Influence of Structural Features and Physico-chemical Properties of Metal-carbon Nanocomposites with Ferromagnetic Metal Inclusions on Microwave Radiation
Metal-carbon nanocomposites on the basis of polyacrylonitrile and compounds of metals (Fe, Ni, Co)
synthesized at IR-heating and studied by SEM, X-ray phase analysis, Raman scattering, IR Fourier spec-troscopy are characterized by the carbon nanostructured amorphous graphite matrix with uniformly dis-tributed nanoparticles of metals (10-30 nm), their oxides and compounds β FeNi3 and FeCo, multilayered
carbon nanotubes (~ 7-22 nm), and in the composition of Fe-Co / C fullerene-like formations β C60. All
nanocomposites feature high absorption of electromagnetic waves in the frequency range 20-40 GHz. Two
absorption mechanisms are proposed: dielectric loss in the amorphous carbon matrix and scattering of
electric and magnetic components by ferromagnetic inclusions. Absorption was β 8.68 dB for Fe-Ni / C,
β 12.93 dB for Fe / C, and β 7.07 dB for Ni / C and for Fe-Co / C was found to be maximum in the whole
range studied (more than β 40 dB) with a peak of β 52.83 dB at 24.27 GHz, which is explained probably by
both high nanocomposite electric conductivity 2 S / m and high specific magnetization of phase FeCo.

Development of professional-pedagogical focus of a teacher in vocational training
Nowadays, the requirements of the state and society for the training of a vocational education teacher have undergone significant changes and have indicated the need for highly educated competent specialists. The purpose of the article is to conduct a study to identify the development of professional-pedagogical focus of the teacher of vocational training in a pedagogical university. The essence of the professional-pedagogical focus in close interconnection with the professional competence of future graduates is revealed in the work. The analysis of scientific literature made it possible to identify the components of the studied trend: motivational, value, cognitive, reflective. The development of each component was considered in the process of preparing a teacher for vocational training at a pedagogical university. Students apply the obtained theoretical knowledge during the projects development, participation in games, discussions and solving case assignments. The project method is used as the most commonly used method in the professional focus development. To contribute to it students carry out a project in the course "Pedagogical technologies." The features of preparing students in these conditions are highlighted. The analysis showed that the methods used for the focus development help to achieve success in interest creation as well as professional competence, further improvement of this process will achieve better results in preparation of a teacher of vocational training
The effect of the selective laser melting mode on second phases precipitation in 316L steel during subsequent heat treatment
The object of the study was 316L steel obtained by the method of selective laser melting (SLM). The structure of 316L steel was investigated after different SLM modes. The effect of different SLM modes on the second phases precipitation after heat treatment was studied. PATHOGENIC POTENTIAL AND MUTUAL INTERACTION OF MICROFLORA OF MUCOUS MEMBRANES OF OPEN CAVITIES OF DIFFERENT BIOTOPES IN WOMEN AS IMPORTANT FACTORS OF THEIR REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH
Micro-ecological interrelation between intestinal, vaginal and nasopharyngeal biocoenoses as parts of microbiome of a macroorganism was determined by the latest researches. The research included 44 women with inflammatory diseases of genital tract and reproductive disorders and 28 healthy women. Genospecies structure of enterococcus for each biotope (intestinal, vaginal and nasopharyngeal) had original differences with the most full spectrum of species in intestinal biotope. ANTITOXIC ANTIDIPHTHERIAL ANTIBODIES IN BLOOD SERUM OF HEALTHY ADULTS UNDER DIFFERENT VACCINATION SCHEMES
Intensity of immunity to the diphtheria is analyzed, in the article according to the levels of antitoxic antibodies in blood serum, of healthy adults from 20 to 51 years and older who live in England, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia and. Finland. In Russia displacement of morbidity during the epidemic of 1993β1996 to the older age groups caused, inclusion of compulsory revaccination of adults every 10 years after the latest vaccination, of teenagers in 14 years in National calendar of o prophylactic vaccination, in 1998. Chosen tactics of vaccinal prevention, wasn't included, in National calendars of o prophylactic vaccination, of other countries including European except for Finland. On the basis of the analysis for the optimization, of vaccinal prevention, of diphtheria the authors propose: to transfer revaccination of children from the age of 18 months to the age of 3β6 years (like in Italy, England, and. The subject. The institution of investing in the Russian Federation is determined by the set of economic and legal reformations. That is why discussions and debates about the necessity of creating of the investment code, unification of existing rules of investment activity regulation still exist. It is also necessary to form and systemise a kind of a common registry of state support measures and it is also necessary to control the provision of state support. Russian science studies legal regulation of state support of business subjects only in specific ways. Despite the plenty of works on the topic of legal regulation of activity of small and medium-sized businesses, this field of legislation is not developed enough to give an opportunity to conduct complex researches of theoretical and practical aspects relating to exclusively legal and financial framework of state support of the investment activity. In this article we detect and reveal general problems connected to introducing of tax frameworks of state support of promotion of investments in the conditions of existing Russian legislation. In the context of this article we show the analysis of novelties related to egal regulation of tax instrument of state support of investments. Theoretical importance of this article lies in suggestions on improving of this field of national legislation.This research is aimed at theoretical realising of legal regulations of current measures on performing of tax policy while implementing Act on investments.The methodology. The basic method of research of mentioned problems is a formal legal one. There are some problems in the process of investing based on the Agreement on protection and promotion of investment. With the help of this method these problems were examined taking into consideration the implementing tax policy in this field of entrepreneurship.The main results. Several legal problems are revealed and specified in this article. Authors prove their own point of view which consists of idea of detailed theoretical elaboration of the problematics in order to implement a framework of Agreement on protection and promotion of investment successfully, given that it is necessary to enact the list of bylaws by the Government of the Russian Federation and to create an impeccable software.Conclusions. Authors suggest measures for improving of legal regulations of current investment legislation and tax and fees legislations. It is crucial to point out that such issues as a procedure of entering into agreements (including the procedure of holding a tender within public project initiative) and common requirements to them; standard form of an agreement; the procedure of monitoring of realisation stages of an investment project (in relation to which the Agreement on protection and promotion of investment was signed); the procedure of keeping of a register of such Agreements; the procedure of the identifying of the level of the compensation of spendings needed for the projectβs realisation and as well as spendings on payments of credits and loansβ interests, coupon payments from the bonded loan and etc. From the point of view of the legal regulationβs systematisation the complex law institution has been formed, and it contains principles and rules of both public and private law. The complexity of legal relationship, appearing in the process of investing, requires to take into account public and private interests, and moreover it conditions the necessity of intersectoral legal regulation. Effect of exogenous human chorionic gonadotropin on ovulation in mice
The implementation of assisted reproductive technologies (ART), hormonal stimulation in particular, may change the quality of ovulated oocytes. The purpose of our work was to study ovulation in CD1 mice after their stimulation with human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) and to investigate the effects of such hormonal stimulation on the pregnancy duration, fetal losses and the weight of the offspring. No significant differences were found in the total number of ovulated oocytes or in the number of immature (without a polar body) ovulated oocytes; nor were there differences between the groups in the number of oocytes with a developing polar body. However, the number of matured oocytes with a distinct polar body was significantly higher (p < 0.05) in mice stimulated with hCG (experimental group) as compared with the controls (6.2 Β± 0.86 and 2.2 Β± 0.97, respectively). No significant differences were observed between the experimental and control mice in the duration of pregnancy or in the numbers of term offspring, including the percentage of live and stillborn pups. However, the body weight of the offspring in the experimental group was significantly lower (p < 0.001) as compared with the controls on the fifth day after birth (3.16 Β± 0.09 and 3.76 Β± 0.07, respectively). Thus, exogenous hCG facilitates the development of mouse oocytes in vivo, which leads to the larger number of their mature forms at ovulation, however, the offspring born after hCG-stimulated pregnancy was characterized by a lower body weight on the fifth day after birth
CONTENTS DIPHTHERIA ANTITOXIC AND ANTIBACTERIAL ANTIBODIES IN THE SERUM OF HEALTHY ADULTS
In the article using the binomial distribution analysis of the intensity of ΡΠΎΡΠΈlation antitoxic (AT) and antibacterial (AB) of immunity to diphtheria in terms of specific diphtheria antibodies in the sera of healthy adults aged 20 to 51 years and. older, living in Russia and. Italy. The latter, in contrast to Russia, during the epidemic was only a few cases of diphtheria. For the population of people from Italy the optimal parameters of tension antibody immunity (bimodal distribution of the concentrations of AT antibodies) are determined, whereas for the adult population of Russia experienced an abnormally high, overvoltages antibody immunity (lack of bimodal distribution). The level of concentration of antibody isotypes AB M, G, A in both countries match the total synthesis of immunoglobulin isotypes in the ontogeny of these: thus, in the sera of adults aged 20 to 40 years AB antibody IgG prevail. Low concentrations of antitoxin in the blood of most adults living in Italy, recharged high AB IgG in these same serum, and. optimal concentrations of AB IgM and. IgA. This indicates the possibility lifting the mass revaccination of adults, and. creating an individual approach to their boosters. Optimal bimodal distribution of AB antibodies in the population of healthy adults, both in Russia and. in Italy, is an additional protection to the diphtheria antitoxic resistance
