    This article investigates the local characteristics of the cultural space of Ukraine. Semiotics is proposed as a methodology of studying the cultural landscape, the parameters of its application in a cultural discourse. Formation of new communication technologies contributes to the intensification of cultural exchange in the information society through the development of new sign systems. Iconic-symbolic communication apparatus is focused on the development of the space in which time-space appears in a new form of computer information and symbolic world. Virtualization space Internet reality influences the formation of intercultural relations, the global network erased time-space boundaries, communication and accelerated changes from verbal to symbolic and symbolic.The transformation of the modern world space caused by the formation of new communication technologies, intensification of cultural exchange in the information society, the increasing mobility of mankind, as well as transnational association of professionals from different disciplines and certain groups in the association, partnership, influencing decision-making and national ideological world community.Referring to semiotics as a cultural landscape research methodology, we define the parameters of its application in culturological discourse. The subject of semiotics as a science is the information system is a system that carries information, and basic core of the system – system of signs. The development of semiotic thought has the following sequence: statement – text – discourse – and intertext infosfera. Coherent set of expression extends to text, discourse is characterized by both linear and paradigmatic aspect. In terms of intertext and infosfera reflected the unity of cultural space – artistic, scientific and technical. In its evolution infosfera reaches the noosphere. The transition of the biosphere to the noosphere is associated with the appearance semiosfery.В статье исследуются локальные характеристики культурного пространства Украины. Предлагается семиотика как методология изучения культурного ландшафта и параметры ее применения в культурологическом дискурсе. Акцентируется важность теории семиосферы Ю.     In the article there is a synergetic approach to the study of cultural and creative processes of modern Ukraine, showing the path of synergistic socio-cultural development of regions of Ukraine. It is analyzed the concept of "historical memory" and its importance in ensuring continuity and identity formation. The mechanism of reproduction of historical memory, which is the basis of humanitarian projects NAKKKiM, used in representations of the cultural history of Ukraine. As a result of the research it concerns the cultural synergy of regional identities in Ukraine, the article shows a hierarchical model of national cultural space. These examples of the synergistic approach to the cultural and creative processes show the inclusion of Ukrainian culture in the global context. It reveals the idea of synergy of Ukrainian culture with the dialectic of regional chronotopes and general laws of occurrence, development, transformation of certain ethno-national communities, regions and local areas and their union in a holistic polilogical cultural continuum of Ukraine.В статье определяется синергетический подход к исследованию культуротворческих процессов современной Украины, показываются синергические пути социокультурного развития регионов Украины. Проанализировано понятие «историческая память" и его значение в процессе обеспечения преемственности и формирования идентичности. Механизм воспроизведения исторической памяти положен в основу гуманитарных проектов Национальной академии руководящих кадров культуры и искусств (НАРККиИ), используется в процессе репрезентаций истории культуры Украины. Как результат проведенных исследований проблем синергии культурных региональных идентичностей Украины предложено иерархическую модель формирования общенационального культурного пространства. Приведенные примеры реализации синергетического подхода к культуротворческим процессам, которые способствуют включению культуры Украины в мировой контекст. Раскрывается идея синергии украинской культуры с учетом диалектики региональных хронотопов и общих закономерностей возникновения, развития, трансформации отдельных этнонациональных сообществ, регионов, локальных местностей и их полилогичного объединения в целостный культурный континуум Украины.У статті визначається синергетичний підхід до дослідження культуротворчих процесів сучасної України, виявляються синергійні шляхи соціокультурного розвитку регіонів України. Проаналізовано поняття «історичнапам’ять" та її значення в процесі забезпечення спадкоємності та формування ідентичності. Механізм відтворення історичної пам’яті покладений в основу гуманітарних проектів НАКККіМ, використовується в процесі репрезентацій історії культури України. Як результат проведених досліджень проблем синергії культурних регіональних ідентичностей України запропоновано ієрархічну модель формування загальнонаціонального культурного простору. Наведено приклади реалізації синергетичного підходу до культуротворчих процесів, що сприяють включенню культури України у світовий контекст.     Scoparia sinevi Streltzov, sp. n. is described from the Republic of Southern Ossetia. The new species is very similar in its appearance to the Central Asian S. juldusella (Caradja, 1916) but distinctly differs from latter by the male genitalia with cornutus consisting of three large spines (cornutrus with one large spine in S. juldusella). The moths of the new species were collected from forb subalpine meadows in the Rachinsky Range

    Causative Role of Ureaplasma Urealyticum and other Sexually Transmitted Infections in the Urethral Meatus Polyp Development in Women

    The objective of this study was the investigation of the influence of ureaplasmal infection on the development of urethral meatus polyps in women. The article presents the results of the examination of women with chronic cystitis and urethritis over a 0.5- to 5-year duration, complicated by the presence of urethral meatus polyps and associated with concomitant Ureaplasma urealyticum and other sexually transmitted infections (STI). This was based on the culture analysis of the cervical and urethral content, and PCR-diagnostics of STI, as well as a complex pathomorphologic study of the resected polyps, including electron microscopy. In this study, 98 women between 45 and 60 years (52.5±4.9 years) were examined, who had undergone radiowave resection of the polyps: 52 women were infected by STI, including Ureaplasma urealyticum, Mycoplasma genitalium, Mycoplasma hominis, Chlamydia trachomatis and Trichomonas vaginalis, while the remaining 46 women had been diagnosed as not having STI. According to the culture results in the women with STI, U. urealyticum was identified as a monoinfection in 69% of cases, while in the remaining 31% of cases it was evident in the form of mixed infections, mainly in association with Mycoplasma hominis (17.5%) and Trichomonas vaginalis (13.5%). Pathomorphological examination of the urethral meatus polyps of the women with U. urealyticum and other STI demonstrated the proliferative character of the remodeling of the surface epithelium with hyperplasia, acanthosis, and keratinization of the stratified squamous epithelium and synchronous changes in the underlying connective tissue - impaired microcirculation and the diffuse inflammatory cell infiltrates with transepithelial leukopedesis. Using electron microscopy in the fibroblasts and plasma cells of the resected polyps the markers of U. urealyticum were detected in patients with negative results of the bacteriological diagnostic methods

    Materials on the Lepidoptera fauna of the Dagestan Republic (Northeastern Caucasus, Russia): autumn aspect (Insecta: Lepidoptera)

    The article provides the list of Lepidoptera (the families: Cossidae, Coleophoridae, Choreutidae, Ethmiidae, Pterophoridae, Pyralidae, Crambidae, Lemoniidae, Lasiocampidae, Drepanidae, Geometridae, Sphingidae, Erebidae, Noctuidae, Lycaenidae, Nymphalidae, Pieridae), collected in four localities in the Republic of Dagestan in September 2020. In total, 207 species have been recorded. Five species are reported for the fauna of Russia for the first time: Casignetella texanella (Chambers, 1878) (Coleophoridae), Agriphila cyrenaicellus (Ragonot, 1887), Thyridiphora furia (Swinhoe, 1884), Haritalodes derogata (Fabricius, 1775) (Crambidae), and Scopula minorata (Boisduval, 1833) (Geometridae); 23 species - for the fauna of Eastern Caucasus: Perygra glaucicolella (Wood, 1892), Ecebalia halophilella (Zimmermann, 1926), E. linosyris (E.     Lagenorhynchus albirostris is one of the most common Cetacean species in the Barents Sea. However, there is not a mention of its appearance in the Kola Bay. The present report confirms the appearance of a group of Lagenorhynchus albirostris in the Kola Bay near the aquacomplex of the Murmansk Marine Biological Institute of the Kola Research Centre of RAS, Polyarny town, in autumn 2011

    Basing on the materials from Russian entomological expedition to Jujuy Province, North-Western Argentina, the participants of which were working in Ecoportal de Piedra National Park, 22 Pterophoridae species have been revealed, two of which, Emmelina doroshkini Ustjuzhanin & Kovtunovich sp. n. and E. reshetnikovi Ustjuzhanin & Kovtunovich sp. n., turned to be new to Science. Six more species, Bipunctiphorus nigroapicalis (Landry & Gielis, 1992), Stenoptilodes brevipennis (Zeller, 1874), S. taprobanes (Felder & Rogenhofer, 1875), Lioptilodes cuzcoicus Gielis, 1996, Adaina zephyria Barnes & Lindsey, 1921, and Hellinsia mauleicus (Gielis, 1991) have been indicated for Argentina for the first time, and eleven more species, Postplatyptilia flinti Gielis, 1991, Stenoptilodes sematodactyla (Berg, 1885), Lioptilodes aguilaicus Gielis, 1991, Oidaematophorus pseudotrachyphloeus Gielis, 2011, Singularia carabayus (Arenberger, 1990), Hellinsia angulofuscus (Gielis, 1991), H. chalupi Gielis, 2013, H.grandaevus (Meyrick, 1931), and H. tacanasensis Gielis, 2013 have been indicated for Jujuy Province for the first time. One species of the genus Singularia has not been identified on a unique female

    This article describes the possibility of applying the low-temperature plasma for obtaining iron-containing pigments from water purification and flammable methanol production waste. In this paper were calculated combustion parameters of water-saltorganic compositions (WSOC) with different consists. Authors determined the modes of energy- efficient processing of the previously mentioned waste in an air plasma. Having considered the obtained results there were carried out experiments with flammable dispersed water-saltorganic compositions on laboratory plasma stand. All the experimental results are confirmed by calculations
