Penguji (I) Hilmiatus Sahla, SE.I, ME.I (II) Zulfa Khairina Batubara, SE, M.Si.            Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Kualitas Produk, Harga, Pelayanan dan Lokasi secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Pada Depot Lioginta Rawang Panca Arga. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli air mineral di Depot Lioginta Rawang Panca Arga.  Populasi didapat sebanyak 18.000 konsumen selama setahun.  Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan ramdom sampling dengan rumus Slovin sampel didapat berjumlah 100 konsumen.  Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-F secara simultan dan Uji-t secara parsial dengan taraf signifikan 5% dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi R2. Hasil penelitian analisis regresi linier berganda Y = 4,085 + 0,417 X1 - 0,136 X2 + 0,117 X3 + 0,405X4 + e. Uji secara simultan (uji-F) menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk, harga,Dan pelayanan dan lokasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai Fhitung   > Ftabel (17,609>2,47)  dengan nilai signifikan 0,000ttabel (3,744>1.660) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000ttabel (1,7380,05%. Pelayanan tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (1,6120,05%,dan Lokasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (5,023>1.660) dengan nilali signifikan 0,000<0,05%.  Koefisien Determinasi R2 sebesar 0,402atau 40.2% variabel Kualitas Produk, Harga, Pelayanan dan Lokasi mempengharui Keputusan Pembelian pada Depot Lioginta Rawang Panca Arga. Kata Kunci    :  Kualitas Produk, Harga, Pelayanan Dan Lokasi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Air Minum Pada Depot Lioginta Rawang Panca Arga Kabupaten Asaha

    A cellular base station antenna configuration for variable coverage

    The field coverage offered by the base station antenna in GSM systems influences the reception and interference performances. The coverage can be varied by scanning the mainbeam direction or varying the shape of the radiation pattern. In cellular system applications, a simple technique is desirable to achieve this goal. A simple technique to vary the coverage of cellular base station is investigated. The technique uses two conventional antennas tilted by a certain angle and fed by the same signal but at variable amplitudes. It is demonstrated that the field across one half of the covered sector can be gradually increased while that at the other half is reduced by varying the excitations of the two antenna elements. This can be deployed in a simple electronic means in response to the changing scenario rather readjusting the direction of the base station antenna

    Effects of Feeding Oxalic Acid to Pregnant Rats

    Two studies were carried out. The aim of the pilot study was to find a suitable dose ofoxalic acid to be used in the principal study. Thirty pregnant Wister rats were used in the p'rincipal study divided into three groups of 10 animals each. The animals in two groups received oxalic acid at 0.035 g and 0.045 g per day per animal until parturition. The animals in the third group received normal saline. No abortions, gross malformations or renal oxalosis were observed in the foetuses and newborn in both studies. However changes comparable to tubulonephrosis were observed in the newborn in the group receiving 0.03 gf day in the pilot study. A correlation was observed in the principal study between the dose of oxalic acid and renal oxalosis in the dams as well as differences in litter size.     Guinea fowl (Numida meliagris) value chain: preferences and constraints of consumers

    Despite the increasing production of guinea fowls in most African countries, consumer preference information and constraints remain largely undocumented. A study involving 200 consumers and 50 processors was done in the Tamale metropolis to assess their respective roles in the guinea fowl value chain. Consumers were categorised into households and institutions. Household consumers were further partitioned into lower-, middle- and upper-income classes. Most (99%) of the consumers interviewed ranked guinea fowl meat as their most preferred poultry product, and taste was ranked as the top most reason for their choice. A large proportion of household and institutional consumers ate guinea fowl meat once monthly (42%) or weekly (33.5%). All categories of consumers preferred farmers as the source of birds for consumption. Live birds were the most preferred form of guinea fowl by both consumers and processors. Most (93.7%) consumers indicated that there are seasonal fluctuations in the price of guinea fowl leading to the use of products that are substitutes for guinea fowl. Price instability was ranked as the top constraint to guinea fowl consumption in the metropolis. Beef was the cheapest fresh guaranteed halal meat product on the market, and the prices of beef, mutton and chevon were the most stable, while that of the guinea fowl was the least stable. Institutional consumers used guinea fowls more frequently (p&lt;0.05) as compared to household consumers. Similarly, upper- and middle-income households, as well as male heads of households used guinea fowls more frequently (p&lt;0.05) as compared to low-income and female heads of households. Most (60%) processors processed birds either once weekly or monthly. The level of education of the heads of households had no effect (p&gt;0.05) on the frequency of use of guinea fowl meat. There was also no difference between male and female heads of households in preference for guinea fowl packaging. Similarly, household consumers of all income classes chose all packaging of guinea fowl equally, while households and processors ranked friends as the top source of food safety information and institutional consumers ranked television as the number one source of food safety information. Guinea fowls have huge market potential, but the seasonal price fluctuations still remain a challenge. Additionally, the preference for live birds among institutional and household consumers seem to be related to uncertainty about conforming to halal standards in slaughter of birds by processors and poor meat handling and hygiene standards among processors in the metropolis.Keywords: Consumption patterns, packaging, consumer preference, guinea fowl, Numida meleagri

    Pengambangan karet di sekitar hulu dan hilir sekaligus di hadapkan pada maslaah kelangkaan tenaga kerja, terutama penyadap  dimana aktivitas nya menyerap  45-50% dari biaya produksi. Halini semakin berat pada perkebunan yang jauh dari pusat kota, dimana sarana dan prasarana akses terhadap pelayanan umum terbatas.Tujuan penilitian adalah untuk mendapatkan suatu modul strategi penanggulangan terhadap kelangkaan penyadap di perkebunan karet. Penilitian di lakukan di Sikijang,Riau. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan insrumen kuisioner pada 58 orang responden terpilih yan data nya di olah dengan Microsoft excel .Data sekunder di dapatkan dari BPS (badan pusat statistic), Dinas dirjen perkebunan, Deperindak, Depnaker,dan browsing website terkait.
