    PENGARUH PERFORMANCE EXPECTANCY DAN EFFORT EXPECTANCY TERHADAP NIAT PERILAKU DALAM PENGGUNAAN BERKELANJUTAN APLIKASI PEMESANAN TRANSPORTASI ONLINE

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan serta menganalisis pengaruh melalui pengumpulan data empiris dan fakta-fakta yang tepat, sahih, valid, serta dapat dipercaya dan diandalkan tentang pengaruh ekspektasi kinerja dan ekspektasi usaha terhadap niat perilaku dalam penggunaan berkelanjutan aplikasi pemesanan transportasi online. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jabodetabek. Selama lima bulan terhitung sejak bulan September 2020 sampai dengan Januari 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei kuisioner dengan populasi yang digunakan adalah pengguna aplikasi layanan pemesanan transportasi online. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 250 responden. Sedangkan teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hipotesis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara performance expectancy terhadap behavioral intention, hipotesis ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung (12,604) >ttabel (1,97) dengan nilai probabilitas signifikansi 0,000 ttabel (1,97). Persamaan regresi sederhana yang diperoleh adalah \hat{Y} = 0,899 + 0,638X dan \hat{Y} = 1,478 + 0,597X. Pengaruh performance expectancy dan effort expectancy terhadap berhavioral intention diperoleh dari hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 68,6% dan sedangkan sisanya 31,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar dari penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Ekspektasi Kinerja, Ekspektasi Usaha, Niat Perilaku This study aims to gain knowledge and analyze the effect through collecting empirical data and facts that are correct, valid, reliable and reliable about the effect of performance expectancy and effort expectancy on behavioral intention in the sustainable use of online transportation ordering applications. This research was conducted in Jabodetabek. For five months starting from September 2020 to January 2021. The research method used is a questionnaire survey with the population is users of online transportation ordering service applications. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique of 250 respondents. While the analysis technique of this research uses simple linear regression. The hypothesis of this study shows that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between performance expectancy on behavioral intention, this hypothesis is evidenced by the value of tcount (12.604)> ttable (1.97) with a significance probability value of 0.000 ttable (1.97). The simple regression equation obtained is \hat{Y} = 0,899 + 0,638X and \hat{Y} = 1,478 + 0,597X. The effect of performance expectancy and effort expectancy on behavioral intention is obtained from the coefficient of determination of 68,6% while the remaining 31,4% is influenced by other factors outside of this study.     "Analisis regresi merupakan analisis yang berkaitan dengan studi ketergantungan variabel dependen terhadap variabel independen, namun tidak diikutsertakan pengaruh lokasi pengamatan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dikembangkan analisis regresi yang melibatkan aspek spasial, yaitu Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR). Salah satu jenis data yang dapat ditemui di lapangan adalah data panel yang merupakan gabungan antara data cross section dan time series. Karena masing-masing GWR dan regresi data panel memiliki kelebihan, dalam perkembangannya kedua metode tersebut kemudian dikombinasikan menjadi satu analisis yang disebut Geographically Weighted Panel Regression (GWPR). Pembangunan manusia merupakan salah satu hal yang penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemodelan GWPR data Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) dari 34 provinsi di Indonesia pada tahun 2013–2020 dan mencari fungsi pembobot mana yang terbaik. Fungsi pembobot yang digunakan yaitu 1) adaptive gaussian kernel, 2) adaptive bisquare kernel, dan 3) adaptive tricube kernel. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah model GWPR dengan fungsi pembobot adaptive bisquare dan adaptive tricube cocok untuk memodelkan IPM 34 provinsi di Indonesia, dan tidak ada perbedaan antara model GWPR menggunakan fungsi pembobot adaptive gaussian dengan model regresi global. Dengan melihat nilai AIC, diperoleh model GWPR dengan fungsi pembobot adaptive bisquare merupakan fungsi pembobot yang terbaik. Pada signifikansi 5%, Umur Harapan Hidup (UHH), Harapan Lama Sekolah (HLS), dan pengeluaran per kapita disesuaikan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap IPM. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut signifikan di seluruh provinsi yang ada di Indonesia. Kata Kunci : Adaptive Kernel, GWPR, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia

    The Implementation of Problem-based Learning (PBL) to Improve Contextual Mathematics Problem-solving Ability in Students XI-B3 Senior High School 3 Malang

    Based on the results of the dialog by a researcher with a mathematics teacher of grade XI-B3 Senior High School 3 Malang, most students in the class had difficulty solving the contextual problem. This fact was also supported by the result of preliminary research in grade XI-B3 Senior High School 3 Malang, which shows the students also found difficulty when converting contextual problems into mathematical form and determining which concepts should be used in solving the problem. Therefore, a renewal strategy and learning model were needed to improve students’ ability to solve contextual problems, for example, by using the learning model problem-based learning (PBL). This research aims to describe learning steps using the PBL model that can improve the contextual problem-solving abilities of XI-B3 students at SMA Negeri 3 Malang. The type of research is classroom action research, which is carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research was conducted in class XI-B3 of SMA Negeri 3 Malang with 36 students as subjects consisting of 14 boys and 22 girls. The results of the research in cycle 1 showed that students who were able to solve mathematical contextual problems increased from 52.9% to 76.4% in cycle 2 or increased by 23.5%. The results of observing teacher activities and observing student activities have increased and are in the ”Very Good” category. It can be concluded that the use of the PBL model can improve students’ mathematical contextual problem-solving abilities.     ENHANCEMENT OF CURCUMIN SOLUBILITY AND DISSOLUTION BY ADSORPTION IN MESOPOROUS SBA-15

    Objective: Curcumin belongs to BCS class IV, which has low solubility, around 7.8 µg/ml and its results of low bioavailability. The study aimed to enhance solubility and dissolution rate of curcumin by adsorption in mesoporous silica SBA-15. Methods: The synthesis of SBA-15 was done by using tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as silica precursors and Pluronic P123 (EO20PO70EO20) as template of pore-forming. Impregnation of curcumin in SBA-15 was conducted by evaporation in ethanol solution with 2:1 of curcumin: SBA-15 proportion. Curcumin-SBA-15 were characterized by Nitrogen Adsorption-Desorption Isotherm, Powder X-Ray Diffraction (PXRD), Fourier Transformed Infrared (FT-IR), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The solubility test was performed by using an orbital shaker for 24 h in CO2-free distilled water. The dissolution rate was conducted in CO2-free distilled water using USP Type-II dissolution test apparatus. Results: Efficiency entrapment of curcumin-SBA-15 was 59.433%. The successful adsorption of curcumin in SBA-15 was confirmed by reducing its surface area (48.165 m2/g) and pore volume (0.073x10-1 cm3/g). The results of PXRD analysis showed that decreased in the intensity of the diffraction peak. In addition, the FTIR spectrum of curcumin-SBA-15 was similar to its intact component. The solubility and dissolution rate test of curcumin-SBA-15 enhanced 2.201 times and 3.214 times at 60 min compared to intact curcumin. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the adsorption of curcumin in SBA-15 increased both the solubility and dissolution rate of curcumin

    Studi Implementasi Scientific Approach Dalam Pembelajaran Sains Di Laboratorium

    This research aimed to determine the realization level of the scientific approach implementation in science learning in the laboratory by using guided inquiry learning model; determine the suitability of the learning tools used by teachers, and describe the teacher's knowledge of the scientific approach. The research was conducted by observing the lessons, analyzing the learning tools such as lesson plans and student worksheets used by teachers and doing special tests to teachers. Based on the research, it obtained score of implementing the scientific approach in learning science laboratory using guided inquiry learning model was 2,40 with not good enough category, suitability of the learning tools used by teachers was 2,40 with not good enough category, and teacher knowledge was 2,03 with not good enough category.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterlaksanaan pengimplementasian scientific approach dalam pembelajaran sains di laboratorium menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing, mengetahui kesesuaian perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan, dan mendeskripsikan pengetahuan guru mengenai scientific approach. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengamati pembelajaran yang dilakukan, menganalisis perangkat pembelajaran berupa RPP dan LKS yang digunakan guru serta melakukan tes khusus terhadap guru. Berdasarkan penelitian, diperoleh skor keterlaksanaan pengimplementasian scientific approach dalam pembelajaran sains di laboratorium menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing adalah 2,40 dengan kategori kurang baik, kesesuaian perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan guru adalah 2,44 dengan kategori kurang baik, dan pengetahuan guru adalah 2,08 dengan kategori kurang baik
