CREATION, INVESTIGATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF FACILITIES AND PROCEDURE OF OPERATION OF LOW FLOW RATE OIL AND BITUMEN WELLS IN COMPLICATED CONDITIONS

Abstract

Scientific principles have been developed, and an engineering-technological complex has been created for operating low flow rate wells, based on new solutions (27 investigations) in order to provide the engineering and technological basis for reducing the oil production costs. A theory of the drives of sucker-rod pumps with reducing converting mechanisms has been elaborated, the scientific and methodical principles of their design and application have been worked out, as well as the methods of design and the structures of automatic seals of the mouth rod have been devised. A principle of multiple reduction in the specific consumption of materials has been implemented through multi-functional use of the assemblies. Hardware means and a technology for efficient development of the wells have been created. A new complex of hardware means, technologies, methods ans means of controlling the operation of the bitumen wells has been substantiated and desised to provide the realization of the project of exploiting the deposits with hardly-recoverable reserves with efficient thermal methods.
