    This preliminary study was conducted to see the level of learning organization (LO) practice in two primary schools in the district of Melaka Tengah, Melaka. Both schools were selected based on Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) 2019 School Average Grade (GPS). The questionnaire instrument used in this study was modified from the Learning Organization Practices Profile (LOPP) instrument developed by O'Brien, 1994 and conducted on 60 respondents from two different schools. The overall questionnaire reliability analysis gave a Cronbach’s alpha scale of 0.78. Study data were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) For Windows 25 program with descriptive analysis. The findings of this study show that the most dominant LO practice is the system and structure aspects of work, followed by staff development and performance and the lowest is the leadership aspect. The results of the overall study show that the level of LO practice in the schools studied is still at a weak level

    To achieve a high compression ratio in coding video data, a method known as Motion Estimation (ME) is often applied to reduce the temporal redundancy between successive frames of a video sequence. One of ME techniques, known as Block Matching Algorithm (BMA), has been widely used in various video coding standards. In recent years, many of these BMAs have been developed with similar intention of reducing the computational costs while at the same time maintaining the video signal quality. In this paper, an algorithm called Hexagon-Diamond Search (HDS) is proposed for ME where the algorithm and several fast BMAs, namely Three Step Search (TSS), New Three Step Search (NTSS), Four Step Search (4SS) as well as Diamond Search (DS), are first selected to be implemented onto various type of standard test video sequence using MATLAB before their performances are compared and analyzed in terms of peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR), number of search points needed as well as their computational complexity. Simulation results demonstrate that HDS algorithm has speed up other algorithm’s computational work up to 56% on average while at the same time maintains close performance in terms of average PSNR to others

    Pandemic COVID-19 have impacted the way of life of all people in the world. The effect continues worsened when our government-imposed lockdowns and every people need to stay home. Due to too long of staying at home, boredom become  one of the most reported negative psychological effects of the quarantine. It is undeniable that people of all ages enjoy gardening and planting. Hence, this pandemic time can be a golden opportunity for people to get outside of their compound and grow their interest in gardening. Thus, this project is designed to introduce the basic knowledge of plantations in easier and effective way. The system is applicable for multiple users who tend to learn more about plants and its plantation methods. Both men and women can start their own garden with proper planting methods. This system has been developed using several modules such as the leaf recognition using convolutional neural network (CNN), plant disease advice using knowledge based expert system and plant information using chatbot. The leaf recognition using CNN module will help the user to recognize a plant by providing the plant’s leaf image. The plant disease advice will diagnose the certain disease a plant might have by calculating the confidence level of provided symptoms of the disease. Finally, the plant information using chatbot module will provide information about plants by answering the user’s questions. It is hoped that this system could serve as the best smart plant information system to the user

    The EV3 Product Sorting Machine is designed and implemented to provide a better machine for the industry that will act on behalf of the workers in an industry by helping to sort the products according to the type without the usage of manpower. This machine will detect the stock to arrive from the factory, sort it and arrange it for their categories. At the same time, it will also record the total number of stock available in the store and also can withdraw stock from storage by their categories. The main idea why we propose this project is because there are certain problems in the industry like the industry of manufacturing that needs a lot of manpower to complete their work, workers always have mistaken or errors in sorting products to the right place and there is difficulty to calculate stock available. Our objective is to create a sustainable robot to sort products according to the code, to classify products according to the category and to identify the number of products available from each category of product. Here, the image processing method is implemented to determine and read the code on the label of the product, once the image of the code is processed it will instruct the next execution. This project is more significant in developing this robot as this invention could help the industry to get more systematic work with fewer man errors. Besides that, this project will also enable the industry to save a lot of money as less manpower needed to work.  Keywords—EV3 Robot; Product Sorting; Image Processing;

    Technical Education Assessment System Based on Fuzzy System

    The technical education assessment area offers a ripe ground for some fascinating and testing information mining applications. This application can help both lecturer and student to enhance the nature of education assessment. The capacity to screen the advancement of student's academic performance is a sensitive issue to the scholastic group of higher learning. The present work plans to approach this problem by exploiting fuzzy inference strategy to characterize student scores information as indicated by the level of their execution. In this proposed methodology, we have performed fuzzification of the input data of students marks by making Fuzzy Inference System(FIS) subject insightful, next each FIS yield is gone to next level FIS with two inputs, yields of the last FIS are execution worth computed in view of each coursework marks. Simulation results verify the performance of our proposed fuzzy assessment model for evaluating students’ overall performance
