.58%, 17.28%, and 10.81%, and for Pasir Pangaraian station are 33.62%, 8.60% and 5.88% respectively
