The thesis was identified the importance of sports marketing. TRANSPORT OF THE SINGLE-VALENT CATIONS THROUGH THE MEMBRANE OF ERYTHROCYTES OF THE FROGS RANA TEMPORARIA AND RANA RIDIBUNDA

The object of investigation: the insulated erythrocytes of the frogs. The work is aimed at studying the mechanism of motion of the ions of natrium and kalium through the membrane of erythrocytes of the frogs and factors of regulation of the cation-transporting system activity. A comparative study of the cations transport into erythrocytes of the two species of the frogs has been performed. It has been shown, that the ions of kalium enter the erythrocytes through the Na-K-pump, K-Cl-contransporter and the residual component. The ions of natrium are being transported into the cells only by the way of diffusion, the Na/H exchanger is being activated in the hypertonic medium. The influence of temperature on the cation-transporting systems activity in the frogs' erythrocytes Rana temporaria has been studied. It has been shown, that the support of the ion homeostasis of erythrocytes of the animals, adapted during the long time to the low temperatures, is being provided due to the preservation of the natrium pump high activity and the reduction of the value of the cation streams passive. For the first time it has been established, that catecholamines and blockators phosphodieesterases activate the Na-K-pump in the erythrocytes of the frogs Rana temporaria; in the performance of a signal, the system of beta -adrenoreceptors take part. The results widen the theoretic presentations about the mechanisms of functioning and regulation of the systems of the ion transport through the cells membranes and can be used in studying the pathological processes, connected with the variations of the work of the particular iontransporting systemsAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio

This paper aims to shed light on the prospects of ethno-tourism cluster development in Russian regions. The provided methodology is applicable for the study of the cluster approach in the field of tourism. The focus is made on good practices of ethno-clusters in tourism in the Russian regions. There are some scientific methods in this research: methods of the system and comparative analysis, a technique of assessment of resources and capacity of regions, methods of administrative diagnostics, expert estimates, a deep interview, methods of social research will be applied. Tools of a research include (depending on a solvable task): dialectic, formal and logical, concrete historical, structurally functional and statistical methods. Moreover, authors research a new economy model – sharing – and its influence of tourism area. The main results are the challenges and prospects for ethno-tourism development are defined and supported by Mari El case study. The factors exerting influence on ethno-tourism development include tourism potential of the region; attitude of ethnos and local authorities to tourism; availability of the necessary infrastructure and qualified personnel and new information technology. The conditions facilitating success of the tourism cluster development are analyzed. These include, first of all, the development of the target programme for tourism development with the emphasis on ethno-tourism on the level of local authorities; secondly, investment in tourism infrastructure development; thirdly, the sharing model will contribute to establish the ethno-tourism cluster. The research is of practical importance for modernization of domestic tourism programmes in order to boost regional economy

The article presents studies of the functional activity of different types of immunocompetent cells in the study of regenerative properties of a new drug dyalderon. The study was performed in the laboratory, on the model of purulent wounds in male rats of the Vistar line, in accordance with international requirements of humane treatment of laboratory animals. The two groups of rats, 10 animals each, were used to accomplish this task. Animals under anesthesia were dissected skin flap area of 20 mm2 was applied to the surface of the wound. 1bn. microbial cells of Staphylococcus aureus. Through the day the rats of the experimental group was administered with dyalderon at a dose of 30 mg intramuscularly, and the animals of the control group Cefazolin topically at a dose of 1 g per wound, during for 8 days. The criterion for the regeneration of the wounds were the time of appearance of granulation, epitelizaciei, the leukocyte count and groups T and b-lymphocytes, the level of phagocytosis and of some cytokines and decrease microbial contamination by Staphylococcus is less than 105 microbial cells per 1 cm2. Observation of the animals was carried out for 25 days. The results obtained allowed to establish that dyalderon contributed to the rapid tissue regeneration and elimination of the etiopathogenetic factors of the purulent inflammation of microbic cells, and necrotic detritus and accelerate epithelialization of wounds. This dyalderons action activated of ТН1 lymphocytes subpopulations, which stimulate the production of inflammatory cytokines а-TNF and 1-ИЛß. The maximum development of anti-inflammatory cytokines in the blood of rats of the experimental group was observed on the fifth day of а-TNF 870,8±0,24 ng/ml, 1 IL ß 29,78±0,21 ng/ml, and organism/s physiological norm, was came а-TNF 82,5±0,56 ng/ml, and IL 1 ß 16,4±0,71 ng/ml

The article covers information on the study of cytokine therapeutic effect of dyalderon on some interleukin indices and other nonspecific immunity factors in Pseudomonas aeruginosa-infected cattle. The research was conducted on calves aged 2-2.5 months. They were divided into 3 groups 20 animals each, according to analogue principle. The first group included clinically healthy animals. The calves of the 2-nd experimental group ill with pseudomonosis were treated using antibiotics and symptomatic medications according to the following scheme: in a day they were administered tobramycin sulfate in a dose of 0.5 mg/kg per day during a week, the next day they were given azithromycin (Azitronite) at a dose of 2.0 ml, intramuscularly, during a week, in addition, they were given trivitum at a dose of 2.0 ml intramuscularly, 450 ml of 5% glucose in normal saline intravenously. Pseudomonosis-infected calves of the 3-d experimental group in addition to antibiotic therapy were given dyalderon at a dose of 200 mg per 1 head intramuscularly, once a day during 7 days. On the fifth day animals of the 3 -d experimental group showed absence of laryngotracheitis and bronchitis symptoms as opposed to the 2-nd experimental group calves. On the 18-th day calves of the 3-d experimental group showed normalization of white blood cells, lymphocytes and red blood cells count, ESR (blood sedimentation rate) decreased from 27.8±0.04 to 9.2±0.52 mm/h (
