    PEMANFAATAN REPRESENTASI DALAM MENYELESAIKAN PERMASALAHAN PADA MATERI SPLDV

    This study aims to look at and describe students' representation abilities in the matter of a system of two-variable linear equations (SPLDV) after the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The research method used was descriptive with quantitative and qualitative data analysis according to the indicators of mathematical representation. This research was conducted at SMPN 6 Indralaya Utara in class VIII 1 involving 28 students as subjects. Data collection was carried out by giving tests in the form of description questions and the results of interviews with students. The collected data was subsequently examined using scoring criteria that make reference to indicators of mathematical representation. After that, the outcome of the data analysis was divided into three groups: high, medium, and low. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that students' mathematical representation abilities in the matter of a two-variable linear equation system after the implementation of the PBL model were in the medium category with an average score of 51.12 and an average score for the symbolic representation indicator that was 75, visual representation 48 .21 and verbal 33.04

    PELAKSANAAN PENYIDIKAN KASUS DUGAAN KORUPSI PENGADAAN ALAT KESEHATAN RSUD dr RASIDIN PADANG OLEH POLRESTA PADANG

    ABSTRAK Masalah korupsi adalah masalah yang besar yang sedang dihadapi negara saat ini. Korupsi merupakan suatu penyakit dalam masyarakat dan merupakan suatu hal yang dapat menghambat jalannya pembangunan di negara kita saat ini. Oleh karena itu, korupsi merupakan salah satu penyakit yang harus segera diberantas. Tindak pidana korupsi yang terjadi di Indonesia sebagian besar berasal dari pengadaan barang dan jasa. Dari 468 kasus tindak pidana korupsi yang ditangani KPK, 50 persen atau sedikitnya 224 kasus berasal dari pengadaan barang dan jasa. Selebihnya merupakan kesalahan dalam menggunakan anggaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pelaksanaan Penyidikan Kasus Dugaan Korupsi Pengadaan Alat Kesehatan RSUD dr Rasidin Padang Oleh Polresta Padang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Polresta Kota Padang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Salah satu kasus korupsi yang ditangani oleh Unit Tipidkor Satreskrim Polresta Padang yaitu Tindak Pidana Korupsi Pengadaan Alat Kesehatan dan Kedokteran pada RSUD dr Rasidin Padang TA 2013. Adapun kasus Posisi perkara tersebut adalah pada tahun 2013, RSUD dr. Rasidin Kota Padang dengan dirut dr. AS mendapat dana dari APBN berupa dana tugas pembantuan dari Ditjen Bina Upaya Kesehatan tahun 2013 sebesar Rp. 10.000.000.000,- (sepuluh milyar rupiah). Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut, terdapat penyimpangan-penyimpangan mulai dari tahap perencanaan (lelang/tender), persiapan pengadaan, pemilihan penyedia dan pelaksanaan kontrak, serta pembayaran hasil pekerjaan yang mengakibatkan kerugian negara kurang lebih 5 Milyar berdasarkan hasil audit dari BPK RI. Dalam melaksanakan proses penyidikan dalam mengungkap kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan alat kesehatan RSUD dr Rasidin Padang, penyidik kepolisian Polresta Padang mengalami beberapa kendala, yaitu: Saksi yang berdomisili di luar Provinsi Sumatera Barat, Waktu penyidikan yang dibutuhkan bertambah, Biaya penyidikan bertambah. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh penyidik dalam menghadapi kendala dalam proses penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan alat kesehatan RSUD dr Rasidin Padang adalah Berkoordinasi dengan Tim Koordinasi, Supervisi dan Penindakan KPK Republik Indonesia.     Whole-Retina Reduced Electrophysiological Activity in Mice Bearing Retina-Specific Deletion of Vesicular Acetylcholine Transporter

    Background: Despite rigorous characterization of the role of acetylcholine in retinal development, long-term effects of its absence as a neurotransmitter are unknown. One of the unanswered questions is how acetylcholine contributes to the functional capacity of mature retinal circuits. The current study investigates the effects of disrupting cholinergic signalling in mice, through deletion of vesicular acetylcholine transporter (VAChT) in the developing retina, pigmented epithelium, optic nerve and optic stalk, on electrophysiology and structure of the mature retina. Methods & Results A combination of electroretinography, optical coherence tomography imaging and histological evaluation assessed retinal integrity in mice bearing retina-targeted (embryonic day 12.5) deletion of VAChT (VAChT(Six3-Cre-flox/flox)) and littermate controls at 5 and 12 months of age. VAChT(Six3-Cre-flox/flox) mice did not show any gross changes in nuclear layer cellularity or synaptic layer thickness. However, VAChT(Six3-Cre-flox/flox) mice showed reduced electrophysiological response of the retina to light stimulus under scotopic conditions at 5 and 12 months of age, including reduced a-wave, b-wave, and oscillatory potential (OP) amplitudes and decreased OP peak power and total energy. Reduced a-wave amplitude was proportional to the reduction in b-wave amplitude and not associated with altered a-wave 10%-90% rise time or inner and outer segment thicknesses. Significance This study used a novel genetic model in the first examination of function and structure of the mature mouse retina with disruption of cholinergic signalling. Reduced amplitude across the electroretinogram wave form does not suggest dysfunction in specific retinal cell types and could reflect underlying changes in the retinal and/or extraretinal microenvironment. Our findings suggest that release of acetylcholine by VAChT is essential for the normal electrophysiological response of the mature mouse retina

    INVESTIGAÇÃO DO SUPORTE ORGANIZACIONAL: PERCEPÇÃO DE COLABORADORES DE UMA COOPERATIVA DO RIO GRANDE DO SUL

    Objetivo: Este estudo tem como objetivo elencar as prioridades referentes a percepção de suporte organizacional sob a perspectiva dos colaboradores de uma cooperativa do ramo agropecuário localizada no Rio Grande do Sul. Método / abordagem: Realizou-se uma pesquisa quantitativa e descritiva com 262 colaboradores de uma cooperativa agropecuária. Como instrumento de coleta de dados foi utilizada a escala de Escala de Percepção de Suporte Organizacional, versão reduzida (EPSO-R), desenvolvida por Queiroga, Brandão e Borges-Andrade (2015). O método Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) foi utilizado com o objetivo de elencar os critérios e subcritérios mais importantes sob a percepção dos colaboradores investigados. Principais resultados: Como principais resultados observa-se que os colaboradores priorizaram as “Práticas de promoção e recompensas”, principalmente no que concerne às recompensas simbólicas e materiais, a cooperativa preocupa-se também em garantir equipamentos e materiais necessários ao desempenho eficaz de suas tarefas e conceder gratificações aos seus colaboradores a título de participação nos lucros e resultados (PLR). Os colaboradores também priorizaram o “Suporte material ao desempenho”, esta ação demonstra que a cooperativa investigada fornece aos indivíduos um ambiente adequado e confortável para a realização das atividades rotineiras. Contribuições metodológicas / sociais / gerenciais:  Verificou-se que a cooperativa promove o reconhecimento dos seus colaboradores e estimula o desenvolvimento de novas ideias. Dada a significância dessas organizações, nota-se a importância de compreender os elementos priorizados pelos colaboradores em relação ao suporte organizacional nas cooperativas do ramo agropecuário.  Originalidade / relevância: Ressalta-se que essa pesquisa abre caminho para destacar a importância da temática de suporte organizacional para área de gestão de pessoas e comportamento organizacional no contexto das cooperativas

    ESTILO GERENCIAL E OPORTUNIDADES DE APRENDIZAGEM: UM ESTUDO COM EMPRESÁRIOS JUNIORES

    The aim of this study is to verify the relationship between the Managerial Style and the Perception of Learning Opportunities from the perspective of junior entrepreneurs in Rio Grande do Sul. A descriptive survey-type research was carried out, using quantitative methodologies. Data collection took place with members of Junior Companies in Rio Grande do Sul and the analysis was carried out with the support of the SPSS software, through Exploratory Factor Analysis and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. The main results expose a correlation between management style and the perception of learning opportunities. Attention is drawn to the relationship between the “Training and Development” and “Situational” dimensions. It is noticed that the more the leader knows his team (situational), the more he tends to manifest, to identify and provide Training and Development. As practical contributions, it can be seen that junior companies provide an environment of constant learning. The leader has an important role in this process, as the leader can facilitate the learning of individuals. As for theory, this study advances by presenting discussions and empirical evidence about the Management Style and Perceptions of Learning Opportunities in junior companies, as no similar studies were found.O objetivo deste estudo consiste em verificar a relação entre o Estilo Gerencial e a Percepção de Oportunidades de Aprendizagem segundo a ótica dos empresários juniores do Rio Grande do Sul. Realizou-se uma pesquisa descritiva do tipo survey, valendo-se de metodologias quantitativas. A coleta de dados ocorreu com membros das Empresas Júniores do Rio Grande do Sul e a análise foi efetivada com o apoio do software SPSS, por meio da Análise Fatorial Exploratória e do coeficiente de Correlação de Pearson. Os principais resultados expõem uma correlação entre o estilo gerencial e a percepção de oportunidades de aprendizagem. Atenta-se para a relação existente entre a dimensão “Treinamento e Desenvolvimento” e “Situacional”. Percebe-se que quanto mais o líder conhece sua equipe (situacional), mais ele tende a manifestar, a identificar e proporcionar Treinamentos e Desenvolvimento. Como contribuições práticas percebe-se que as empresas juniores proporcionam um ambiente de constante aprendizado. O líder tem um papel importante nesse processo, visto que o líder pode facilitar a aprendizagem dos indivíduos. Quanto a teoria, esse estudo avança ao apresentar discussões e evidencias empíricas a respeito do Estilo Gerencial e as Percepções de Oportunidades de Aprendizagem nas empresas juniores, visto que não foram encontrados estudos semelhantes

    As práticas relacionadas ao uso popular de diversas plantas medicinais são empregadas enquanto alternativa viável ao uso de medicamentos industrializados. O senso comum serve como base para o tratamento e cura de diversas condições adversas à saúde da população. Dentre as plantas medicinais destaca-se a Lippia alba, que possui diversos nomes populares sendo o mais conhecido erva-cidreira que, de acordo com o conhecimento científico, possui um rico potencial farmacológico que está relacionado à ampla variação na composição química de seu óleo essencial. Este estudo tem como objetivo realizar uma revisão da literatura, fazendo uso da metassíntese enquanto instrumento metodológico, para verificar a existência de informações na literatura científica que evidenciem assertividade do conhecimento popular acerca do potencial de ação da Lippia alba (Mill.) N. E. Brown ou se tal uso se constitui enquanto simples placebo. Para a realização da pesquisa foram utilizadas as bases de dados Periódicos CAPES, LILACS e Scielo. Como estratégia de busca utilizou-se os seguintes Indexadores: “Plantas medicinais”; “Lippia alba”; “práticas populares”. O período da pesquisa incluiu artigos publicados entre janeiro de 1998 a dezembro de 2013. Observou-se com o estudo a existência de pelo menos 25 indicações, onde o uso da Lippia alba torna-se eficaz. Diante dos achados e da crença popular quanto o uso e eficácia da erva-cidreira no tratamento e cura de diversos problemas relacionados ao processo saúde doença, evidencia-se que o estudo e observação das plantas medicinais utilizadas pelo senso comum torna-se uma importante ferramenta para o desenvolvimento de novos fármacos através da descoberta de novos princípios ativos

     The present study had the objective of identifying the main practices of people management adopted by the best cooperatives to work, according to a ranking of the magazine Você S/A of 2017. In order to meet the objective, a descriptive and qualitative and quantitative research was carried out. The data collection was based on documentary analysis, through the consultation of the magazine Você S/A with the Best Companies to Work in 2017, as well as access to the website and the sustainability and management reports for the year 2017 of the cooperatives. It can be noticed that the 16 cooperatives awarded belong to two branches, credit and health. With regard to people management practices, the two cooperatives have established practices. In the credit sector, there was greater expressiveness in endomarketing and training and development.     Elimination of the vesicular acetylcholine transporter in the forebrain causes hyperactivity and deficits in spatial memory and long-term potentiation

    Basal forebrain cholinergic neurons, which innervate the hippocampus and cortex, have been implicated in many forms of cognitive function. Immunolesion-based methods in animal models have been widely used to study the role of acetylcholine (ACh) neurotransmission in these processes, with variable results. Cholinergic neurons have been shown to release both glutamate and ACh, making it difficult to deduce the specific contribution of each neurotransmitter on cognition when neurons are eliminated. Understanding the precise roles of ACh in learning and memory is critical because drugs that preserve ACh are used as treatment for cognitive deficits. It is therefore important to define which cholinergic-dependent behaviors could be improved pharmacologically. Here we investigate the contributions of forebrain ACh on hippocampal synaptic plasticity and cognitive behavior by selective elimination of the vesicular ACh transporter, which interferes with synaptic storage and release of ACh. We show that elimination of vesicular ACh transporter in the hippocampus results in deficits in long-term potentiation and causes selective deficits in spatial memory. Moreover, decreased cholinergic tone in the forebrain is linked to hyperactivity, without changes in anxiety or depression-related behavior. These data uncover the specific contribution of forebrain cholinergic tone for synaptic plasticity and behavior. Moreover, these experiments define specific cognitive functions that could be targeted by cholinergic replacement therapy
