The volume parameter of the systems that are close to 0 K can not be controlled, therefore for these systems, the angular frequency of the time dependent magnetic field to trap the particles is a more suitable parameter for the work term in the first law of thermodynamics. In these thesis, we investigate the change of the thermodynamical equation of states when one uses the frequency instead of the volume in the first law of thermodynamics

Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is an educational framework that aims to make learning accessible to all individuals, regardless of their abilities or disabilities. This framework is based on the principle that by designing educational materials and environments with a wide range of learners in mind, more inclusive and effective learning experiences could be created. One key aspect of UDL is the use of technology, particularly e-learning, to create flexible and adaptable learning materials and environments. With e-learning, students can access course materials and participate in online activities and discussions at their own pace and in a way that works best for them. This can include using text-to-speech tools, video captions, and other assistive technologies to make course content more accessible to students with disabilities. UDL also emphasizes the importance of providing multiple ways for students to access and engage with course content, including through different media (such as text, images, video, and audio), as well as multiple methods of expression (such as writing, speaking, drawing, or presenting). This allows students to choose the learning approaches that work best for them and helps to ensure that all students have an equal opportunity to learn and succeed. This paper presents an evaluation of Canvas learning management system taking into account the UDL principles, and IMS Global Standards for e-learning tool implementation.Öğrenme için Evrensel Tasarım İlkeleri (ETİ, en: UDL), yetenekleri veya engelleri ne olursa olsun öğrenmeyi tüm bireyler için erişilebilir kılmayı amaçlayan bir eğitim çerçevesidir.

Slant helices and Darboux helices in Myller Configuration

In this paper, we study slant helix (or ξ_2\overset{\_}{\xi}_{2}-helix) and Darboux helix in Myller configuration MM. We show that a curve in MM is a slant helix if and only if it is a Darboux helix. We give the alternative frame of a curve in MM. Furthermore, we obtain the differential equations characterizing the curves in MM by means of both Frenet type frame and alternative frame.Comment: arXiv admin note: text overlap with arXiv:2305.0754

Due to their ability to resist endpoint antimicrobials such as carbapenem, it is very important to detect and monitor multi-drug resistant Gram negative strains with plasmids containing genes such as blaNDM-5 by new molecular methods. This study aimed to perform in silico analysis of resistance gene identifiers on human and animal-derived blaNDM-5 plasmids found in open databases, which were analyzed by new whole genome sequencing techniques and to compare these resistance genes. The plasmid genomic sequences of 4 human and 2 animal E. coli strains containing blaNDM-5 genes included in our study were analyzed in Silico using the Resistance Gene Identifier (RGI) option of the comprehensive antibiotic resistance gene database using default values. Human and animal strains included in our study were found to have different antimicrobial resistance genes in addition to blaNDM-5. All plasmids were found to have at least 8 perfect antimicrobial resistance gene sequences matches. When the resistance gene identifiers in all plasmids were examined, 35 resistance gene identifiers were found. Besides blaNDM-5, mphA, qacEdelta1 and sul1 were found in all plasmids. As a conclusion, it was determined by our study results that, regardless of the source, there may be different antimicrobial resistance gene identifiers besides the blaNDM-5 resistance gene in plasmids. We are of the opinion that routine molecular surveillance studies should be carried out considering the one health approach of Gram-negative pathogens such as E. coli, which can contain plasmids that cause multi-drug resistance and can be isolated from all sources.
