Perdagangan berlangsung secara global antara pusat-pusat keuangan dunia, dengan melibatkan bank-bank utama dunia sebagai pelaksana utama transaksi. Trader yang melakukan investasi di pasar valuta asing dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan menganalisis keadaan dan situasi dalam memprediksi nilai tukar mata uang. ENTREPRENEURIAL MARKETING, ENVIRONMENTAL UNCERTAINTY AND PERFORMANCE OF FAMILY FIRMS
Businesses in general and family SMEs in specific are vulnerable to environmental uncertainty in underdeveloped countries. Stiff competitions, technological bursts and market turbulence appears as a catastrophe and a major cause for short life of many family SMEs. A few family SMEs still exist and survive in all these uncertain conditions. Various reasons been discussed in previous literature and had proved the importance of entrepreneurial marketing as one of the major sources of high performances. The marketing strategies opted by family SMEs having dimension of entrepreneurship, are not only self-beneficial but also the cause of new market trends. The primary purpose of this study is to consider the effect of opportunity vigilance, consumer centric innovation, value creation and risk management termed as entrepreneurial marketing and used as a fundamental approach for family SMEs to survive and grab high performances even under uncertain conditions. Results show that entrepreneurial marketing in family SMEs is positively associated with high performances even under uncertain environments. Previously uncertain environments were considered as one of the major cause for entrepreneurial marketing that does not qualify in our case. Family SMEs use entrepreneurial marketing as their vital tool for competitive markets to perform high irrespective of environmental conditions i.e. either favorable or unfavorable.Ă‚
Effects of Magnesium Sulfate Therapy on GCS Scores in Patients with Severe Traumatic Brain Injury
Objective: Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is the number one cause of death under 44 years of age; in spite of this fact, there is no standard available pharmacological agent for the treatment of brain injury. We evaluated the effectiveness of magnesium sulfate treatment for the management and outcome of TBI.
Material and Methods: The prospective cases (n = 60) of TBI were included with non-probability consecutive sampling. They received standard protocol treatment for TBI and magnesium sulfate as an add on therapy. GCS was noted on two occasions, at the time of admission and on the 3rd day. T-test was used to compare the results and for identification of significance/insignificance results.
Results: Mean age of the patients was 37.12 ± 13.25 years. Majority were male (68.3%), while females were 31.7%. Mean duration of an elapsed post traumatic brain injury was 5.06 ± 2.32 hours. Mean GCS before magnesium sulfate treatment (on admission) was 5.46 ± 1.521; mean Glasgow coma (GCS) after magnesium sulfate treatment (on 3rd day) was 8.03 ± 2.56. There existed a significant difference between the GCS scores at the time of admission and on 3rd day (p value < 0.0001). Mean GCS was 7.69 ± 2.55 in age < 30 years and it was 8.29 ± 2.57 in age > 30 years, but this difference was not statistically significant.
Conclusion: A significant improvement was found in the GCS after magnesium sulfate therapy in patients with TBI

ABSTRACT Children with special needs are exceptional children and children with disabilities. Due to the characteristics and constraints it has, the Children with Special Needs require a special form of educational service tailored to the abilities and potential of the Children with Special Needs. Special School (SLB) is an appropriate school for Children with Special Needs .. The research conducted has the aim of designing geographic information system about the location of Special School based on android is to facilitate the prospective new student's parents in identifying the location of Special School (SLB) ) and provide information relating to addresses, coordinate points and facilities of Special School (SLB). The test results of the system using the Smartphone to find the Course Institution location information with some of the test results of the smartphone such as zenfone 3 asuz, Samsung S4, and samsung J7 display the appropriate and valid display so that the application can be used effectively and efficiently. Based on testing using test case method proves that this android based geographic information system is more accurate and effective. ABSTRACTMadrasah Tsanawiyah (MTS) is a level of basic education in formal education in Indonesia which is held within 3 years. School students or madrasah students are generally 13-15 years old. Madrasah schools are a transition period from childhood to the world of adolescence. The period of MTS is a critical period for student education because at this time the transition from childhood. At present education is very much influenced by technological developments that provide a variety of conveniences so that it influences students' thinking, so schools must start working hard and pay attention to the education programs and methods used in transferring knowledge from teaching staff to students. The use of electronic circuits allows learning to be carried out in one place or in different places through distance learning. E-learning can be carried out anytime anywhere, but e-learning still has drawbacks, which requires users to deal with electronic equipment that is not flexible to move places. Mobile phones today are not only used as communication tools but can be used in finding information. One of the current operating systems that can access information very quickly and most in demand by the public today is Android. PENGARUH KESADARAN HALAL DAN SERTIFIKAT HALAL TERHADAP MINAT BELI PRODUK COKELAT CADBURY PADA MAHASISWA KAMPUS INSTITUT STIAMI JAKARTA
This study aims to analyze how much influence halal awareness and halal certification have on the interest in buying cadbury chocolate products for STIAMI Institute campus students in Jakarta.This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative type and with primary data as a source of data obtained from the results of the questionsnaire. The populattion were Muslim students’ of the 2015 business administration who attended the STIAMI Institute campus in Jakarta. The sample used was 137 respondents using purposive sampling method. Data analysis methods in this study are vidity and realibility test, normality test, correlation coefficient analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, test coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing.The results of the study found that: (1) Halal awareness had a positive effect on buying interst with a regression value 0f 0.273 and a significance level of 0,000. (2) Halal certification has a positive effect on buying interest with a regression value of 0.406 and a significance level of 0,000. (3) Halal awareness and Halal certification simultaneously have a positive effect on buying interest with a calculated F value of 131.935 greater than F table of 3.06 and a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05. (4) The influence amount of Halal Certification on buying interest is 66.3% while the remaining 33.7% is influenced by other variablels not examined by the author
