PERBANDINGAN TINGKAT KONDISI FISIK KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER FUTSAL SMA NEGERI 1 GEDANGAN DENGAN SMK NEGERI 7 SURABAYA

Peneliti bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMAN 1 Gedangan dengan SMKN 7 Surabaya. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian terdiri atas (1) endurance, (2) speed, (3) power, dan (4) agility. Subjek penelitian adalah 15 siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMAN 1 Gedangan dan SMKN 7 Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) daya tahan aerobik 15 pemain futsal SMAN 1 Gedangan hasilnya 35.44 (ml/kg/menit) termasuk kurang, untuk hasil siswa 15 pemain futsal SMKN 7 Surabaya hasilnya 43.24 (ml/kg/menit) termasuk cukup, (2) kecepatan siswa 15 pemain futsal SMAN 1 Gedangan sebesar 3.57 detik termasuk kurang, untuk hasil 15 pemain futsal SMKN 7 Surabaya hasilnya 3.54 detik termasuk kurang, (3) daya ledak otot tungkai 15 pemain futsal SMAN 1 Gedangan hasilnya 2.33 m termasuk baik sekali, untuk hasil 15 pemain futsal SMKN 7 Surabaya hasilnya 2.39 m termasuk baik sekali, dan (4) kelincahan 15 pemain futsal SMAN 1 Gedangan hasilnya 18.07 detik termasuk sedang, untuk hasil 15 pemain futsal SMKN 7 Surabaya sebesar 18.15 detik termasuk sedang. Disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kondisi fisik siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMKN 7 Surabaya lebih baik dari tingkat kondisi fisik siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMAN 1 Gedangan. Kata Kunci: kondisi fisik, futsal, ekstrakurikuler Abstract This study aims to investigate the levels of physical conditions are of the male participants of the extracurricular futsal in SMAN 1 Gedangan and SMKN 7 Surabaya. This was a descriptive study. The research instrument used consisted of 4 (four) items, i.e. (1) endurance, (2) speed, (3) power, and (4) agility. The research subjects were male students participating in the extracurricular futsal in SMAN 1 Gedangan and SMKN 7 Surabaya, each amount to 15 students. The results of the study show that (1) endurance average in SMAN 1 Gedangan is 35.44 (less category) while endurance average in SMKN 7 Surabaya is 43.24 (medium category), (2) speed average in SMAN 1 Gedangan is 3.57 (less category) while speed average in SMKN 7 Surabaya is 3.54 (less category), (3) power average in SMAN 1 Gedangan is 2.33 m (excellent category) while power average in SMKN 7 Surabaya is 2.39 (good category), (4) agility average in SMAN 1 Gedangan is 18.07 seconds (medium category) while agility average in SMKN 7 Surabaya is 18.15 seconds (medium category). Therefore, it can be concluded that the levels of physical conditions of the male participants of the extracurricular futsal in SMKN 7 Surabaya are better than those of SMAN 1 Gedangan. The Effectiveness of Mind-Body Therapy on Reducing Anxiety Levels of Pre-Operative Patients: A Literature Study

Many patients experience anxiety before surgery. Complementary therapy with a mind-body therapy approach can be used to reduce this anxiety. This study aimed to provide an overview of the effectiveness of complementary therapy with a mind-body therapy approach in reducing anxiety in pre-operative patients. The study was a literature study of 3,324 articles. Following the selection process, 2 articles were found: Pubmed (n=9) and Portal Garuda (n=3). The articles were discovered using the keywords, mind-body therapy AND anxiety AND preoperative OR preoperation for international articles. Assessment of article quality was carried out using the Joanna Briggs Institute ( JBI) for Randomized Controlled Trials and Quasi-experimental. The study used a thematic method of analysis. Complementary therapy with the mindbody therapy approach had the advantage of being easy to apply and inexpensive compared to other therapies. Guided imagery, visual imagery, music and art therapy are alternative therapies that can be given to reduce anxiety levels in pre-operative patients. PENERAPAN PERMAINAN KECIL BOLA BERACUN PADA PEMBELAJARAN PJOK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS 10 DI SMAN 1 KEJAYAN

The research activity was motivated by the phenomenon during PJOK learning activities which showed low learning motivation in students in class 10 of SMA Negeri 1 Kejayan. The research was carried out with the aim of obtaining data and information regarding increasing students' learning motivation in the form of implementing a small poison ball game in PJOK learning. The type of research chosen to obtain learning motivation results is classroom action research, which is structured and sequential, namely, first the planning activity procedure, second the implementation activity, third the observation activity and fourth the reflection activity. The population in the research were 10th grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Kejayan with a total of 36 students. The research time was carried out for around two months and questionnaire filling activities were carried out in two cycles and data collection activities on student learning motivation were carried out through motivation questionnaires and interviews and then analysis was carried out. using descriptive quantitative methods. Analisa Engine Propeller Matching (Epm) pada Kapal Rescue Boat Karena Perubahan Tahap Powering Process

This study is to investigate compatibility between installed main engine in ship with propeller design using theoretical approach and data series. A triple screw rescue boat conducted hard chain hull was used for study and analyze the effect of the changes in powering process stage by observing the result of open water efficiency based on Wageningen Data Series with cavitation analysis has been neglected. The study is considered using intersection between propeller thrust with thrust coefficient and open water efficiency on Wageningen B-Series for fixed pitch propeller.
