ПРОГРАМНО-МЕТОДИЧНЕ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ПРОЦЕСУ ФІЗИЧНОГО ВИХОВАННЯ В НАВЧАЛЬНИХ ЗАКЛАДАХ ХЕРСОНСЬКОЇ ГУБЕРНІЇ (1864-1914 РР.)

The article is devoted to the study school programs of physical education in high schools of South of Ukraine in the second half of XIX-th – beginning of XX-th century. On example of gymnasiums Kherson province was analyzed programmatic-methodological support to the process of physical education. Concluded that in the pre-revolutionary period there was no unified educational programs of physical education. The main documents that used during the lessons were author programs which compiled by teachers of gymnastics based on various gymnastic systems.Статья посвящена изучению школьных программ по физическому воспитанию в средних учебных заведениях Юга Украины во второй половине ХІХ – начале ХХ вв. На примере гимназий Херсонской губернии проанализировано программно-методическое обеспечение процесса физического воспитания. Сделан вывод, что в дореволюционный период не существовало единой учебной программы по физическому воспитанию. Основными документами, которыми пользовались во время проведения занятий, были авторские программы, составленные учителями гимнастики на основе разных гимнастических систем.Статтю присвячено вивченню шкільних програм із фізичного виховання в середніх навчальних закладах Півдня України в другій половині ХІХ – на початку ХХ ст. На прикладі гімназій Херсонської губернії проаналізовано програмно-методичне забезпечення процесу фізичного виховання. Зроблено висновок, що в дореволюційний період не існувало єдиної навчальної програми з фізичного виховання. ЛІТНІ ОЗДОРОВЧІ КОЛОНІЇ ДЛЯ ФІЗИЧНО СЛАБКИХ ДІТЕЙ В ХЕРСОНСЬКІЙ ГУБЕРНІЇ (КІНЕЦЬ ХІХ – ПОЧАТОК ХХ СТ.)

Reviewed the question of the Organization of the summer school camps on the territory of Kherson province. At the end of the nineteenth century in the South of Ukraine, the emerging movement in health improvement and recreation students was created. A significant contribution to the development of this case have made all sorts of community organizations, including the Association for the advancement of physical education of children (Odessa, Kherson). Thanks to their efforts on the southern coast of Ukraine opened the first cottage-colony, in which during the summer holidays, children from poor families had the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate. Cottage-colonies were well organized. Balanced diet, fresh air, outdoor games to positively affect the health of students. The State has not allocated funds for these activities, so funding was carried out by community organizations. Lack of funds was the reason that summer cottage-colony worked irregularly.Рассмотрены вопросы организации летних школьных лагерей на территории Херсонской губернии. В конце ХIХ ст. на Юге Украины зарождается движение по оздоровлению и рекреации учеников. Большой вклад в развитие этого дела внесли разного рода общественные организации, в частности, Общества содействия физическому воспитанию детей (г. Одесса, г. Херсон). Благодаря их усилиям на южном побережье Украины открываются первые дачи-колонии, в которых во время летних каникул дети из малообеспеченных семей имели возможность отдохнуть и оздоровиться. Дачи-колонии были неплохо организованы. Рациональное питание, свежий воздух, подвижные игры положительно влияли на состояние здоровья школьников. Государство не выделяло средства на эти мероприятия, поэтому финансирование осуществлялось за счет общественных организаций. Недостаток средств был причиной того, что летние дачи-колонии работали не регулярно.Розглянуто питання організації літніх шкільних таборів на території Херсонської губернії. Наприкінці ХІХ ст. на Півдні України зароджується рух по оздоровленню та рекреації учнів. Значний внесок у розвиток цієї справи внесли різного роду громадські організації, зокрема, Товариства сприянню фізичному вихованню дітей (м. Одеса, м. Херсон). Завдяки їх зусиллям на південному узбережжі України відкриваються перші дачі-колонії, в яких під час літніх канікул діти із малозабезпечених сімей мали можливість відпочити та оздоровитися. Дачі-колонії були непогано організовані. Раціональне харчування, свіже повітря, рухливі ігри позитивно впливали на стан здоров’я школярів. Держава не виділяла коштів на ці заходи, тому фінансування здійснювалося за рахунок громадських організацій. Нестача коштів було причиною того, що літні дачі-колонії працювали не регулярно

Combined QCD and electroweak analysis of HERA data

A simultaneous fit of parton distribution functions (PDFs) and electroweak parameters to HERA data on deep inelastic scattering is presented. The input data are the neutral current and charged current inclusive cross sections which were previously used in the QCD analysis leading to the HERAPDF2.0 PDFs. In addition, the polarisation of the electron beam was taken into account for the ZEUS data recorded between 2004 and 2007. Results on the vector and axial-vector couplings of the Z boson to u- and d-type quarks, on the value of the electroweak mixing angle and the mass of the W boson are presented. The values obtained for the electroweak parameters are in agreement with Standard Model predictions.Comment: 32 pages, 10 figures, accepted by Phys. Rev. D. Limits on the effective quark radius from inclusive epep scattering at HERA

The high-precision HERA data allows searches up to TeV scales for Beyond the Standard Model contributions to electron-quark scattering. Combined measurements of the inclusive deep inelastic cross sections in neutral and charged current $ep$ scattering corresponding to a luminosity of around 1 fb$^{-1}$ have been used in this analysis. A new approach to the beyond the Standard Model analysis of the inclusive $ep$ data is presented; simultaneous fits of parton distribution functions together with contributions of "new physics" processes were performed. Results are presented considering a finite radius of quarks within the quark form-factor model. The resulting 95% C.L. upper limit on the effective quark radius is $0.43\cdot 10^{-16}$ cm.Comment: 10 pages, 4 figures, accepted by Phys. Lett.

Search for a narrow baryonic state decaying to pKS0{pK^0_S} and pˉKS0{\bar{p}K^0_S} in deep inelastic scattering at HERA

A search for a narrow baryonic state in the $pK^0_S$ and $\bar{p}K^0_S$ system has been performed in $ep$ collisions at HERA with the ZEUS detector using an integrated luminosity of 358 pb$^{-1}$ taken in 2003-2007. The search was performed with deep inelastic scattering events at an $ep$ centre-of-mass energy of 318 GeV for exchanged photon virtuality, $Q^2$, between 20 and 100 $\rm{} GeV^{2}$. Contrary to evidence presented for such a state around 1.52 GeV in a previous ZEUS analysis using a sample of 121 pb$^{-1}$ taken in 1996-2000, no resonance peak was found in the $p(\bar{p})K^0_S$ invariant-mass distribution in the range 1.45-1.7 GeV.
