    CREATION, INVESTIGATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF FACILITIES AND PROCEDURE OF OPERATION OF LOW FLOW RATE OIL AND BITUMEN WELLS IN COMPLICATED CONDITIONS

    Scientific principles have been developed, and an engineering-technological complex has been created for operating low flow rate wells, based on new solutions (27 investigations) in order to provide the engineering and technological basis for reducing the oil production costs. A theory of the drives of sucker-rod pumps with reducing converting mechanisms has been elaborated, the scientific and methodical principles of their design and application have been worked out, as well as the methods of design and the structures of automatic seals of the mouth rod have been devised. A principle of multiple reduction in the specific consumption of materials has been implemented through multi-functional use of the assemblies. Hardware means and a technology for efficient development of the wells have been created. A new complex of hardware means, technologies, methods ans means of controlling the operation of the bitumen wells has been substantiated and desised to provide the realization of the project of exploiting the deposits with hardly-recoverable reserves with efficient thermal methods.     RATIONAL MINING OF UNIQUE OIL- AND GAS CONDENSATE DEPOSITS IN CARBONATE COLLECTORS

    A methodology and methodical principles of developing unique oil- and gas condensate deposits in carbonate collectors (Astrakhan, Vyktylsk, Orenburg, and others) with the aim of achieving maximum profitableness of component yield at their operation have been devised. The methods of designing three-dimensional filtration of multiphase fluids with the Monte Carlo statistical method used have been created; the methods of this kind are not available in the world. The geologo-mathematical three-dimensional models of the Astrakhan, Karachaganaksk and a number of other unique deposits have been constructed. The laws of changing the compositions of the fluids in productive reservoirs have been revealed for the considered deposits for the first time; the criteria of exploiting the deposits for depletion and with the seam pressure maintained have been substantiated. The application of the theoretical developments to the particular deposits (Orenburg, Karachaganaksk, Tengyz, and others) has made it possible to determine the strategy of their development, with the ecologic limitations under the market relations conditions considered.     The methodical principles for support of making solutions at choice of the technologies on the oil yield increase and treatment of the near-face zones and also strategies of their realization taking risk uncertainity factors into consideration have been considered. The approaches to the creation of the systems for support of making solutions in the field of applying technologies of the action on the oil beds have been proposed. On their base the program unit for extraction and processing of the expert knowledges at multicriterial evaluation of the priority of the technologies and also the systems for support of making solutions at choice of the technologies on the oil yield increase and treatment of the near-face zones and at evaluation of the actual technological effect at their application have been created. The methods for evaluation of the uncertainity and risk have been developed. The statistical analysis of the experience on the application of the technologies in the domestic fields and abroad have been developed, the levels of the study ability of technologies and also the priorities stipulating the application scales and development tendences have been determined.
