Hayat Dışı Sigorta Şirketlerinin Finansal Performans Analizinde Topsis ve Mabac Yöntemlerinin Değerlendirilmesi

Performans değerlendirmesi, tüm sektörlerde olduğu gibi sigorta sektöründe faaliyet gösteren şirketlerin de hedeflerinin değerlendirilmesini esas almaktadır. Bu değerlendirmelerde sıklıkla istatistiksel ve ekonometrik modeller ile çok kriterli karar verme teknikleri kullanılmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, hayat dışı sigorta şirketlerinin finansal performans değerlendirilmesinde optimal yöntemin belirlenmesi ve yöntemin seçimi hususunda karar noktası oluşturmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Critic ile ağırlıklandırılmış Topsis ve Mabac yöntemleri ile hayat dışı sigorta şirketlerinin 2014-2020 dönemi itibarıyla performans analizi yapılmış, korelasyon analizi ile yöntem sonuçları arasındaki ilişki incelenerek optimal yöntem belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, Türkiye'deki hayat dışı sigorta şirketlerinde sermaye yeterliliği, karlılık, faaliyet riski ve aktif kalitesini temsil eden oranlardan oluşan kriterler ile elde edilen Topsis ve Mabac finansal performans sıralamaları arasında pozitif bir ilişki vardır. Sektörel analiz yapanların performans değerlendirilmesinde optimal yöntemin belirlenmesi noktasında dikkate almaları gereken temel çıkarım, yöntemlerin benzer sonuçlar ortaya çıkarmakta olmasıdır

Synthesis of Benzimidazole derivatives containing Schiff base exhibiting antiurease activities

In this study some novel Schiff bases derivatives of benzimidazole containing thiophene ring were designed and synthesized by using various aldehydes. Seven different aromatic aldehydes with various side groups were used for synthesized. 1 H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectra and LC-MS were used to identify all of the compounds. All synthesized compounds anti urease activities were calculated according to phenol-hypochlorite method by Weatherburn. The results indicated that all compounds have anti urease activity between 12.70±0.11 µg/mL and 14.00±0.08 µg/mL IC50 values. Especially the compound N'-[(1E)-2-furylmethylene]-2-[5,6- dimethyl-2-(2-thienylmethyl)-1H-benzimidazol-1-yl]acetohydrazide (5g) has very close IC50 value (12.70±0.11 µg/mL) to thiourea (12.60±0.10 µg/mL) that is the standard inhibitor. 5g bearing furan ring at the N-3 position on the benzimidazole nucleus has the smallest volume of side group than others

Synthesis and urease inhibition studies of some new quinazolinones

In this study, novel quinazolinones were designed, synthesized, characterized by FT-IR, H-1-NMR, C-13-NMR spectral data, and LC-MS. New compounds inhibitory activities on urease were assessed. All of the compounds exhibited potent urease inhibitory activities. Especially in the synthesized compounds, 2-benzyl-3-({5-[(4-nitrophenyl)amino]-1,3,4-thiadiazol2-yl}methyl)quinazolin-4(3H)-one has the best inhibitory effect against Jack bean urease with IC50 = 3.30 +/- 0.09 mu g/mL. And also, N-(4-nitrophenyl)-2-[(4-oxoquinazolin-3(4H)-yl)acetyl] hydrazinecarbothioamide, N-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-[(4-oxoquinazolin-3(4H)-yl)acetyl] hydrazinecarbothioamide, and 2-benzyl-3-({5-[(4-fluorophenyl)amino]-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2yl} methyl)quinazolin-4(3H)-one have best activities among the synthesized compounds

İmin Fonksiyonu İçeren BazıBenzimidazol Türevlerinin Mikrodalga Destekli Sentezi

Benzimidazol modern ilaç keşfinde önemli bir farmakofordur. Birçok benzimidazole türevi yeni ilaç adayı bileşikler elde etmek amacıyla organik kimyacılar tarafından sentezlenmektedir. Bu çalışmada, imin fonksiyonu içeren yedi yeni benzimidazol türevi bileşik mikrodalga ışıma ve geleneksel yöntemle sentezlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre mikrodalga ısıtmanın geleneksel ısıtmaya göre verim, üründeki saflık ve zaman yönünde avantajları olduğu görülmüştür.Benzimidazole is an important pharmacophore in modern drug discovery. Synthesis and docking studies of novel benzimidazole derivatives containing thiophene and triazole rings as potential urease inhibitors

Abstract: A new series of 5,6-dichloro-benzimidazoles containing thiophene ring derivatives of thiosemicarbazides and triazoles were designed, synthesized and characterized by spectral methods like as IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and elemental analysis. The compounds antiurease activity studies have done according to VanSlyke method and IC values were calculated in μM unit. All newly synthesized compounds containing thiophene ring showed urease inhibitory activity with IC50 values between 1.52 and 0.07 µM. 5-{[5,6-Dichloro-1-(2-thienylmethyl)-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl]methyl}-4-methyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-thiol (Va) proved to be the most potent enzyme inhibition activity with IC50 = 0.07 ± 0.008 μM. Especially compounds (Va–f) have best results with triazole ring. All synthesized compounds were docked at the active sites of the Jack bean urease enzyme to investigate the reason of the inhibitory activity and the possible binding interactions of enzyme-ligand complexes. 2-{[5,6-Dichloro-2-(2-thienylmethyl)-1H-benzimidazol-1-yl]acetyl}-N-(4-clorophenyl)hydrazine carbothioamide (IVe), which has the second highest in vitro urease inhibitory activity with an IC50 of 0.11 μM compared to other compounds, has the highest binding energy of –8.97 kcal/mol

Evaluation Of Financial Situation Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises In The Manufacturing Sector: A Field Research

Küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmeler (KOBİ), bir ülkenin ekonomik, sosyal ve siyasal yaşamının dinamik ve sürükleyici unsurlarıdır. KOBİ'ler sahip oldukları esnek yapı sayesinde değişimlere kolay uyum sağlayabilmekte ancak sürekliliklerini sağlayabilmek için finansal desteklere ihtiyaç duymaktadırlar. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Artvin, Giresun, Gümüşhane, Rize ve Trabzon'da faaliyet gösteren küçük ve orta ölçekli 413 sanayi işletmesini inceleyerek, bu işletmelerin bölge ekonomisindeki önemini ortaya koymak ve finansal durumlarını değerlendirmektir. Araştırma sonuçları, bölgedeki sanayi işletmelerinin büyük çoğunluğunun sermaye şirketi olarak kurulduğunu ve kısa ve uzun vadeli finansmanda çoğunlukla banka kredilerini tercih ettiklerini göstermiştir. İşletmelerin %76,3'ü için kısa ve uzun vadeli kredi temininde karşılaştıkları en önemli sorun faizlerin yüksek ve değişken oluşudur. İşletmeler faaliyetleri sonucu elde edilen fonları geçici olarak bankada, sürekli olarak ise yeni yatırımlarda değerlendirdiklerini ifade etmişlerdir. SMEs owing to their flexibility can easily adapt to change, but they need financial support in order to ensure continuity. The purpose of this research is to examine 413 small and medium sized industrial enterprises operating in Artvin, Giresun, Gumushane, Rize and Trabzon and demonstrate the importance in the regional economics and also assess financial situation of them. Research results have shown that the majority of industrial enterprises in the region are established as a capital company and they prefer bank credits most in short and long-term financing. According to research, 76.3% of the enterprises are stated that the most important problem encountered in providing short and long-term loans is high and variable interest rates. They are stated that the funds obtained from activities are evaluated temporarily at the bank, but are evaluated continually at the new investment.
