BACKGROUND: Electricity is a necessity for humans to carry out their daily activities, wherein modern times there are many human life support devices require electricity that makes humans depend on their existence, it cannot be denied that electricity is the energy needed by humans in everything that supports human activities, that increased injury due to electric shocks such as the cardiovascular system, nervous system, respiratory system, cutaneous injuries, burns, neurotransmitter system and death. Psychiatric disorders such as psychosis, mania, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, conversion disorder, adjustment disorders and schizophrenia have been reported as diseases triggered by electrical injuries. CASE REPORT: This study reports cases of electrical injuries that cause psychotic symptoms such as schizophrenia. After low voltage electrical injury. A 20 years old male, Malay, Indonesian, graduated from high school, worked, unmarried, a history of psychiatric disorders was not found, family history of experiencing the same disease was not found. Reported to have suffered an injury due to electricity twice the first injury occurred, and caused a change in behaviour and emotions, and the second injury caused obvious psychotic symptoms, aggressive behaviour and mood enhancement. A brief review of the literature on the occurrence of psychiatric disorders in these injuries is also presented. CONCLUSION: Electrical injuries can cause sequelae such as psychotic disorders, the increased mood has occurred after an electrical injury in someone without prior mood disorders and personality. This is associated with circulatory hormone changes that occur in the hippocampus

Abstract: Pituitary adenomas are the most common type and benign tumours arising from hormone expressing cells in the anterior pituitary gland. They account for 10% to 15% of all intracranial masses. Pituitary adenomas present clinically in three ways: syndromes of hormone hypersecretion or deficiency; neurologic manifestations from mass effect of an expanding gland; or an incidental finding on imaging done for an unrelated issue. A 49-years old man, was reffered to the hospital with symptoms of chronic headache and blurred vision. General physical examination revealed no abnormalities. History of previous illness and medication were unremarkable. MRI brain showed hyperintense lesion in suprasellar/selllar area. Hormone assay reciprocally revealed hypocortisolism and hyperprolactinemia.

This paper is motivated by the existence of central issues regarding environmental damage that are increasingly concerning, both those reported through the mass media and those circulating on national and international television broadcasts. Therefore, it is necessary to have a solution for handling and to bridge environmental issues studied across various disciplines of knowledge, in this case, using an Islamic legal philosophy approach. This research method is a normative legal study using the perspective of Islamic legal philosophy. This study indicates that religion has tended to focus more on matters of ritual aspects without looking further at the meanings of the symbols of religious teachings themselves, particularly if they are associated with awareness to conserve the environment adequately because it involves the benefit of many people. This paper aims to reveal the sides of religious teachings, especially Islamic teachings that raise awareness of the environment. Because in Islamic doctrine, it is taught about how to behave by values or norms concerning human relations with the universe (hablu minal 'alam). The philosophical view of Islamic law is that humans are essentially entrusted with managing the planet and its contents as caliphs on earth, particularly in maintaining and managing the natural resources in a trustworthy manner to avoid mafsadah (damage) that threatens all human life. The findings of this study indicate that the Islamic legal philosophy provides a living guide for how to treat the environment in both peaceful and emergency situations. This can be accomplished by not destroying plants (trees), not throwing dirt anywhere, managing the land to be productive, removing obstacles in the flow of people's movement, and sharing responsibility for sustainably managing forests, water, and energy

Plastic production has steadily increased worldwide at a staggering pace. The polymer industry is, unfortunately, C-intensive, and accumulation of plastics in the environment has become a major issue. Plastic waste valorization into fresh monomers for production of virgin plastics can reduce both the consumption of fossil feedstocks and the environmental pollution, making the plastic economy more sustainable. Recently, the chemical recycling of plastics has been studied as an innovative solution to achieve a fully sustainable cycle. In this way, plastics are depolymerized to their monomers or/and oligomers appropriate for repolymerization, closing the loop. In this work, PET was depolymerized to its bis(2-hydroxyethyl) terephthalate (BHET) monomer via glycolysis, using ethylene glycol (EG) in the presence of niobia-based catalysts. Using a sulfated niobia catalyst treated at 573 K, we obtained 100% conversion of PET and 85% yield toward BHET at 195 °C in 220 min. This approach allows recycling of the PET at reasonable conditions using an inexpensive and nontoxic material as a catalyst

Co-EEORS : cooperative energy efficient optimal relay selection protocol for underwater wireless sensor networks

Cooperative routing mitigates the adverse channel effects in the harsh underwater environment and ensures reliable delivery of packets from the bottom to the surface of water. Cooperative routing is analogous to sparse recovery in that faded copies of data packets are processed by the destination node to extract the desired information. However, it usually requires information about the two or three position coordinates of the nodes. It also requires the synchronization of the source, relay, and destination nodes. These features make the cooperative routing a challenging task as sensor nodes move with water currents. Moreover, the data packets are simply discarded if the acceptable threshold is not met at the destination. This threatens the reliable delivery of data to the final destination. To cope with these challenges, this paper proposes a cooperative energy-efficient optimal relay selection protocol for underwater wireless sensor networks. Unlike the existing routing protocols involving cooperation, the proposed scheme combines location and depth of the sensor nodes to select the destination nodes. Combination of these two parameters does not involve knowing the position coordinates of the nodes and results in selection of the destination nodes closest to the water surface. As a result, data packets are less affected by the channel properties. In addition, a source node chooses a relay node and a destination node. Data packets are sent to the destination node by the relay node as soon as the relay node receives them. This eliminates the need for synchronization among the source, relay, and destination nodes. Moreover, the destination node acknowledges the source node about the successful reception or retransmission of the data packets. This overcomes the packets drop. Based on simulation results, the proposed scheme is superior in delivering packets to the final destination than some existing techniques. © 2013 IEEE

_ Organic Architecture Approach on Entrepreneurship-based Orphanage Design in Makassar In society, the role of the orphanage is not merely to become the shelter for orphans but also to become the coffer of social life which is oriented towards their foster child’s growth. The relationship between een foster child and society is not merely such as the relationship between donor and beneficiary rather, it is a mutualistic relationship but by no means mutualistic in material terms. Society can be a donor in any social terms. The orphanage, which is one of the coffers of social life, can stimulate awareness of society related to the importance of the role and potential of children in the future through the management of orphanages based on entrepreneurship. The main purpose of implementing an entrepreneurial base is not solely to produce children who are experts at economic transactions but rather to instill the basic characteristics of entrepreneurs, such as honesty, responsibility, social spirit, and independence. Organic architecture applied as an architectural approach aims to meet the needs for space based on physical, social, and especially mental aspects by applying the “Youthful & Endless”. Organic architecture supports the entrepreneurial base by designing sustainable and attractive buildings by applying the “Living music” principle. The design also applies the “Of the hill” principle by designing a unified (single) building layout for the limited site area problem in Makassar.
