The Role and Authority of a Notary/Official Land Deed Maker in Electronic Mortgage Registration at the Cirebon Regency Land Office

Currently, the government has attempted to issue an emergency policy in order to boost the wheels of the economy in Indonesia and keep governance running, one of which is by providing public services online. in this case ATR/BPN performs public services regarding the registration of Mortgage Rights online.This study aims to determine and analyze the role and authority of a Notary as well as a Land Deed Maker in carrying out the process of electronically registering Mortgage Rights at the Cirebon Regency Land Office, to find out and analyze the legal consequences of Electronic Mortgage Registration by a Notary as well as an Official Land Deed Maker in the Office Cirebon Regency Land Affairs, and to find out and analyze the obstacles and solutions faced by Notaries as well as Land Deed Making Officials in carrying out electronic Mortgage Registration at the Cirebon Regency Land Office. The research approach method used in this thesis is an empirical juridical legal research method. This research specification uses descriptive analysis. Research data collection with interview techniques and study of documents or library materials. The data analysis method used in analyzing the data is interactive qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that: First, Granting of Mortgage is carried out by signing the Deed of Granting Mortgage by a Notary/Official for Making Land Deeds electronically. Second, the registration of Mortgage carried out by all Notaries/PPATs must go through the Electronic Mortgage system and the Electronically Integrated Mortgage Service is carried out entirely through the online system, without any direct interaction between the Electronic Mortgage Service User and the Electronic Mortgage Service Executor. Third, there are still obstacles in the implementation of the Electronic Mortgage Registration System

PENGARUH SERTIFIKASI GURU DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SDN GUGUS TARAI BANGUN KABUPATEN KAMPAR

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh variabel (1) sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru, (2) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (3) sertifikasi guru dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Responden penelitian adalah guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri gugus Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar yang berjumlah 110 orang dengan sampel 86. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis statistik inferensial dan pengujian hipotesis. Koefisien reliabilitas instrumen dihitung menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,564, dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan  signifikan antara motivasi kerja kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,642. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh sertifikasi guru dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,66

Pengaruh Metode Demonstrasi Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Materi Sistem Pencernaan Kelas XI IPA SMA

This research aims to determine the effect of the demonstration method on student learning outcomes in the digestive system material for class XI high school science. The independent variable in this research is the demonstration method while the dependent variable is the learning outcomes. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Ratahan with a population of all SMA N 1 Ratahan students. The sample for this research was class XI IPA2 as the experimental class and XI IPA1 as the control class. The null hypothesis (H0) in this research is that there is no influence of the demonstration method on learning outcomes, while the working hypothesis (H1) in this research is that there is an influence of the demonstration method on learning outcomes. This research succeeded in showing that there was a significant influence of the demonstration method on student learning outcomes in the digestive system material in the experimental class, whereas in the control class, there was no significant influence. Based on the t-test analysis with a significance level of 0.05, t-count was obtained with a value of 13.7 and table with a value of 2.10, t-count > t-table

Makna Simbolik Tari Reyog Kendhang di Desa Gendingan Kecamatan Kedungwaru Kabupaten Tulungagung Kajian Folklor

Dalam perkembangan kebudayaan nasional, kesenian merupakan simbol dalam penggambaran norma-norma dan nilai-nilai budaya yang merupakan identitas budaya bangsa Indonesia. Nilai dan norma dalam budaya menjadi pembeda antar kelompok masyarakat, setiap kelompok masyarakat memiliki ciri masing-masing yang dijaga keasliannya dengan tujuan agar anak cucu kelak masih bisa merasakan budaya yang sama. Salah satunya budaya yang berada di Kabupaten Tulungagung yaitu Tari Reyog Kendhang. Tari Reyog Kendhang tarian rakyat keprajuritan yang ditampilkan secara kelompok yang berasal dan berkembang di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Dalam setiap gerak tari dan kostum dalam tari reyog kendhang menggunakan simbol-simbol tersembunyi yang menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian budaya ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan kajian folklor bukan lisan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data berupa penelitian percakapan-percakapan, dokumen hasil observasi, tindakan, dokumentasi dan wawancara yang kemudian ditranskrip lalu dianalisa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui asal mula, bentuk tari, makna terkandung, alat dan perlengkapan, makna simbolik alat dan perlengkapan, serta fungsi MSTRKGKT. Potensi daya tarik obyek ekowisata kawasan Punggualas di Taman Nasional Sebangau

Perubahan tren pariwisata ke arah ekowisata membuka kesempatan pengembangan kawasan yang memiliki keindahan alam. Penilaian daya tarik ekowisata merupakan metode standar untuk menilai berbagai aspek yang relevan dalam pengembangan kawasan wisata alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai daya tarik objek wisata kawasan Punggualas di Taman Nasional Sebangau, Kabupaten Katingan menggunakan pedoman Analisis Daerah Operasi-Obyek dan Daya Tarik Wisata Alam (ADO-ODTWA) tahun 2003 yang dikeluarkan oleh Ditjen PHKA Kementrian Kehutanan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kawasan Punggualas mempunyai daya tarik yang tinggi untuk dapat terus dikembangkan sebagai kawasan ekowisata. Melimpahnya potensi biologi (flora, fauna dan ekosistem), fisik dan daya tarik sosial budaya menjadikan pengembangan ekowisata ini sangat potensial. Rekapitulasi penilaian potensi obyek dan daya tarik wisata alam di kawasan ini yang memiliki nilai 4.370 dengan indeks nilai potensi sebesar       72,88% dan memiliki kriteria layak untuk dikembangkan. Faktor yang memiliki nilai tinggi adalah daya tarik wisata alam, kondisi sekitar kawasan, faktor yang memiliki nilai sedang adalah pengelolaan dan pelayanan wisatawan, sarana penunjang, dan ketersediaan air bersih. Peningkatan Pemahaman Konsep Siswa pada Materi Pewarisan Sifat Melalui LKS Berbantuan Media di SMPN 2 Selat Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023

This study aims to improve students' conceptual understanding of inheritance by using worksheets. This type of research is descriptive. It was carried out in the second semester of Academic Year 2022/2023. The subjects were the students of Grade IX at SMPN 2 Selat in Academic Year 2022/2023. The research was conducted with five (5) learning stages they were Pre-LKS, LKS, Post-LKS, Discussion, and Post-Discussion. Research data were obtained by using tests given to students at the Pre-LKS, Post-LKS and Post-Discussion stages. The results of the study show the changes in students' understanding of concepts as follows: : (1) Indicator 1 explains the role of genetic material in determining traits, the average number of students who answered correctly was 46.38% at the pre-worksheet stage, 81.16% at the post-worksheet stage, increased to 82.61% in the post-discussion stage. (2) Indicator 2 determines the results of monohybrid crosses through diagrams according to the laws of inheritance, the average number of students answering correctly was 33.04% in the pre-worksheet stage, 37.39% in the post-worksheet stage, increasing to 60.00% in the post-worksheet stage discussion. (3) Indicator 3 makes a cross chart according to the data that has been presented, the average number of students who answered correctly was 45.65% in the pre-LKS stage, 56.52% in the post-LKS stage, increasing to 70.72% in the post-LKS stage discussion. The data of this study indicate that the use of media assisted worksheets can improve students' conceptual understanding of inheritance

PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN LAHAN DAN KEMIRINGAN LERENG TERHADAP SIFAT FISIK TANAH DI KECAMATAN KURUN KABUPATEN GUNUNG MAS

Changes in land use are one of the factors that affect the decline in soil physical properties. The occurs due to differences in vegetation characteristics, canopy density, and thickness of the canopy cover. This study tries to make an effort to explore the physical nature of the soil in several land use, with different slopes of the land. The research location is in Kurun District, Gunung Mas Regency. The study started from May to November 2020. The results showed that land use affected the physical properties of the soil on the land. The physical properties of soil in forests are better than plantations that have lower levels of organic matter, higher content weight, lesser percent clay, higher percent dust which makes the soil more easily eroded. KINEMATIC AND KINETIC STUDY OF RUNNING TECHNIQUE AT DIFFERENT HIGH SPEEDS IN BLIND PARALYMPIC AHTLETES

The purpose of this study was to analyse the running technique of the best five Spanish B1 Blind Paralympic Athletes, at different percentages of sprint velocity: 40, 60, 80 and 100. The results were compared with a control group of top performance sprinters, in order to provide coaches with useful information for the design of learning technique strategies and specific training programmes to improve their athletes' performance. Three-dimensional cinematographic techniques were used for the kinematic analysis. Two force platforms registered ground reaction forces (GRF) for the kinetic analysis. PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA PERBANKAN MELALUI MEDIASI PERBANKAN

Maksud dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa prosedur penyelesaian sengketa perbankan antara bank dan nasabah yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga mediasi dan Peradilan perbankan. Dari hasil Penelitian, dapat disarankan bahwa jika terjadi sengketa antara nasabah dan Bank, mediasi perbankan merupakan pilihan penyelesaian yang sangat efektif karena dapat menyingkat waktu dan hasil mediasi dapat dieksekusi oleh kedua pihak bersengketa. Kesepakatan yang dicapai dalam mediasi, dituangkan dalam akta kesepakatan yang bersifat final dan mengikat para pihak. Disebut bersifat final karena atas putusan mediasi tersebut tidak diperkenankan permohonan mediasi ulang dan kesepakatan tersebut dianggap mengikat sebagai Undang-undang. Namun jika kedua pihak tidak menemukan kesepakatan dan tidak menemukan titik temu dalam perundingan, para pihak dapat mendaftarkan perkaranya ke lembaga mediasi
