    Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah perihal kemandirian belajar siswa di SD Negeri Setia Darma 04 antara lain siswa siswi kurang dalam mengajukan suatu pertanyaan, kurangnya tanggung jawab dalam menyelesaikan tugas, dan kurangnya kemandirian siswa dalam belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen kuasi dengan menggunakan nonequivalent (pretest and postest) Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa angket. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 33 siswa untuk kelas eksperimen dan 33 siswa untuk kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan rata-rata pretest di kelas eksperimen adalah 72,21% dan postest 83,53%. Sedangkan untuk rata-rata pretest kelas kontrol 60,09% dan postest 59,84%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode resitasi berpengaruh positif dalam kemandirian belajar siswa pada pelajaran matematika kelas IV di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Setia Darma 04 Tambun Selata

    ABSTRACT- The tuition payment system at Taufiq Islamic Middle School is still manually using ledger media in transaction activities and data recap. The system still needs to be revised and is prone to errors in calculating incoming payments and reporting payment data. This research was conducted to facilitate the school in the payment management process so that the recording error rate no longer occurs. The system development method used in this study is the Waterfall model and uses the Midtrans payment gateway in the online payment process. The results of this study are in the form of a tuition payment website that can facilitate all parties, both the school and students.     Bencana alam yang sering terjadi di dunia seperti gempa bumi, longsor, kebakaran, memiliki efek yang signifikan pada manusia. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk menggunakan teknologi mutakhir (robotika dan kognisi) untuk menyelesaikan masalah bencana, khususnya dalam membantu peran tim SAR (Search and Rescue) dalam menyelamatkan nyawa manusia. Robot yang dirancang pada penelitian ini memiliki tujuan agar dapat melewati berbagai medan jalan seperti jalan pecah, lumpur, bidang miring, dan tangga. Selain itu, robot ini juga dapat mengambil benda dengan menggunakan lengan robot. Robot ini menggunakan Raspberry Pi 4B sebagai mikrokontrolernya. Sensor yang digunakan pada robot ini, yakni kamera untuk bagian navigasi robot dan MPU6050 untuk bagian kestabilan robot. Robot ini menggunakan 4 kaki dengan 3 DoF pada masing-masing kaki yang dikontrol dengan 2 driver servo PCA9685. Adapun kendala seperti, lonjakan arus berlebih dan pergerakan robot yang tidak stabil. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, diberikan solusi seperti pembagian ulang jalur rangkaian listrik beban kaki robot, merubah bahan pada komponen yang dipakai robot, dan pengurangan panjang femur robot

    Nasi yang merupakan makanan pokok dari warga Indonesia merupakan sumber karbohidrat untuk warga Indonesia. Karbohidrat sederhana yang larut dalam air dan langsung diserap tubuh dan digunakan untuk energi disebut gula. Molekul glukosa yang diubah dari karbohidrat berfungsi sebagai dasar produksi energi tubuh. Kadar glukosa dalam larutan gula berhubungan dengan nilai konstanta dielekrik dimana sifat dielektrik suatu material dapat diukur dengan menggunakan metode antena salah satunya jenis antena mikrostrip. Tekonologi antena mikrostrip banyak digunakan dalam berbagai bidang seperti pertanian , kedokteran, komunikasi dan sensor. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan simulasi untuk mendeteksi kadar gula menggunakan antena mikrostrip rectangular patch 2,4 Ghz berdasarkan konstanta dielektrik gula. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah slot dengan jari-jari 12mm menghasilkan nilai return loss yang perbedaan besar antara konsentrasi larutan gula yaitu -4,633 dB di konsentrasi 0% dan berubah-ubah yang akhirnya -2,8611 dB di konsentrasi 5%. Didapatkan juga bahwa besar jari-jari dari slot dan banyak konsentrasi larutan gula mempengaruhi nilai dari return loss, VSWR, dan pegeseran frekuensinya.     Electrical energy is one of energy that has the role in all sectors so that the availability of power required by large amount as well as sustainable. PLTU Paiton Unit 7 and 8 is one of the private power company that attempts to meet the high demand for sustainable electric power in Indonesia. This power plant capable of providing electric power with capacity 615 MW (NET) of each or the total capacity reached 1230 MW. Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS) is one important part of the generation system in PLTU Paiton Unit 7 and 8 which serves as a connection between the generation and PLN transmission system. Gas Insulated Switchgear is a system connection and breaker electrical network packaged in a non-ferrous tube and using materials sulphurhexaflouride gas(SF6) as an insulating medium. SF6 gas has electronegative property that has the function to inhibit the arc that may occur when operating switchgear. GIS consists of 500 kV switchgear equipment having specific functions and specifications and are not allowed in wrong operation. This final project study the interlocking system at 500 kV GIS, a safety system that works based on the sequence and coordination of 500 kV switchgear equipment. From this final project is known that the interlocking system at 500 kV GIS was made in order to avoid possible errors operation of switchgear equipment that may cause danger to plant operators and even cause a disruption in the power system.     Stakeholder Theory Perspective in the Risk Identification Process in Village Government

    The purpose of this article is to explore the idea of ​​the risk identification process in village government from the perspective of stakeholder theory. This article attempts to demonstrate the importance of risk management in village governance by considering what risks can be identified regarding key stakeholders. Stakeholder theory is used as a theoretical basis in exploring the roles and interests of stakeholders related to village governance.  Based on the findings drawn from risk identification process,  there are nine identified risks from the four main stakeholder categories of village governance. Based on the identification of stakeholders in the village government, it could be proposed that stakeholder management in integrated risk management in the village government can be carried out and increase the effectiveness on risk and stakeholder management and this would prompts further empirical research. Furthermore, future research directions are suggested by enabling the integration of risk management and stakeholders to benefit the management process and outcomes of risk and stakeholders management. There is potential in the effectiveness of risk management in village government through new ways of thinking, analyzing, and then managing risks and integrating them with stakeholders holistically, rather than traditional efforts in each area. In the future, integrating risk management and stakeholders is very challenging, but it can be a new way to improve the performance of village government with the feasibility and benefits that need to be studied further
