    PKW Program 2018-2020: The Transformation of Mutiara Waste Bank Jakamulya Village Bekasi to Implement 3R-based Technology

    The impact of not optimal waste management in Jakamulya Urban Village, Bekasi City, which is always flooded by garbage and Situ Wo which cannot hold water. Efforts to manage waste from its source have been made with waste banks but have not been optimal. The objective of the Regional Partnership Program (PKW) with Bekasi City is to increase community participation in waste management with the 3R concept (reuse, recycle, reduce). Based on the results of implementing the PKW program, it can be concluded that the operation of the Mutiara Waste Bank in Pondok Suryamandala, Jakamulya Village, Bekasi City based on TPS 3R is the key to handling community-based (communal) waste which is very effective for waste management that is directly the community as a plus manager (home industry owner). Without this communal system, it is impossible for waste to be handled completely or sustainably. Cultivating good waste disposal methods starting from the household environment to submitting waste to the Waste Bank is an effective method at the community level that will ultimately be independent of the community in managing their own waste. Organizing TPS 3R into a center for the maximum utilization of organic and inorganic waste is a communal-based waste management program that will definitely cut the chain of waste distribution from TPS 3R to landfills.Dampak dari tidak optimalnya manajemen sampah pada Kelurahan Jakamulya yang selalu terkena banjir akibat sampah dan Situ Wo yang tidak bisa menampung air. Upaya-upaya untuk mengelola sampah dari sumbernya sudah dilakukan dengan bank sampah namun belum optimal. Tujuan Program Kemitraan Wilayah Kota Bekasi adalah peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan Sampah dengan konsep 3R (reuse, recycle, reduce).   Berdasarkan hasil penerapan program PKW dapat disimpulkan bahwa operasional  Bank sampah Mutiara Pondok Suryamandala di Kelurahan Jakamulya Kota Bekasi berbasis TPS 3R menjadi kunci penanganan sampah berbasis masyarakat (komunal) sangat efektif untuk pengelolaan sampah yang langsung masyarakat sebagai pengelola plus (pemilik home industri). Tanpa system komunal ini mustahil sampah dapat diatasi dengan tuntas atau berkelanjutan. Membudayakan cara pembuangan sampah yang baik mulai dari lingkungan rumah tangga hingga dengan cara menyerahkan sampah ke Bank Sampah adalah metoda efektif di tingkat masyarakat yang akhirnya akan memandirikan masyarakat dalam mengelola sampahnya sendiri. Menata TPS 3R menjadi pusat pemanfaatan sampah organik dan anorganik secara maksimal merupakan program pengelolaan sampah berbasis komunal yang secara pasti akan memotong mata rantai distribusi sampah dari TPS 3R ke tempat pembuangan akhir

    This study aims to (1) identify and explain the effect of beauty vlogger testimonials on consumer interest (2) know and explain consumer interest (viewers) on cosmetic products. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The variables of this study include Beauty Vlogger, and consumer interest in cosmetic products. Population criteria in this study were cosmetic users of Madame Gie with a minimum age of 17 who had watched one of the Beauty Vlogger Fatya Biya riviewers, who used Madame Gie products and had bought Madame Gie products. Samples used in this study were 116 respondents taken using purposive sampling and data collection methods using a questionnaire indirectly (online) with the format of the goole form. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The data in this study were processed using SPSS 22 for Windows. The results of the path analysis show that the Beauty Vlogger's testimonial (riview) has a significant effect on Consumer Interests, Consumer Purchase Intention to have a significant effect on product purchase

    FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI STRES AKADEMIK MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN TATA RIAS UNIVERSITAS NEGERI JAKARTA

    Academic stress is oftenly experienced by students because of academic demands that sometimes exceed the abilities of individual.  Many factors can cause academic stress in students.  This study aims to determine the factors that influence academic stress in students of cosmetology study at the Universitas Negeri Jakarta, a case study of 2017 students of Cosmetology Study, Universitas Negery Jakarta. This research is a descriptive quantitative survey research.  This study uses primary data with 35 respondents.  The data obtained were tested by factor analysis utilizing SPSS version 24.The results of this study indicate that there are two new factors formed, factor 1, the internal factor which has an eigen value of 4,676 consisting of mindset, character, physical factors, peer competition, changes in the atmosphere of life, and difficulties in managing life.  Factor 2 is external factors, which have an eigen value of 1,455 consisting of the environment, excessive assignments, bad time management, and financial management problems. Stres akademik sering dialami mahasiswa karena banyaknya tuntutan akademik yang terkadang melebihi kemampuan pada diri individu tersebut. Banyak faktor yang dapat menyebabkan stres akademik pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stres akademik pada mahasiswa pendidikan tata rias Universitas Negeri Jakarta angkatan 2017 Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif suvei yang bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan responden sebanyak 35 orang. Data yang diperoleh diuji dengan menggunakan analisis faktor dengan bantuan SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua faktor baru yang terbentuk, faktor 1 yaitu faktor internal memiliki nilai eigen value sebesar 4,676 terdiri dari pola pikir, karakter, faktor fisik, persaingan teman sebaya, perubahan suasana kehidupan, dan kesulitan mengelola kehidupan. Faktor 2 yaitu faktor eksternal memiliki nilai eigen value sebesar 1,455 terdiri dari lingkungan, penugasan berlebih, manajemen waktu yang buruk, dan masalah manajemen keuangan

    This study aims to determine the relationship between the learning outcomes of entrepreneurship and job training experience with a class XII student interest in entrepreneurship competence automotive expertise SMK X. This research method is correlation method. The population in this study is a class XII student competence automotive expertise SMK North Jakarta area as many as 4,461 students in 2019/2020, SMK 55, SMK 56, SMK 4, and SMK 36. The sampling technique used purposive sampling to determine the size of the sample using the formula Slovin and data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis and correlation. The results of this study were (1) the results of entrepreneurial learning has a positive and significant relationship to the interest in entrepreneurship class at SMK XII North Jakarta area with r1 values of 0.181 and a r2 by 3,2%. (2) Experience job training has a positive and significant relationship to the interest in entrepreneurship class XII at SMK Region North Jakarta with a value of r2 0,452 and a r2 by 20,3% (3) the results of study entrepreneurship and practical experience of field work jointly have a positive influence and significantly to class XII student interest in entrepreneurship at SMK North Jakarta area with values of 0.479 and r3 r2 result by 23%.     Revitalisasi Bank Sampah Sekolah dalam Mendesain Model Pendidikan Lingkungan Berkelanjutan Berbasis Teknologi Tepat Guna

    Abstract This Integrated Community Service Activity Real Work Lecture aims to revitalize school waste banks in designing sustainable environmental education models based on appropriate technology. Environmental education is expected to be obtained by junior high school students through the waste bank extracurricular program. Environmental education to be achieved is focused on managing and utilizing waste to produce environmental products into strategic activities that can be developed, in collaboration with successful waste banks. The method of implementation is in the form of observation and FGD conducted in SMP Negeri 9 and SMP Negeri 21 Bekasi City. Through this activity, various problems experienced by SMP Negeri 9 and SMP Negeri 21 Bekasi City were formulated in re-activating the school waste bank program. Based on the series of activities from FGD to simulation, it can be concluded that school leaders, environmental extracurricular coaches, and students of SMP Negeri 9 and SMP Negeri 21 Bekasi City really hope that waste management activities in their respective schools can be reactivated. Considering that the activities are still in a pandemic atmosphere, the reactivation of the school waste bank is carried out in conjunction with the restructuring of the extracurricular environmental management in their respective schools. Abstrak Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Terintegrasi Kuliah Kerja Nyata ini bertujuan untuk melakukan revitalisasi bank sampah sekolah dalam mendesain model pendidikan lingkungan berkelanjutan berbasis teknologi tepat guna. Pendidikan lingkungan diharapkan dapat diperoleh oleh siswa SMP melalui program ekstrakulikuler bank sampah. Pendidikan lingkungan yang ingin dicapai difokuskan pada pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan sampah sampai menghasilkan produk lingkungan menjadi kegiatan strategis yang dapat dikembangkan, bekerjasama dengan bank sampah yang sudah sukses. Metode pelaksanaan berupa observasi dan FGD yang dilakukan di SMP Negeri 9 dan SMP Negeri 21 Kota Bekasi. Melalui kegiatan ini dirumuskan berbagai permasalahan yang dialami oleh SMP Negeri 9 dan SMP Negeri 21 Kota Bekasi dalam mengaktifkan kembali program bank samapah sekolah. Berdasarkan rangkaian kegiatan dari mulai FGD sampai simulasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pimpinan sekolah, Pembina ekstrakulikuler lingkungan, dan siswa SMP Negeri 9 dan SMP Negeri 21 Kota Bekasi sangat berharap agar kegiatan pengelolaan sampah di sekolah masing-masing dapat diaktifkan kembali.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan diameter mata pisau dan ring terhadap hasil cacahan pada mesin pencacah gelas plastic sehingga akan diperoleh ukuran pisau dan ring yang dapat memotong. Metode VDI 2221 digunakan untuk rancangan sistem pemotongan  pada mesin pencacah gelas plastic. Eeksperimen dilakukan mendapatkan hubungan diameter mata pisau dan ring terhadap hasil cacahan. Hasil penelitian yaitu pisau menggunakan bahan SS 400, memiliki 16 mata pisau, diameter 57 mm, tebal 3 mm, serta ring yang berdiameter 41 mm dan tebal 3 mm. Untuk menghasilkan pemotongan maka jarak antar mata pisau yang digunakan harus berkisar 0

    Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Terintegrasi Kuliah Kerja Nyata ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa socialpreneurship Relawan Peduli Lingkungan di SMPN 9 dan SMPN 21 Kota Bekasi. Jiwa socialpreneurship diharapkan dapat dipahami oleh siswa sekaligus diaplikasikan dalam pengelolaan sampah non organik sehari-hari, baik sampah rumah tangga, maupun sekolah. Prioritas permasalahan mitra yang akan ditangani dalam program ini adalah permasalahan dalam sistem pemilahan dan produksi sampah yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi, permasalahan dalam pemasaran ketika produksi bijih plastik dari berbagai jenis botol plastik sudah dikelompokan. Kegiatan ini dirancang dengan selalu memperhatikan keterlibatan mitra. Metode pelaksanaan berupa observasi dan FGD yang dilakukan di sekolah mitra yaituSMP Negeri 9 dan SMP Negeri 21 Kota Bekasi. Selain itu dilakukan simulasi pemilahan dan pencacahan botol plastik dengan menggunakan mesin insenerator. The machine as a tool based on its use is divided into 2 types, namely permanent/static and mobility/portable. Permanent machines are more widely used in the industrial world, while portable machines are more for repair services, which require various locations that are sometimes difficult to reach, and the application position can operate properly, and save time, energy, operational costs, and can be used anywhere. The weakness of portable machines lies in the power used because the power source uses mostly batteries. For this reason, further research is needed to obtain an analysis of the appropriate power requirements in the field. The steps taken in this study used experimental research methods to obtain results relevant to the power used according to the design needs of the tool. Control and power design analysis uses components such as DC electric motors, switches, adapters, and infrared sensors. From the results of the analysis of the control and power design calculations, the results obtained in the calculation of the electric motor power of 114 W (general power used in portable drilling machines) and the calculation of torque of 6.5 Nm the capacity in making external threads using this tool is capable of a maximum diameter of M6 with ST41 material

    Wind turbine plate thickness design optimization

    The design of the blade thickness of the Darrieus wind turbine should be optimized. This study aims to obtain the optimal thickness of the blade plate so that its weight and strength can be optimal. The design begins with preliminary calculations to find the optimal dimensions based on a wind speed of 15 m/s. The blade design was drawn in 2D using AutoCAD software, followed by 3D manufacturing, and material stress analysis was carried out with Autodesk Inventor software. The optimization of the yield stress value compared to the applied stress is 3.0. The software simulation of stress analysis results found that the most optimal thickness was 0.2 mm at variant B-3
