PENERAPAN MEDIA AUDIO VISUAL TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR DRIBBLING DALAM PERMAINAN SEPAK BOLA (Studi Pada Siswa Putri Kelas VIII D SMP Negeri 3 Sugio Kab. Lamongan)

Abstrak Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan: (1) untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh penerapan media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar dribbling sepak bola pada murid putri (siswi) Pada kelas VIII D SMPN 3 Sugio, (2) untuk mengetahui berapa banyak pengaruh dari media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar dribbling sepak bola pada siswa putri (siswi) SMP Negeri 3 Sugio. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu, dengan melakukan sebuah pendekatan yaitu kuantitatif. Rancangan menggunakan desain penelitian one group pretest-possttest desain. Untuk mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan tes dribbling sepak bola untuk mengetahui keterampilan dribbling bola. Treatment dilakukan sebanyak dua kali pertemuan, yaitu pertemuan kedua dan ketiga setelah pre-test diberikan pada hari pertama untuk dilanjutkan post-test dengan hari yang paling terakhir. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media audio visual (video) dalam pembelajaran dribbling sepak bola pada kelas VIII D di SMPN 3 Sugio. Pengambilan data ini dapat dibuktikan dengan suatu rumus yang digunakan seperti uji-t, dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 dan nilai t test 4,539> t tabel 1,699, yang menunjukkan hipotesis alternatif yang dapat dengan cukup. Untuk data demikian ini bisa disimpulkan ternyata ada sebuah pengaruh media pandang dengar (video) pada saat materi belajar dribbling sepak bola pada kelas VIII D SMPN 3 Sugio. Nilai mean post-test sebesar 5,03>4,43 nilai rata-rata pre-test. Hal ini bisa dibuktikan dengan adanya hasil perhitungan persentase peningkatan sebesar 19%. Kata Kunci: media audio visual, sepak bola, dribbling Abstract This study aims to (1) find out whether the implementation of audiovisual media has any significant influence on the soccer dribbling learning results of the female VIII D grade students in Junior High School Three Sugio, and (2) discover how significant the implementation of audiovisual media affects the soccer dribbling learning results of the female VIII D grade students in Junior High School Three Sugio. This was a quasi-experimental study by using a quantitative approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. In obtaining the data, a soccer dribbling test was used by the researcher to observe the students soccer dribbling skills. The treatment was given twice, precisely in the second and the third day of the observation; the first one was after the pretest and the last one was before the posttest; which was done on the last day of the observation. The results showed that the implementation of audiovisual media has a significant influence on the female VIII D grade students soccer dribbling learning in Junior High School Three Sugio. It can be proven by the result of the t-test, with a significant level of 0.05 and a t-test value of 4.539> t table 1.699, indicating an alternative hypothesis is partially accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of audiovisual media has significantly promoted the female VIII D grade students soccer dribbling learning in Junior High School Three Sugio since first, it was found that the posttest average value is 5,03>4,43 the pretest average value and second, this result is also proven by the calculation of the percentage increase in the amount of 19%. RASISME DALAM NOVEL THE KITE RUNNER

Racism is rooted from colonial era that the colonizer considers their race that is different and higher than others. It produces social inequality between colonizer and their colonized. The Kite Runner depicts the story of life in Afghanistan in the middle of the tribal conflicts and war; Hazaras, the minority ethnic group genocide done by the Pashtun, the majority, children and women rapes, and civilians slaughter by Taliban. In the middle of the war, live two main characters, Amir and Hassan, ten years old boys who come from different social class yet living in the same roof.  They both have the same father without their knowing, but with different mix of race. Different race and social class results in discriminative acts not just between the two of them but also among society. This research aims to analyze and find out how The Kite Runner depicts the racism in Afghanistn during 1970s up to 2001. Pashtun Taliban represented by Assef as the villain vs Pashtun, Amir as the main character. Pashtun vs Hazara is also known by the characters; Assef with Hassan, Amir and Hassan, Assef and Sohrab, Baba and Ali, Baba and Sanaubar. This research uses descriptive analytical method. This analysis is focusing on five aspects of racism, namely (1) discrimination, (2) segregation, (3) slavery, (4) prejudice, and (5) stereotype. It can be found that the discrimination is done by Amir and his Father, Baba who treat Hassan and Ali, who are from minority ethnic, as their slaves. Next is segregation and discrimination depicted by Assef, a young Afghanistan who praises Hitler and assumes that his ethnic is more decorous than others in Afghanistan and he tries to chase Hazara from Afghanistan. The slavery can be seen when Baba and Amir treats Ali and Hassan as their maid in their house. The prejudice can be seen when there are some Pashtun thinks of the hazrasa existence living together with Baba and Amir. From Prejudice, it results the stereotyping from other people of imagining the Hazara. The authoritarian government, Taliban, also show the mistreatment of racism to the Afghans. PENGARUH MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MIND MAPPING TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA PELAJARAN EKONOMI KELAS XI IPS 1 di SMA NEGERI 27 BANDUNG

Judul penelitian ini adalah pengaruh media pembelajaran mind mapping terhadap minat belajar peserta didik pada pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS 1 di SMA Negeri 27 Bandung tahun ajaran 2016-2017. Berdasarkan tinjauan langsung di SMA Negeri 27 Bandung kelas XI IPS 1, Pembelajaran konvensional (ceramah) hanya membuat peserta didik kurang aktif dan malas dalam menerima materi yang ada, karena pembelajaran hanya terpusat pada apa yang disampaikan sehingga tidak dapat dimengerti secara maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengetahui penggunaan media mind mapping pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS 1 di SMA Negeri 27 Bandung. (2) Mengetahui minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS 1 di SMA Negeri 27 Bandung. (3) Mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh media mind mapping terhadap minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS 1 di SMA Negeri 27 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan angket dengan teknik pengolahan data uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas data, analisis regresi linier sederhana dan koefisien determinasi, Hipotesis penelitian berbunyi “Terdapat pengaruh antara media pembelajaran mind mapping (X) terhadap minat belajar peserta didik (Y) pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh antara variabel X dan Variabel Y sebesar 0,336 atau 33,60%. Untuk mengetahui hubungan fungsional antara variabel X dan variabel Y maka digunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan hasil perhitungan sebagai berikut : Y = 9.915 + 0.537 X artinya bahwa setiap media pembelajaran mind mapping bertambah 9,915 maka minat belajar meningkat sebesar 0,537. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel X (media pembelajaran mind mapping) terhadap variabel Y (minat belajar), maka digunakan koefisien determinasi dengan hasil perhitungan sebesar 33,60% maka sebagian lainnya ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kesimpulan hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima, sebagai akhir penelitian penulis menyampaikan saran kepada guru agar sebaiknya guru menggunakan variasi media pembelajaran yang menarik berkaitan dengan materi pelajaran yang akan disampaikan, karena cara ini dapat membuat peserta didik aktif dan kreatif untuk belajar. Kepada para praktisi atau peneliti lain di bidang pendidikan dapat melakukan penelitian serupa dengan media pembelajaran dan metode yang berbeda agar diperoleh berbagai alternatif untuk peningkatan pemahaman pembelajaran pada pokok bahasan selanjutnya dan kepada pihak sekolah sebagai bahan kajian bagi sekolah dan menyarankan guru untuk menggunakan media pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik untuk mendukung pendekatan saintifik dan media pembelajaran yang baik. Factors Determine Cash Waqf Participation in Kedah, Malaysia: Perception from Students in Kolej University Insaniah

ABSTRACT The advertisement made by the Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad (BMMB) was the major cause for a CashWaqf gained popularity in Malaysia partly, the first Islamic banking establishment to manage CashWaqf together with Perbadanan Wakaf Selangor (PWS). The aim of this study is to investigate the determinants of CashWaqf participation from the Malaysian perspective. This study is based on three variables used to determine factors that affect CashWaqf participation in Malaysia. The three variables that are measured in this current study are religiosity, subjective norm, and attitude.used an attitude theory as a baseline theory. The data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 participants from Students at Kolej Insaniah Universiti.  Based on multiple regression analysis and other statistical techniques, the findings of the study showed a significant relationship between religiosity, subjective norm, and attitude with CashWaqf participation. Given the results from the study, it highlights some limitations and suggestions for future studies that may be conducted in this scope.Keywords: Cash Waqf, Religiosity, Subjective Norm, Attitude

WORK FROM HOME DAN DAMPAKNYA BAGI PEKERJA JASA PENGIRIMAN BARANG DI DESA KELURAHAN PONDOK KARYA

Fokus dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pemahaman tentang definisi work from home, dampak work from home terhadap tingkat pengiriman barang dan tingkat pendapatan bagi pekerja jasa pengiriman barang pada masa pencegahan pandemi covid-19 Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini reduksi data, penyajian data dan veritifikasi atau simpulan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Pekerja jasa pengiriman barang sudah mengetahui pengertian dari work frome home yaitu bekerja dari rumah. Selain itu pekerja jasa pengiriman barang juga mengetahui tujuan serta pentingnya dari penerapan kebijakan tersebut untuk mengurangi atau meminimalisir jumlah masyarakat yang terpapar dari pandemi covid-19. 2) Adanya penerapan kebijakan bekerja dari rumah atau work from home berdampak positif pada meningkatnya jumlah pengiriman barang yang kurang lebih meningkat sebesar 30% dari sebelum adanya pandemi covid-19 dan penerapan kebijakan work from home. 3) Pada masa pandemi covid-19 dan penerapan kebijakan work from home meskipun terjadi peningkatan pengiriman barang akan tetapi pendapatan yang didapatkan bagi mitra gojek dan grab mengalami penurunan kurang lebih 30% dari sebelum adanya pandemi covid-19 serta penerapan kebijakan work from home

In preventing violence to woman and children the state and the people must prevent, protect, and take actions in accordance with the laws. This is the background for the author to make training related to the prevention of violence against women and children in the village of Pasir Gombong. Content creation training in the form of posters using Canva which will then be distributed in strategic places around the author's domicile and accompanied by education about violence against women and children. The purpose of this activity is through training on creating creative content on social media for young people, which is expected to help local communities participate in preventing violence against women and children. Dopping Effect on Optical Constant of Poly (Vinyl Chloride)

Thick films of poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC)& PVC doped with Zn(etx)2 salt complex have been prepared by cast method with fixed thickness almost (120±5) Microns. Optical studies were carried out in the wavelengths region(200-900)nm based on absorption & transmition measurement. Optical parameters such as absorption coefficient(?) ,refraction index(n) and extinction coefficient(K) were observed to be effected by adding the dopant.Electrical parameters such as real(?)& imaginary(?) part of dielectric constant were also calculated part of dielectric constant were also calculated from the optical parameters using Maxwell equation
