The Internet, as a defining technology, is a powerful information broker. Within its unique architecture, it encompasses the entire spectrum of information, communication, and knowledge. That the Internet may be rightfully equated with the Industrial Revolution or the Gutenberg invention is a modest claim. In the rapidly evolving 'virtual' world, Muslims have a rather insignificant presence. Access to the Internet remains a function of their disproportionate technical and economic capabilities. However, as the transnational flow of free information gains momentum, the Muslim world will be forced to bring down technical, economic and political barriers to diffusion of information

The Effects of Tools and Rewards Provided to White-Collar and Blue-Collar Workers and Impact on Their Motivation and Productivity

We are sure about inspiring white-collar employees who do technical, managerial, or administrative work and are defined as qualified manual workers in the middle class. Motivation usually plays an important role in the workforce and influences workers efficiency, happiness, absenteeism, relocation, and citizenship actions. Job is carried out in a workplace by white-collar employees, and they are often searching for advancement and professional growth. Blue-collar employees have little management position and are not even linked to increasing professional advancement. They also have no precise occupation to associate their personality with their jobs. They will not be satisfied with their employment. I thought that it was important to establish a plan to improve employees morale from my point of view. It is a complicated and often messy query since it cannot be solved immediately. Many workers have diverse outlooks and characters, and what motivates X does not inspire Y. The dynamic phenomenon here is recognizing and anticipating the driving factors that will satisfy and inspire any employee in the job. We also hope that this paper allows the management team to understand their workforces ability to improve its efficiency and maximize their employees satisfactio

LnPO4:Eu3+ nanoparticles: Role of host lattices on physiochemical and luminescent properties

LnPO4:Eu3+ (Ln = La, Gd and Y) nanoparticles (NPs) were prepared at low temperatures via a urea-based thermal decomposition method. X-ray diffraction pattern revealed a hexagonal single phase, high purity with an average crystalline size of 13.9, 14.89, and 18.7 nm for LaPO4:Eu, GdPO4:Eu, and YPO4:Eu NPs, respectively. Bandgap energies were calculated based on the measure absorption spectra are to be values 5.14, 5.03, and 4.90 eV for the LaPO4:Eu, GdPO4:Eu, and YPO4:Eu NPs, respectively. A comparative study suggested that the excitation and emission transitions were significantly higher in the GdPO4:Eu NPs and in comparison to the LaPO4:Eu and YPO4:Eu NPs. It implies the impact of the crystallinity, host lattice, and crystal symmetry, in which doped Eu3+-ion replaces the host cation and distorts the crystal symmetry

Differential evolution-based pulse-width modulation technique for multiphase MC

This paper addresses multiphase matrix converter (MPMCs) modulated with Venturini's classical scalar approach. The solution to obtain time-varying modulation functions was limited to 3 × 3 configuration, which was later extended to 3 × n configuration. The equations had four constants that were common to all modulation functions; out of which two were defined arbitrarily and other two were found analytically by reducing the equation to a two-variable optimisation problem. However, in this work, an attempt is made to provide flexibility in finding other solutions by taking all the constants as variables. Thus, Differential Evolution (DE) algorithm is adopted in the proposed modulation approach to solve the complex equations thus obtained. Another aim is to find the solution for the MPMC, where inputs are more than three. It is found that the optimal solutions exist only for 3 × n configuration and are in close approximation with the results of analytical approach. Other solutions were found for certain input and output frequencies and voltage transfer ratios whose results are discussed. It is also found that the solution does not exist for configurations with input phases are other than three. The discussion is supported by simulation and experimental results on a 3 × 7 matrix converter at various values of voltage transfer ratios and input/output frequencies. This publication was made possible by NPRP grant no. 4-152-2-053 from the Qatar National Research Fund (a member of the Qatar Foundation).
