El municipio de Texcoco de Mora se encuentra en la región oriente del Estado de México y cuenta con diferentes atractivos turísticos como zonas arqueológicas, natural, culturales, de aventura y en lo que se enfoca este trabajo en el área gastronómica la cual es amplia en la región y puede ser mas aprovechada para que esta sea conocida y que forme parte de un atractivo turístico importante para el municipio. Texcoco es un municipio que aún conserva su cultura como lo son sus costumbres y tradiciones las cuales se celebran en diferentes poblados en los cuales muestran diferentes bailables, musicales, juegos mecánicos y por supuesto la comida que en todas las ferias que se celebran se presentan diversos antojitos o platillos al igual que bebidas que son un atractivo para los asistentes a dichas festividades

Calidad de Servicio y la Satisfacción de los Clientes Transporte Vía Costa Huaraz - Chimbote - 2019

La presente investigación titulado ?calidad de servicio y la satisfacción de los clientes de transporte vía costa express - cuidad de Huaraz 2019; tiene como propósito determinar: la influencia de la calidad de servicio en la satisfacción de los clientes, teniendo como base temas sobre la calidad, el servicio y la satisfacción. El diseño de investigación que se empleo fue de tipo descriptivo ? transversal, las técnicas que se empleo fue la encuesta, que se aplicó a 132 clientes. Los resultados fueron, que los clientes notan la calidad de servicio, como un servicio de calidad alta y el nivel de satisfacción se ubica en un nivel alto, además los atributos del servicio más significativo para el cliente, resulto ser la fiabilidad. Estos resultados permitieron sugerir acciones que eleven la satisfacción de los usuarios; debido a que su calidad de servicio fue evaluada como alta con un 3.67 que es el inicio del rango de calidad alta, lo que nos dice que tenemos que mejorar la calidad de servicio. Design and Development of an Incident Reporting Mobile Application

Reporting actual incidents through short messaging systems and telephone calls are tedious,prone to errors and misinterpretations. Developing a mobile application that can be utilized totransmit incident type, location, and images among other details can provide assistance inemergency situations. The software development method followed in this study was theprototyping model, where initial versions of the software were shown to the end users for it tobe refined to their needs. The target users of the mobile application are a group of 38Adventist motorcycle riders from Silang, Cavite, Philippines who are trained to be firstresponders. Interviews with end users and benchmarking on related systems were conductedto meet results. The end users’ feedback on the developed application can be summarized ashaving high accuracy, less prone to errors, and ease-of-use. Through Global PositioningSystems available on modern smart phones, reporting a specific incident location can be asaccurate as within five meters. The report receiver can view the location in a map.Minimizing text entry and utilizing control elements not only improve reporting time but alsoreduce chances of committing errors. Further, the application can provide map location andcontact information of the emergency facilities near the incident site. Reported information isalso centrally stored for references to improve response processes. Once substantial data isgathered from this system, it can be data-mined to predict possible hotspots, peak times andother information on the occurrences of incidents. To implement the system to a largergeographical territory, the proponents suggest employing artificial intelligence which canautomatically identify and request help from the nearest possible medical facilities

Evaluación de requerimientos de accesibilidad universal desde una perspectiva urbano-territorial en la post-pandemia

La vulnerabilidad del territorio en sus dimensiones urbana y arquitectónica en materia de inclusión, quedó evidenciada ante la pandemia como lo muestran los estudios internacionales realizados por World Bank, ONU-Habitat y publicaciones pertinentes al análisis de accesibilidad y pandemia, Estos estudios señalan que las personas con discapacidad (PcD) que han contraído COVID-19, tienen una tasa de mortalidad hasta cuatro veces mayor, mortandad atribuida, no necesariamente a su situación de vulnerabilidad, sino por las prácticas deficientes de políticas públicas y planificación que no consideran sus necesidades. La accesibilidad en el entorno físico resulta un elemento fundamental de la inclusión, que reclama una nueva lectura y hace obligada la revisión y evaluación participativa donde, bajo el esquema del urbanismo táctico, se incluya la percepción de usuarios en un amplio espectro, permitiendo la reconsideración de requerimientos de accesibilidad en la nueva normalidad, así como el compromiso con la salud y la seguridad de los grupos vulnerables La metodología a realizar parte de un estudio de comparación jerárquica de los requerimientos de accesibilidad identificados por PcD en el territorio urbano-arquitectónico de México. Posteriormente, dichos resultados son contrastados por grupos de expertos en la materia (investigadores del tema de la discapacidad). Los resultados son evaluados a través de un modelo matemático-fenoménico, el cual posibilita la realización de un análisis de juicios y percepción, identificando así los comportamientos prospectivos en cuanto a las prioridades identificadas. Como resultado de la presente investigación se generan guías y recomendaciones basadas en un enfoque inclusivo, las cuales perfilan hacia la generación de un territorio urbano arquitectónico inclusivo, que considere las demandas de accesibilidad a través de la participación de los sectores consultados y responda a las condiciones que nos demanda la nueva normalidad

Drying and analysis of waste from potatoes, carrots, and chayote for food purposes

Vegetable peels are rarely used in food preparation, causing the loss of several nutrients. Such residues caproduce flour as a possible food source with added nutritional and economic value. Thus, the objective wasto evaluate the nutritional quality and the color of the flours obtained from the peels of potato, carrot, andchayote subjected to drying at the temperatures of 40, 50, 60, and 70 °C, as well as analyzing the dryingkinetics. The peels were removed, packed in an isothermal box with ice, and taken to the laboratory. Thenthey were washed in running water to remove dirt and unwanted parts and sanitized. After this stage, theywere broken into 2 cm lengths. The drying was carried out in 150 g of peels in triplicate for each raw material.Subsequently, nutritional quality, color, and drying models were determined. Flours obtained from drying athigher temperatures showed higher protein content and lower lipid content. The higher the temperature, theshorter the drying time for the flour. All flours presented excellent nutritional quality. Among the models studiedfor potato peels, Wang and Singh, Midilli, and Logarithmic are the most suitable. For chayote and carrot peels,the Midilli model is the most adequate. Using vegetable residues added to food formulations presents itself asan excellent nutritional source, besides adding flavor and texture to foods.Vegetable peels are rarely used in food preparation, causing the loss of several nutrients.
