Implementation of Warehouse Management System in a Manufacturing Company
Bakalářská práce se zabĂ˝vá implementacĂ systĂ©mu SAP ve skladovĂ©m hospodářstvĂ distribuÄŤnĂho skladu vĂ˝robnĂ spoleÄŤnosti. Práce je rozdÄ›lena na ÄŤtyĹ™i části, prvnà část se zabĂ˝vá souÄŤasnĂ˝mi trendy v oblasti logistiky a skladovĂ©ho hospodářstvĂ. Druhá část práce pojednává o vĂ˝voji podnikovĂ˝ch informaÄŤnĂch systĂ©mĹŻ a o logistickĂ˝ch procesech v podniku. TĹ™età část je vÄ›nována systĂ©mu SAP a jeho historickĂ©m vĂ˝voji, vlastnostech systĂ©mu a struktuĹ™e. ÄŚtvrtá, praktická část práce, je vÄ›nována implementaci systĂ©mu do skladovĂ©ho hospodářstvĂ v expediÄŤnĂm skladu vĂ˝robnĂ spoleÄŤnosti, popisu stavu pĹ™ed implementacĂ systĂ©mu a po jejĂm provedenĂ.This bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of SAP in the management of distribution warehouse of a manufacturing company. The work is divided into four parts, the first part deals with current trends in logistics and warehouse management. The second part deals with the development of business information systems and the logistics processes in the company. The third part is devoted to the SAP system and its historical development, structure and properties of the system used by company. Fourth, the practical part of the work, is devoted to the implementation of warehouse management in the distribution warehouse of manufacturing company, describing the situation before the implementation of the system and after its implementation

The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with current trends in the area of enterprise information systems and in the area of using information technologies in managing the activities of the production company. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the sales process of a particular company. The third, final part is devoted to the analysis of the CRM system, which the company uses to manage sales, evaluation of this CRM system and finding possible improvements that would make the use of this system more effective
