KARAKTERISASI PERILAKU NILAI EIGEN DAN VEKTOR EIGEN DARI MATRIKS PERSEGI ATAS ALJABAR SUPERTROPICAL

Aljabar tropical adalah suatu struktur aljabar yang berkaitan dengan dua operasi biner dan memenuhi aksioma semiring idempoten. Beberapa permasalahan dalam aljabar tropical tidak dapat diselesaikan dengan mudah. Oleh karena itu, diberikan suatu struktur aljabar terkait dengan aljabar tropical yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, yaitu aljabar supertropical. Struktur aljabar supertropical dibentuk dari perluasan semiring tropical. Salah satu bagian yang penting untuk dibahas berkaitan dengan aljabar supertropical adalah masalah nilai eigen dan vektor eigen dari matriks persegi atas semiring supertropical (atau eigenproblem). Pada penelitian ini dibahas mengenai perilaku nilai eigen dan vektor eigen yang bersesuaian dari matriks persegi atas semiring supertropical. Selanjutnya dibandingkan antara perilaku nilai eigen dan vektor eigen dari matriks persegi pada aljabar tropical dengan aljabar supertropical. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai eigen dari matriks persegi atas semiring supertropical tidak selalu tunggal, akan tetapi memiliki vektor eigen yang tidak tunggal. Nilai eigen dari matriks persegi atas semiring tropical dengan semiring supertropical menunjukkan perilaku yang sama, yaitu diperoleh suatu nilai eigen supertropical dan vektor eigen supertropical yang bersesuaian yang juga merupakan nilai eigen untuk matriks persegi atas aljabar tropical

PKM PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN MASKER KAIN DAN HAND SANITIZER BAGI IBU PKK SEBAGAI UPAYA PENCEGAHAN PENYEBARAN COVID-19

Abstrak: Berbagai upaya perlindungan diri dalam upaya menghindari kontaminasi COVID-19 seperti memakai masker, mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan menggunakan hand sanitizer giat disuarakan di berbagai daerah. Sayangnya, upaya pencegahan tersebut membutuhkan biaya mahal. Langkanya Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) di pasaran menyebabkan kenaikan harga yang tidak masuk akal. Hal ini sangat berdampak bagi masyarakaat yang berekonomi rendah. Banyak masyarakat tidak mampu membeli APD seperti masker dan hand sanitizer. Kondisi ini mendorong tim mengadakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan pembuatan masker kain dan hand sanitizer kepada ibu PKK Dusun Gumuk Desa Karangsari, Banyuwangi. Dalam pelatihan ini para ibu-ibu PKK diajarkan bagaimana cara membuat masker kain yang terdiri dari 2 lapis kain yang dapat disisipi tisu atau kertas filter dan dijahit secara manual tanpa menggunakan mesin jahit. Jadi bagi ibu-ibu yang tidak memiliki mesin jahit bisa dengan sangat mudah membuat sendiri masker kain ini di rumah. Untuk pembuatan hand sanitizer, para ibu-ibu PKK diajarkan cara membuat hand sanitizer dengan bahan yang terjangkau namun sesuai prosedur pembuatan dan komposisi yang tepat. Setelah mengikuti pelatiha ini, kemampuan penguasaan ibu-ibu PKK bisa dikatakan mencapai 100%. Hal ini dibuktikaan dengan kemmapuan mereka dalam membuat sendiri masker dan handsanitizer setelah pelatihan selesai. Masker dan hand sanitizer yang dihasilkan oleh ibu-ibu PKK selanjutnya dibagikan kepada masyarakat sekitar. Abstract:  Various self-protection efforts in an effort to avoid COVID-19 contamination such as wearing masks, washing hands with soap and using hand sanitizer are actively voiced in various regions. Unfortunately, these prevention efforts are expensive. The scarcity of personal protective equipment in the market has led to an unreasonable increase in prices. This, of course, has a huge impact on society with a low economy. Many of them cannot afford PPE such as masks and hand sanitizers. This condition encourages us to hold community service in the form of training in making cloth masks and hand sanitizers for PKK members in Gumuk, Karangsari, Banyuwangi. In this training, PKK members were taught how to make 2 layers cloth masks which can be inserted tissue inside and sewn manually without using a sewing machine. So, it ease for those who does not have a sewing machine to make it at home.  In the process of hand sanitizer making, PKK members were taught how to make hand sanitizers using affordable materials, suitable composisition, and correct procedure. After following this training, the capability of PKK improved, using percentage it can be said that they 100% master it. It is proved by their capability in producing mask and hand sanitizer at their own house after training finished. The masks and hand sanitizers produced were then distributed to the surrounding community

Algoritma Floyd-Warshall untuk Penentuan Rute Terpendek Model Jaringan Pariwisata Kabupaten Banyuwangi

Kabupaten Banyuwangi adalah daerah tujuan wisata yang memiliki banyak objek wisata. Hal ini dikarenakan Banyuwangi memiliki potensi sumber daya alam yang besar. Banyaknya objek wisata yang ada di Banyuwangi mengakibatkan semakin besarnya kebutuhan informasi rute menuju tempat wisata yang akan dikunjungi. Rute terpendek dapat mengefisienkan waktu, tenaga, dan biaya yang dikeluarkan wisatawan.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pencarian jalur terpendek menuju objek wisata tertentu dari posisi awal wisatawan berada dengan menerapkan algoritma Floyd-Warshall. Algoritma Floyd Warshall adalah algoritma sederhana yang mampu membandingkan semua kemungkinan lintasan pada graph untuk semua sisi dan simpul.  Algoritma ini memiliki input matriks persegi yang merupakan representasi graf berarah berbobot model jaringan pariwisata Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rute terpendek dari jaringan pariwisata Kabupaten Banyuwangi.Kata kunci: Rute terpendek, Algoritma Floyd-Warshall, Jaringan Pariwisat

SMART INTELLIGENCE GAME SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INGGRIS DI SDN 5 KARANGSARI

Abstrak: Penguasaan Bahasa Inggris ssangat dibutuhkan. Oleh karena itu pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris kemudian masuk kedalam kurikulum Pendidikan Indonesia. SDN 5 Karangsari merupakan salah satu Sekolah yang mengajarkan Bahasa Inggris sebagai muatan lokal. Sayangnya, keterbatasan waktu membuat pembelajaran tidak maksimal, Padahal kemampuan Bahasa Inggris siswa masih dalam katerori rendah. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, tim pengabdian Politeknik Negeri Banyuwangi menciptakan game yang dapat digunakan sebagai media belajar siswa diluar jam sekolah. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah menciptakan suatu media pembelajaran yang dapat membantu anak-anak belajar Bahasa Inggris dengan menyenangkan dan fleksibel. Metode sosialisasi digunakan untuk memperkenalkan game ini kepada guru dan siswa. Mitra dari kegiatan ini adalah SDN 5 Karangsari. Evaluasi hasil digunakan setelah anak-anak menggunakan game tersebut. Sebelum penggunaan game, anak-anak diberikan pretest untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal mereka. Setelah menggunakan game ini, kemudian anak-anak diberikan post-test. Dari hasil post-test diketahui terjadi peningkatan kemampuan yang diperoleh siswa-siswa di SDN 5 Karangsari sebesar 80%.Abstract: Mastery of English is very much needed. Therefore, English language learning was incorporated into the Indonesian education curriculum. SDN 5 Karangsari is one of the schools that teaches English as a local content. Unfortunately, time constraints make learning not optimal, even though students' English skills are still in the low category. To overcome this problem, the Banyuwangi State Polytechnic service team created a game that can be used as a medium for students to learn outside of school hours. The purpose of this service activity is to create a learning media that can help children learn English in a fun and flexible way. The socialisation method is used to introduce this game to teachers and students. The partner of this activity is SDN 5 Karangsari. Outcome evaluation was used after the children used the game. Before using the game, the children were given a pretest to find out their initial ability. After using the game, the children were given a post-test. From the post-test results, it was found that there was an increase in the ability obtained by students at SDN 5 Karangsari by 80%.

PENYELESAIAN MULTI-OBJECTIVE FLEXIBLE JOB SHOP SCHEDULING PROBLEM MENGGUNAKAN HYBRID ALGORITMA IMUN

Flexible Job shop scheduling problem (FJSSP) is one of scheduling problems with specification: there is a job to be done in a certain order, each job contains a number of operations and each operation is processed on a machine of some available machine. The purpose of this paper is to solve Multi-objective Flexible Job Shop scheduling problem with minimizing the makespan, the biggest workload and the total workload of all machines. Because of complexity these problem, a integrated approach Immune Algorithm (IA) and Simulated Annealing (SA) algorithm are combined to solve the multi-objective FJSSP. A clonal selection is a strategy for generating new antibody based on selecting the antibody for reproduction. SA is used as a local search search algorithm for enhancing the local ability with certain probability to avoid becoming trapped in a local optimum. The simulation result have proved that this hybrid immune algorithm is an efficient and effective approach to solve the multi-objective FJSS

Pemanfaatan Limbah Ampas Kopi Dalam Pembuatan Sabun Batang di Kampung Wisata Kopi Lerek Gombengsari Banyuwangi

Lerek Gombengsari (Lego) Coffee Tourism Village is one of the coffee educational tourism destinations in Banyuwangi. This tourist destination combines agro-tourism and educational tourism so that visitors can learn and practice coffee plantation management organically with an educational system adhering to the principle of Learning by doing. The use of coffee in the Gombengsari area is still limited to coffee beans. Coffee beans are processed into coffee grounds which are enjoyed by tourists, both domestic and foreign tourists. The processing of coffee beans produces 45% of coffee waste in the form of coffee grounds and each cup of coffee drunk containing coffee grounds has an average weight of 20 grams. Therefore, coffee grounds waste must be processed because it can be harmful to health and the environment. Coffee grounds waste contains caffeine, organic acids, minerals and antioxidants that are useful for smoothing the skin, moisturizing the skin and preventing free radicals. Based on these contents, the coffee grounds at Kampung Lego Tourism will be processed into traditional soap bars. Making bar soap is done traditionally to avoid chemicals so that it can reduce problems on the skin. The PKM activity by the Poliwangi Lecturer Team was able to produce processed bar soap products which were packaged under the name Srikandi Homemade Soap. These results are able to add to the list of processed variants that are very useful for partners

The EMPOWERMENT OF IIK KENDENGLEMBU THROUGH THE UTILIZATION OF CHOCOLATE PACKAGE AS INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING TRADITIONAL SCRUB

Kendenglembu Glenmore Farm is a cocoa producing area in Banyuwangi. This plantation is managed by BUMN, namely PTPN XII. One of the results of cocoa processing is in the form of cocoa powder which is marketed through a variety of foods and beverages. These various foods and beverages are partly managed through IIK Kendneglemembu, hereinafter referred to as PKM partners. In the production process, it produces a by-product in the form of waste commonly known as chocolate cake. The properties contained in it are able to ward off free radicals which are very beneficial for the skin. Seeing this content, to add value to the chocolate cake, it is converted into a scrub. The scrub is made traditionally with the aim of protecting the skin from harmful chemicals. This PKM activity by the Poliwangi Lecturer Team was able to produce processed products from chocolate cake in the form of a traditional scrub which was packaged under the name Srikandi Lulur Traditional. This result is able to add to the list of processed variants that are very useful for partners
