Analysis of the Knowledge and Skills of Science Teachers in the Northern Region of Solok Regency in Planning Implementing and Evaluating 21st Century Learning
This study aims to determine the Knowledge and Skills of Science Teachers MGMP IPA North Region Solok Regency in Planning, Implementing and Evaluating 21st Century Learning This research is a type of descriptive research. The population in this study came from the North Region Science MGMP of Solok Regency. The sample of this study came from SMPN 1 X Koto Diatas, SMPN 1 Singkarak and SMPN 1 Junjung. The sample technique is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques are tests, observations, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in the form of quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that the knowledge and skills of MGMP IPA science teachers in the northern region of Solok district are very good in planning, implementing and evaluating students' 21st century learning. This can be seen from the 21st century learning analysis value of SMP 1 X Koto Diatas of 78.15 good category, SMPN 2 of 78.56 good category Kubung and SMPN 1 X Koto Singkarak of 89.46 excellent category. Experimental study on performance of square tube absorber with phase change material
The intermittent nature of solar radiation has decreased the performance efficiency of solar heaters. Integrating the
solar heater with thermal energy storage component could increase its performance effectively. In this article, an
investigation on the effect of phase change material (PCM) as the thermal energy storage component on the
performance of square aluminum tube was carried out experimentally. In the first phase, the temperature behavior of
square aluminum tube with two types of PCM, namely, generic plant-based PCM (A2) and paraffin wax (A3), was
compared with square aluminum tube without PCM (A1). In the second phase, the performance of square aluminum
tube was investigated with different paraffin wax masses of 38 g (B1), 48 g (B2), and 58 g (B3). Based on the result, the
A3 tube configuration performed better than A1 and A2 tube configurations with higher heat gain rate (0.08°C/s) and
lower heat discharge rate (−0.04°C/s). The B2 tube configuration was found to have maximum heat gain of 3.73 kJ with
higher heat discharge rate as compared with other square tube configurations. The average temperature difference
between internal and external surface tube of B2 was lower (4.3°C) leading to higher average temperature difference at
ambient temperature of 25.3°C. Instantaneous efficiency of the tube B2 is higher than the B1 and B3 tube
configurations by 16% and 26%, respectively. The result suggests that the insertion of paraffin wax inside the square
absorber tube improves the temperature response of the absorber in the situation of intermittent solar radiation

Entrepreneurial intention among convicts undergoing entrepreneurial skills training at a correctional institution
Prison is a correctional institution to form and correct the behavior of prisoners so as to be in line with the requirements of the norm and also the values of society.A convict is a person found guilty of a crime and sentenced by a court.A person serving a sentence in prison is known as prisoner or inmate undergoing a sentence of imprisonment. While undergoing punishment in prison, convicts also undergoing entrepreneurial skills training with the hoped that when they have completed their time in prison, they would
not return repeated crimes and return to prison. Therefore, the objectives of this study were to review the profiles of convicts and to assess the level of entrepreneurial intention among convicts who have followed conviction entrepreneurial skills training in prison.The samples consist of 300 convicts taken at random from one of the correctional institution.Data were collected at random using questionnaire instrument and analyzed using a descriptive statistics comprising of mean score, standard deviation, frequency, percentage and ranking.The study found that convicts who have followed the conviction entrepreneurial skills training program while in the prison have a high level of entrepreneurial intention with a mean score 4.12 and standard deviation 0.561.This study showed that entrepreneurial skills training undergoing by these convicts, and followed by their sentenced conviction while completing their punishment in prison, they have been able to foster a high level of entrepreneurial intention. Implications of the study showed that convicts that undergoing entrepreneurial skills training have the potential to be shaped up into becoming
entrepreneurs.Therefore, a comprehensive entrepreneurial skills training program, entrepreneurship education and support program should be planned and implemented for convicts to assist and prepare them for their new future business venture.This can give way to convicts as their willingness to make entrepreneurship as a career option after they get out of jail later

Effects of energy level and PMSG dose on blood progesterone, insulin and FSH concentration in Zel ewes prior to and after mating
About 184 Zel ewes, 3-5 years of age and a body weight of between 40 and 45 kg were used in the trial. Ewes were randomly allocated to 4 treatments groups based on BW and age (46 ewes/group). All of the ewes were fed in two nutritional groups including low (2 mcal kg-1) and high (2.3 mcal kg-1) metabolizeble energy diet. Ewes received experimental diet until 28th day of experiment. The estrous cycles of ewes were synchronized using SIDR and 2 levels of PMSG (300 and 500 IU). Treatments include: 1-High energy and 300 IU PMSG (H300), 2-High energy and 500 IU PMSG (H500), 3-Low energy and 300 IU PMSG (L300) and 4-Low energy and 500 IU PMSG (L300). Jugular blood samples were collected from ewes using vacutainers at 10 h in first day of experiment, CIDR insert day, CIDR removal day before mating and 120 h after mating. Bloods samples centrifuged at 3000x g for 15 min then serum immediately separated and kept frozen at -20°C until analysis for insulin, FSH and progesterone. Repeated measurements used for data analysis. The result showed that there were no any significant difference between two groups weight before start the experiment (p>0.05). During the experiment high level of energy increased the body weight than low level group (p0.05) but high level of energy decreased the insulin concentration significantly (p<0.05). In this study PMSG had no any significant effect on blood metabolites such as FSH, Insulin and progesterone
Assessing Idiopathic Scoliosis Knowledge Levels Among Malaysian Physiotherapists and Associating Their Clinical Experience
Physiotherapists play a significant role in the conservative management of idiopathic scoliosis (IS) patients. This study aimed to determine the level of knowledge on IS among practising physiotherapists and the association between years of clinical experience and the level of knowledge. A total of 63 physiotherapists responded to the International Society on Scoliosis Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Treatment (SORSOT) questionnaire. The findings demonstrated that the level of knowledge among the physiotherapists was poor, particularly regarding the prevalence, diagnosis, and treatment of IS.
