PENGARUH KREATIVITAS GURU PENJAS TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA DI SMA ALFA CENTAURI BANDUNG

Rendahnya sikap dan perilaku motivasi belajar siswa, nampak dalam bentuk perilaku. Dapat dilihat dari beberapa siswa yang kurang bersemangat dalam mengikuti pembelajaran, peserta didik seringkali datang terlambat ke lapangan saat pembelajaran, dan sebagainya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas guru penjas terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen melalui perlakuan kreativitas guru penjas dengan memodifikasi alat dan media pembelajaran pada 50 siswa yang dibagi kedalam kelompok yang diberi perlakuan kreativitas guru penjas melalui modifikasi alat dan media pembelajaran (25 siswa) dan kelompok yang tidak diberi perlakuan modifikasi alat dan media pembelajaran (25 siswa), melalui pretest posttest control group design dan instrument pengukuran dengan menggunakan angket (kuisioner). Dan hasil dari analisis uji beda ‘t’ menunjukan bahwa kelompok yang diberi perlakuan kreativitas guru penjas melalui modifikasi alat dan media pembelajaran menunjukan hasil signifikan. Hal ini ditunjukan pada kelompok eksperimen bahwa siswa menjadi termotivasi secara signifikan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran penjas di sekolah. Pemberlakuan kreativitas guru penjas dalam memodifikasi alat dan media pembelajaran perlu lebih diapresiasi dan dilakukan oleh setiap guru penjas guna untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.----------Low motivation of students to learn appears in the form of behavior, it can be seen from some of the students were less enthusiastic in following the lesson. The method used in this research is an experimental method by treatment creativity of teachers physical education by modifying tools and instructional media at 50 students were divided into groups treated with the creativity of teachers physical education through modification tools and instructional media (25 students) and those that were not given treatment modification tools and instructional media (25 students), through pretest posttest control group design and measurement instrument using a questionnaire. And the results of the analysis of different test 't' indicates that the group treated with a modified physical education teacher creativity and learning media tools showed significant results. This is shown in the experimental group that students be motivated significantly in the following study physical education at school. Creative application of physical education teachers in modifying tools and instructional media needs to be appreciated and performed by each physical education teachers in order to improve students' motivation

Studi Eksplorasi Dampak Work From Home ( WFH ) Terhadap Kinerja Guru Selama Pandemi Covid-19

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi mendapatkan informasi  keuntungan dan kekurangan dari kerja di rumah ( Work From Home)  selama masa  pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus eksplorasi dan pendekatan penelitiannya menggunakan metode  studi kasus kualitatif yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi keuntungan dan kekurangan dari kerja di rumah ( Work From Home)  selama masa  pandemi COVID-19. Dalam penelitian ini, responden sebanyak 6  orang di sebuah sekolah dasar di  Tangerang. Untuk tujuan kerahasiaan, responden diberi inisial R1, R2, R3, R4, R5  dan R6. Wawancara semi-terstruktur  dilakukan dan  daftar pertanyaan disusun untuk  wawancara dikembangkan berdasarkan literatur terkait. Responden untuk penelitian ini adalah para guru dan di sebuah sekolah dasar di Tangerang. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat beberapa keuntungan dan kerugian pada progam WFH, keuntungannya yaitu Kegiatan WFH lebih fleksibel dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan, tidak mengikuti jam masuk kantor, tidak perlu mengeluarkan uang untuk membayar ongkos transportasi atau biaya bensin,  bisa meminimalisir tingkat stres yang dialami Selain kemacetan lalu lintas dari rumah menuju kantor, memiliki lebih banyak waktu luang. Kerugian dari WFH adalah adalah bisa kehilangan motivasi kerja  menanggung biaya listrik dan internet,dapat menimbulkan masalah keamanan data

This thesis entitled ‘Laine Morris’ Neurotic Anxiety Over Debbie’s Death In Stiles White’s Film Ouija (2014)’ is aimed at finding Neurotic Anxiety of Laine Morris as the main character after Debbie’s death. In conducting the research, descriptive qualitative method is used to find neurotic anxiety of the main character. Two approaches are applied to analyze the data, they are structural approach and psychological approach. Structural approach is used to analyze structural elements such as plot, general descriptions of the main character, conflict experiences by the main character, and setting described in the story of the film. Then, the psychological approach is used to analyze the neurotic anxiety of the main character. By using the structural approach it is found that Laine Morris as the main character is a person with her ego, who is anxious, care, sensitive, enthusiastic and curious. As the main character, she also experiences external and internal conflicts. The external conflicts experienced by Laine Morris are her conflict againsts Sarah (her sister), Trevor (her boyfriend) and also Paulina (Doris Zander’s sister). The internal conflict experienced by Laine Morris when she always curious about anything after Debbie’s death. She also has an anxiety towards people around her after she played an Ouija board with them. The setting in this Ouija film by Stiles White is divided into three; there are setting of time, setting of place and setting of social. The setting of time; in the morning and also at night. The setting of place; in the Debbie’s house, Morris’ family house, and also Mental hospital. The setting of social in the film is middle class society, Laine Morris and her friends are from middle class society; It can be proved that their parents are the business workers. It also can be seen from their building house. What clothes that Laine Morris and her friends used during school, the place where they’re hanging out together showed that they’re from middle class society. Laine morris is being an anxious, care to much, sensitive, enthusiastic, and curious person because of her neurotic anxiety. Her neurotic anxiety was definitely change her condition. Because of her condition she often has a conflict with people around her. Her conflict with Trevor, Sarah and Paulina are the reasons why she finally has neurotic anxiety. Besides conflict with some people above, she also has conflict with herself. She feels uncomfortable, afraid and also anxious with her condition after Debbie’s death
