Satisfaction of the Citizens and Health Professionals Regarding Healthcare Services in the European Countries
Different regions of the European countries follow different kinds of models in healthcare services. Particularly two models are very popular among the countries (national health service (NHS), social health insurance model (SHI)). Therefore, citizens of those regions have different level of satisfaction toward health care. Even, the general citizens and the health professionals hold different perception regarding health care. So, both of these groups have different satisfaction level. To analyze, between-individuals and between-country differences in satisfaction level, I did multi-level analysis. I got data from European Social Survey (ESS) round 9 and Eurostat, 2018. I took 27 countries (those have data in both dataset). Results show that no significant differences between citizens and professionals toward healthcare were observed in this study though previous results indicate that health professional are less satisfied than the general citizens. Moreover, satisfaction level of the citizens varies in different parts of Europe. However, there were low number of health professionals in the study that can affect the result. Moreover, I did not include personal experience of the citizens in healthcare and the effect of healthcare models
Amtsalul Qur’an dan Konstruksi Surga
Illocutionary acts expressed on Gary Webb in “Kill The Messenger” movie
The illocutionary act is a kind of language used by speaker to the listener to do something. In daily activities, illocutionary acts are often encountered in people's conversation. This study aims to analyze various types and functions of illocutionary acts on the character of Gary Webb in Kill The Messenger Movie directed by Michael Bederman (2014). In this study, the researcher uses qualitative descriptive method to find the results of research. The researcher begins by analyzing the research subject by recording the transcript of Gary Webb's conversation, coding, then classifying the speech by type and type of illocution. In this study, the researcher finds 147 data from the data that is uttered by Gary Webb. Moreover, the results obtained from the research show that the types of illocution that often appear in Gary Webb's speech, there are; assertive 66%, directive 17%, expressive 12%, commissive 5%, and declarative 0%. Meanwhile, among the types assertive ranked first, about 32 data or 66%. On the other hand, the researcher also finds the functions of illocutionary acts namely; competitive 26 data, convivial 10 data, collaborative 92 data, and conflictive 19 data. Collaborative becomes the most frequently spoken function of Gary Webb. Moreover, the researcher hopes in the next research to be more focused and deep. The researcher suggests that the subject of the research is investigated more broadly, such as researching the speech of a person based on type and personality. Then, it becomes important for the next researcher to understand illocutionary act more deeply, because, in this study, the researcher finds a mismatch in the results of Leech's theory (1983- 106), namely the tendency of the type and function of illocutionary acts

Modeling Of Islanding Detection Methods For Microgrid
The increase in world demand for energy as well as environmental concern over scarce and limited fossil fuels has significantly triggered the search for environmentally friendly and renewable energy resources. In Malaysia, the system maximum demand in Peninsular has increased 4.65% from the year 2012 to 16,562 MW which has been recorded in May 13, 2013. Hence, to meet future energy requirement, some proactive measures of alternatives or renewable sources of energy must be established. In this context, the Micro-Grid (MG) concept is the potential solution to the issue of scarce natural resources. However, one of the major challenges associated with implementation of MG is to design an appropriate protection scheme which can protect MG in both grid and islanded mode. Considering this, a MG microswitch-based OUV and OUF IDMs through passive, Non-Intelligent IDM techniques was modelled and simulated. Microswitch-based performance testing has been carried out on both grid-connected and island modes, and considering the active power flow between the two systems and accompanying with different faulty conditions on each case and tested it five simulation cases based on the IEEE Standard 1547.4 test systems. These models were also tested with two fault of conditions in IEEE 15-bus radial distribution test system. The investigation from both test systems shows that, the proposed microswitch-based is effectively to perform in grid-connected and islanded modes. It also could import, export and isolate the active power flow without any serious effect in feeding the Unintentional Islanding Test Load and it function effectively under different faulty. Finally, the implemented concept of microswitch-based on MG is recommended to represent actual Malaysian distribution network model and parameters
Performance Management and its Impact on Public Sectors’ Effectiveness (a Study in Afghanistan)
The main purpose of this study is to clarify the impact of performance management in the public sector. Public sectors are the core entities in a country that play vital roles in order to provide services to the public and bring comfort to them. Therefore, it is important to understand whether public sectors can be effective for the general public or not. In order for the public sector to be effective performance management must be put in place. As Afghanistan is a country with high bureaucracy in its public sectors, therefore, there was a need for research to be conducted in the field of Performance management to find out the factors which lead to weak performance in the public sectors. The result of the study shows that some factors like favoritism, conflict of interest, and appointing inexperienced employees with irrelevant educational backgrounds to operational and managerial positions can lead to weak performance in public sectors
