    Education is one area that has a strong influence on internet technology, especially in teaching and learning activities. Technological development is inseparable from the utilization of Human Resources (HR) in supporting learning and being a solution in a lack of learning media on Indonesian historical heritage material in the SDS Cerdas Bangsa Namorambe Case study, especially in class IV SD students. Therefore the authors conducted research on interactive multimedia learning media. This learning media was made due to the lack of learning media so that the lack of design in learning made students less interested in the teaching and learning process so that it was made using web based learning methods. Web Based Learning (WBL) is a technology-based learning system that is used as the utilization of web technology in learning by delivering access to material through web pages.     Dalam meningkatkan aspek keamanan suatu data dapat dilakukan dengan pengendalian teknik kriptografi. Algoritma AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) merupakan kriptografi yang dapat digunakan untuk melindungi data atau informasi dengan melakukan mengenkripsi dan mendekripsi blok data sepanjang 128 bit dengan panjang kunci 128 bit, 192 bit, atau 256 bit. Proses pengamanan data dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Chiper Block Chaining (CBC) dalam mode operasinya. Dalam persiapan untuk melakukan proses enkripsi yang digunakan adalah sebuah file dokumen pdf. Data 16 byte pertama dibaca sebagai blok pertama untuk proses enkripsi dengan metode CBC. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu dapat mengimplementasikan program aplikasi menggunakan algoritma Advanced Encryption Standard mode Chiper Block Chaining  dengan melakukan enkripsi dan dekripsi file dokumen

Delta Kristalis is a company that often selects prospective employees. Based on the current prospective employee selection system, it is less efficient in the screening process for prospective employees. So that the selection and evaluation process for prospective employees can be carried out efficiently at PT. Delta Kristalis, it is necessary to develop a decision support system by implementing the SAW method. The decision support system to be developed is web-based using programming languages.PHP and Mysql as databases so that it becomes a website that can run properly. The criteria used are work experience, last education, age, domicile, and requested salary. The implemented decision support system can present the ranking of the results of the selection so that it can help stakeholders to make decisions on the acceptance of prospective employees

    COMPARISON OF HOP DOWNY MILDEW EPIDEMICS USING SPATIAL ANALYSIS

    Methods of spatial analysis including distribution fitting, variance-to-mean ratios, Morisita\u27s index, doublet and runs analyses, Greig-Smith analysis and variography were used to investigate the spatial pattern of hop downy mildew. Use of these methods allowed examination of the spatial structure of hop downy mildew at three spatial scales: within hop hills, between nearby hop hills, and for hop hills more separated in space. The results obtained were in general agreement for methods of analysis which assessed spatial structure at the same spatial scale with the exception of Morisita\u27s index of clumping which did not identify clumps of diseased hills of the same size as Greig-Smith analysis and semi-variograms

    The use of disjunct eddy sampling methods for the determination of ecosystem level fluxes of trace gases

    The concept of disjunct eddy sampling (DES) for use in measuring ecosystem-level micrometeorological fluxes is re-examined. The governing equations are discussed as well as other practical considerations and guidelines concerning this sampling method as it is applied to either the disjunct eddy covariance (DEC) or disjunct eddy accumulation (DEA) techniques. A disjunct eddy sampling system was constructed that could either be combined with relatively slow sensors (response time of 2 to 40 s) to measure fluxes using DEC, or could also be used to accumulate samples in stable reservoirs for later laboratory analysis (DEA technique). Both the DEC and DEA modes of this sampler were tested against conventional eddy covariance (EC) for fluxes of either CO2 (DEC) or isoprene (DEA). Good agreement in both modes was observed relative to the EC systems. However, the uncertainty in a single DEA flux measurement was considerable (40%) due to both the reduced statistical sampling and the analytical precision of the concentration difference measurements. We have also re-investigated the effects of nonzero mean vertical wind velocity on accumulation techniques as it relates to our DEA measurements. Despite the higher uncertainty, disjunct eddy sampling can provide an alternative technique to eddy covariance for determining ecosystem-level fluxes for species where fast sensors do not currently exist

    This report provides an experimental plan for a proposed Asian long-range tracer study as part of the international Tracer Experiment and Atmospheric Modeling (TEAM) Project. The TEAM partners are China, Japan, South Korea and the United States. Optimal times of year to conduct the study, meteorological measurements needed, proposed tracer release locations, proposed tracer sampling locations and the proposed durations of tracer releases and subsequent sampling are given. Also given are the activities necessary to prepare for the study and the schedule for completing the preparation activities leading to conducting the actual field operations. This report is intended to provide the TEAM members with the information necessary for planning and conducting the Asian long-range tracer study. The experimental plan is proposed, at this time, to describe the efforts necessary to conduct the Asian long-range tracer study, and the plan will undoubtedly be revised and refined as the planning goes forward over the next year
