The explanation to be basic for research about convertion of wind energy to electrical with making vertical axis wind turbine. The aim is find out effect of lamp load to voltage, current, and RPM on the 2 blade savonius wind turbine. This is a experiment research. This research using quantitative descriptive analysis, with independent variables are lamp load 0, 3, 6, 9 watts and the dependent variables are voltage, current, and RPM. Results obtain from testing then analysis and conclusion attract. Results research show highest performance of savonius 2 blades wind turbine on 0 watt lamp load it producting, 11.68 volts, 0 ampere, and 334.2 RPM. Lowest performance of 2 blades savonius wind turbine on 9 watt lamp load producting, 7.68 volts, 0.13 amperes, and 272.9 RPM. Based of  results on the test can concluded that, The more lamp loads activated, voltage and RPM values decrease while, current value increases. Site-dependent charge transfer at the Pt(111)-ZnPc interface and the effect of iodine

The electronic structure of ZnPc, from sub-monolayers to thick films, on bare and iodated Pt(111) is studied by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) and scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). Our results suggest that at low coverage ZnPc lies almost parallel to the Pt(111) substrate, in a non-planar configuration induced by Zn-Pt attraction, leading to an inhomogeneous charge distribution within the molecule and charge transfer to the molecule. ZnPc does not form a complete monolayer on the Pt surface, due to a surface-mediated intermolecular repulsion. At higher coverage ZnPc adopts a tilted geometry, due to a reduced molecule-substrate interaction. Our photoemission results illustrate that ZnPc is practically decoupled from Pt, already from the second layer. Pre-deposition of iodine on Pt hinders the Zn-Pt attraction, leading to a non-distorted first layer ZnPc in contact with Pt(111)-I $\left(\sqrt{3}\times\sqrt{3}\right)$ or Pt(111)-I $\left(\sqrt{7}\times\sqrt{7}\right)$, and a more homogeneous charge distribution and charge transfer at the interface. On increased ZnPc thickness iodine is dissolved in the organic film where it acts as an electron acceptor dopant.Comment: 12 pages, 9 figure

The vacuum expectation value of the stress-energy tensor is calculated for spin $1\over 2$ massive fields in several multiply connected flat spacetimes. We examine the physical effects of topology on manifolds such as $R^3 \times S^1$, $R^2\times T^2$, $R^1 \times T^3$, the Mobius strip and the Klein bottle. We find that the spinor vacuum stress tensor has the opposite sign to, and twice the magnitude of, the scalar tensor in orientable manifolds. Extending the above considerations to the case of Misner spacetime, we calculate the vacuum expectation value of spinor stress-energy tensor in this space and discuss its implications for the chronology protection conjecture.Comment: 18 pages, Some of the equations in section VI as well as typographical errors corrected, 5 figures, Revtex

Substitutability of Spectrum and Cloud-Based Antennas in Virtualized Wireless Networks

Some of the new trends emerging in future wireless networks enable a vastly increased fluidity in accessing a wide range of resources, thus supporting flexible network composition and dynamic allocation of resources to VNOs. In this work we study a new resource allocation opportunity that is enabled by the cloud radio access network architecture. In particular, we investigate the relationship between cloud-based antennas and spectrum as two important resources in virtualized wireless networks. We analyze the interplay between spectrum and antennas in the context of an auction-based allocation mechanism through which VNOs can bid for a combination of the two types of resources. Our analysis shows that the complementarity and partial substitutability of the two resources significantly impact the results of the allocation of those resources and uncovers the possibility of divergent interests between the spectrum and the infrastructure providers
