The recent Covid-19 pandemic forced companies to implement marketing strategies to guarantee their continuity in the market, due to the drop in income that seriously affected the sales management of SMEs. The type of applied research and the design of experimental research of pre-experimental degree were developed, with a sample of 120 clients of the Luciano Naturist Center, through the survey technique applied through the instrument: the questionnaire; validated through expert judgment, and whose reliability obtained the Cronbach coefficient of 0.856. Data analysis and processing was performed with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, developed by MS Excel and SPSS v.25 programs. The general result, through the Wilcoxon test, showed a significance level of 0.000, determining the rejection of the null hypothesis and the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis, the same one that established the conclusion of the present investigation: the application of marketing strategies experience significantly influenced the sales management of the Luciano de Trujillo Naturist Center, 2022.Tesi
A Procedure for Settling Multi-Criteria Problem by a Small Group of Decision Makers
AHP can handle decision-making problems involving several criteria when some of these are difficult or impossible to compare other than numerically. When a small group of decision makers settle the multi-criteria problem by AHP, the members of group could not often reach an agreement with hierarchic structure involving objectives, criteria, sub-criteria and alternatives because they have different
positions, interests, and opinions. Further, the members have different importances for criteria and sub-criteria, and have dissimilar preferences for alternatives. In this article, we reveal the troubleness of AHP in case of being used by a small group of decision makers. Moreover, we proposed a procedure of AHP which the members of group could easily agree with the structure of problem and the weights of criteria etc
Low Cycle Fatigue Damage of Mod.9Cr-1Mo Steel under Non-Proportional Multiaxial Loading
AbstractThis study discusses multiaxial low cycle fatigue damage of Mod.9Cr-1Mo steel under proportional and non-proportional loadings at room and high (823K) temperatures. Strain-controlled multiaxial low cycle fatigue tests were carried out using a hollow cylinder specimen including interruption tests. Strain paths employed were a push-pull straining, a reversed torsion straining and a circle straining. Behaviors of cyclic deformations and failure lives and an evaluation of the failure life are discussed. Surface cracks and microstructures in fatigued specimens are also observed by a digital microscope and a transmission electron microscope (TEM) in order to investigate mechanisms of cyclic deformation, failure and reduction in failure life due to non-proportional loading
Statistical study of Doppler velocity and echo power around 75゜ magnetic latitude using data obtained with the Syowa East HF radar in 1997
We present the statistical relationship between the echo power and Doppler velocity of radar echoes observed with the Syowa East HF radar in Antarctica in 1997. The objective of this analysis was to clarify the mechanisms by which high-latitude (~75° magnetic latitude) F region irregularities are generated. Although data points are scattered over a large area, a positive correlation between Doppler velocity and echo power appears to be present. This relationship can be interpreted in terms of gradient-drift instability, which is the most probable cause of the decameter-scale irregularities in the F region. The positive correlation deteriorates in the afternoon and midnight sectors, probably as a result of other mechanisms related to particle precipitation (field-aligned current), such as the current-convective instability
Statistical analysis of echo power, Doppler velocity and spectral width obtained with the Syowa South HF radar
Statistical analyses are made of the physical parameters (echo power, Doppler velocity and spectral width) of Doppler spectra obtained in September 1995 with the Syowa South HF radar. We present time and range distributions and histograms of the parameters and cross-correlations among them. With K index at Syowa Station the distributions and histograms vary slightly but the correlations do not change so much. The most noticeable feature is that there is a positive correlation between the absolute values of Doppler velocity and echo power. This relationship can be interpreted in terms of the gradient-drift instability which is the most probable cause to generate decameter-scale irregularities in the F-region ionosphere
A case report of posttraumatic growth from a psychosomatic disorder due to traumatic stress in a 50s woman
【Purpose】 This clinical study is to report the effectiveness of narrative approach for PTG to open up traumatic experiences in a 50s women with psychosomatic disorder due to traumatic stress.【History of present illness】 I anxiety and fear continued after witnessing the death of a natural disaster in a city. The patient recovered with medication. However, she repeated the cycle that his physical condition got worse when he returned to a city.【Progress】 As she described her traumatic experience, her anxiety and fear lessened. In the process, the intimacy with the husband increased, and they faced the trauma together. Two years after intervention, She was back to a city without symptoms.【Disccusion】 It is considered that “intentional rumination”, “development of the narrative”, and “change of the schema”necessary for PTG were promoted by telling the traumatic experience, and PTG arose in the region of “strength as a human” and “relation with others
Practical whole-tooth restoration utilizing autologous bioengineered tooth germ transplantation in a postnatal canine model
Whole-organ regeneration has great potential for the replacement of dysfunctional organs through the reconstruction of a fully functional bioengineered organ using three-dimensional cell manipulation in vitro. Recently, many basic studies of whole-tooth replacement using three-dimensional cell manipulation have been conducted in a mouse model. Further evidence of the practical application to human medicine is required to demonstrate tooth restoration by reconstructing bioengineered tooth germ using a postnatal large-animal model. Herein, we demonstrate functional tooth restoration through the autologous transplantation of bioengineered tooth germ in a postnatal canine model. The bioengineered tooth, which was reconstructed using permanent tooth germ cells, erupted into the jawbone after autologous transplantation and achieved physiological function equivalent to that of a natural tooth. This study represents a substantial advancement in whole-organ replacement therapy through the transplantation of bioengineered organ germ as a practical model for future clinical regenerative medicine
