The Pegayaman Muslim diaspora historically originated from Java. Pegayaman, the village they live in, is one of the largest Islamic villages in Buleleng Bali. For them, Islam is a religion that not only contains a belief system that has abstract values, but also becomes a cultural attribute that distinguishes them from the Balinese Hindu community in its environment. In this context, they must have a social identity to show. The question that can be asked is how this diaspora that resides amidst the majority of the Balinese Hindus build their social identity? The objective of this research is to find out and discuss the efforts done by this community to build their identity. The method used is a sociolinguistic study utilizing a qualitative method. The data collected were in the form of authentic verbal linguistic data, which consist of conversations in five language domains. The data were collected using the (non-)participatory observation method and interviews. Both the participatory and the non-participatory observation took 6 months. Three interviews in five different language domains which involved seven interviewees were carried out. To obtain the data in question, a number of five families and their social networks were taken purposively as research subjects. To ensure data saturation, snowballing technique was also used. A number of important informants such as penglingsir ’adat elderly’, religious and traditional leaders (Guru), penghulu, and mekel or village heads were also involved as data sources. The study found the followings. The most obvious phenomenon is that they use Bahasa Bali in informal language domains by adapting some of its dialectal features. They are also adaptive, accommodative, and assimilable to the Balinese culture and traditions. The accommodation was shown in the implementation of the systems of Subak ‘the Balinese traditional irrigation system’ and Banjar ‘part of a hamlet’. The adaptation was in a number of tradition-related activities: Muludan Base, Muludan Taluh, Penapean, Penyajaan, Penampahan, Ngemanisin, and Ngejot. The assimilation was also seen in the Terms of Address and Terms of Reference used. Through these accommodative and adaptive efforts, they manage to build their social identity with the hope that their existence could be recognized and accepted, and thus they can practice their beliefs and faith, and practice and pass on their culture wel

STMIK STIKOM Indonesia is still using media information about study programs that are static and still can not be conveyed properly. This resulted in the existence of students who moved the study program and specialization when they have undergone lecturing process because they feel unsuitable, and still mistaken the students in distinguishing between study program and specialization. Seeing the problem, STMIK STIKOM Indonesia needs a media information about study program in the form of more practical, interesting, effective and detail, that can be used for media campaign and presentation. 2D animation is suitable as a medium to support the study program information because there are elements of visual, audio, text and color combined so that understanding of a concept or information becomes more easily accepted by the user. After the animation is completed, it is tested by internal STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. The results of these tests show an excellent response from the respondents. Both in terms of visualization, audio, and information from 2D animation as a medium to support information Engineering Studies Program Informatics and Computer Systems at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia

The current problems in the Computer Laboratory of Udayana UniversityTechnical Engineering Faculty include non-standard room temperature of 28 0 C, nonstandardlight intensity average in the room of 110 lux, seat height of 43 cm and tableheight of 74,50 cm being not adapted to the workers' anthropometric measurements, anddazzling white-colored curtains. Baseline data on six students after 3-hour workingrevealed the following findings: eye fatigue 81%' and general fatigue 88%;musculoskeletal complaints 51%; average learning achievement 59.5%, performance16.25%, and efficiency 10.09%. In an effort to improve the working conditions, a totalexperimental ergonomic intervention in the form of redesigning the Computer Laboratorywas introduced. In this study 30 subjects were recruited. The data collected were analyzed by usingdesriptive statistics, normality test, comparability test, and paired-simple t-test with asignificant level of 5%.Total ergonomic intervention has resulted in a decrease of room temperature from280 C to 25.830 C (p<0.05), increase in light intensity from 110 lux to 136.67 lux, decreasein eye fatigue from 81% to 23% (p<0.05), decrease in general fatique 88% to 41%,decrease in musculoskeletal complaints from 51% to 11% (p<0.05), increase in learningachievement score from 59.5% to 89.5% (p<0.05), increase in performance from 16.25%to 41.25%, and increase in efficiency from 10.09% to 75.09% (p<.05).The results of this study revealed that appropriate total ergonomic intervention in acomputer laboratory had succeeded in improving the quality of working and performanceof the workers

Researchers made observations during the writing class. There were several writing problems faced by students, including: spelling errors in writing a few words, difficulty in compiling ideas, grammatical errors, incorrect punctuation, and inaccurate diction used. The researcher then found a solution to that problem by using the track changes feature in the pair correction activity. Track changes was useful for correcting students' writing in the editing phase not only making corrections, students also worked together in groups in pairs to produce better writing. The study used a classroom action research that aimed to describe the implementation of the use of track changes in pair correction activities and to find out whether the strategy could improve students' writing skills. The subjects of this study were students in class XI IPA 1 with a total of 32 students. The procedures in this study included planning, action, observation, and reflection. Researchers collected data through pre-test, post-test, questionnaire, and interview. The researcher used two cycles in this research. The results of the pre-test action showed that the average grade of the class was 67, after implementing the strategy, the average class in the first post test was 79 and in the second post-test it was 81. Based on these results, the use of track changes in writing correction in pairs could improve students' writing skills. The data were also supported by the results of questionnaires and interviews obtained that track changes helped students in learning to write
