The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of participation personnel information system, capability of personnel information system, training and education of personnel information system, organization size, and top management support for performance of accounting information system.The population in this study is the banking companies in the city of Pekanbaru period 2014. The stastical method used to test the research hypothesis is a multiple regression using SPSS 17 software. Based on the results of t test with significance level α of 5%, it can be concluded that the size of the organization does not affect the performance of accounting information systems, While the participation of personnel information system, the capability of personnel information system, training and education of personnel information system, top management support effect on the performance of accounting information systems.Based on the results of testing the coefficient of determination is known that the value of Adjusted R Square 0.632, or approximately 63.2%. This means that the magnitude of the independent variables that proxy participation personnel information system, capability of personnel information system, training and education of personnel information system, organization size, and top management support can explain the dependent variable is the performance of accounting information systems at 63.2%, while the balance of 36.8% is explained by other variables not included in the study.Keywords:Participation of personnel information system, capability of personnel information system, training and education of personnel information system, organization size, top management support, performance of accounting information system

The evolution of cosmological gravitational waves in f(R) gravity

We give a rigorous and mathematically clear presentation of the Covariant and Gauge Invariant theory of gravitational waves in a perturbed Friedmann-Lemaitre-Robertson-Walker universe for Fourth Order Gravity, where the matter is described by a perfect fluid with a barotropic equation of state. As an example of a consistent analysis of tensor perturbations in Fourth Order Gravity, we apply the formalism to a simple background solution of R^n gravity. We obtain the exact solutions of the perturbation equations for scales much bigger than and smaller than the Hubble radius. It is shown that the evolution of tensor modes is highly sensitive to the choice of n and an interesting new feature arises. During the radiation dominated era, their exist a growing tensor perturbation for nearly all choices of n. This occurs even when the background model is undergoing accelerated expansion as opposed to the case of General Relativity. Consequently, cosmological gravitational wave modes can in principle provide a strong constraint on the theory of gravity independent of other cosmological data sets.Comment: 19 pages, 4 figures; v2: corrected to match version accepted for publication in PR

Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Dan Perilaku Swamedikasi Obat Natrium Diklofenak Di Apotek

Swamedikasi adalah perilaku manusia yang biasanya dilakukan masyrakat untuk mendapatkan solusi terkait masalah kesehatan, untuk alasan ini swamedikasi harus diawasi oleh apoteker. Masyarakat membutuhkan pengetahuan yang sesuai untuk mendapatkan perilaku yang tepat dalam swamedikasi. Sodium diklofenak adalam salah satu obat analgesik dari golongan NSAID yang termasuk dalam obat wajib apotik (OWA) No. 2 dan No. 3. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan hubungan antara pengetahuan dan perilaku swamedikasi dari sodium diklofenak di apotik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan metode cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel secara accidental. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2013. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dimana 36% responden mempunyai pengetahuan yang bagus, 52% responden memepunyai pengetahuan yang cukup dan 12% responden pengetahuannya kurang. Perilaku swamedikasi sodium diklofenak menunjukkan 52% responden mempunyai perilaku positif dan 48% reponden mempunyai perilaku negative. Salah satu perencanaan yang dibuat manajemen adalah perencanaan laba. UD. Bintang Timur Ambonmerupakan salah satu usaha kecil di kota Ambon yang menjadi perhatian khusus penulis sebagai subjekPenelitian karena belum menjalani analisis BEP untuk analisis perencanaan laba. Berdasarkanpermasalahan maka penulis tertarik untuk meneliti tentang analisis Break Even Point sebagai alat bantuperencanaan laba pada produk minyak kayu putih (Studi Kasus pada UD. Bintang Timur Ambon) dengantujuan untuk menganalisis titik Break Even Point dan perencanaan laba pada UD. Bintang Timur Ambonpada periode tahun 2020 dari bulan Juli sampai Desember serta menganalisis maksimal penurunanpenjualan dapat terjadi agar perusahaan tetap aman. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Break EvenPoint atau titik impas untuk tahun 2020 pada produk minyak kayu putih ukuran 150ml, 300ml dan 600mlberturut-turut sebesar Rp. 1.860.000 dengan unit terjual 31 unit, Rp. 2.304.000 dengan unit terjual 19 unitdan Rp. 2.335.000 dengan total unit terjual 9 unit. Analisa margin of safety menunjukan bahwa ketikamengalami penurunan sebesar 93% atau Rp. 24.775.200 untuk 150ml, 85% atau Rp. 13.872.000 untuk300ml dan 80% atau Rp. 9.600.000 untuk 600ml, maka UD. Covariant coarse-graining of inhomogeneous dust flow in General Relativity

A new definition of coarse-grained quantities describing the dust flow in General Relativity is proposed. It assigns the coarse--grained expansion, shear and vorticity to finite-size comoving domains of fluid in a covariant, coordinate-independent manner. The coarse--grained quantities are all quasi-local functionals, depending only on the geometry of the boundary of the considered domain. They can be thought of as relativistic generalizations of simple volume averages of local quantities in a flat space. The procedure is based on the isometric embedding theorem for S^2 surfaces and thus requires the boundary of the domain in question to have spherical topology and positive scalar curvature. We prove that in the limit of infinitesimally small volume the proposed quantities reproduce the local expansion, shear and vorticity. In case of irrotational flow we derive the time evolution for the coarse-grained quantities and show that its structure is very similar to the evolution equation for their local counterparts. Additional terms appearing in it may serve as a measure of the backreacton of small-scale inhomogeneities of the flow on the large-scale motion of the fluid inside the domain and therefore the result may be interesting in the context of the cosmological backreaction problem. We also consider the application of the proposed coarse-graining procedure to a number of known exact solutions of Einstein equations with dust and show that it yields reasonable results.Comment: 17 pages, 5 figures. A mathematical analysis of the evolution of perturbations in a modified Chaplygin gas model

One approach in modern cosmology consists in supposing that dark matter and dark energy are different manifestations of a single `quartessential' fluid. Following such idea, this work presents a study of the evolution of perturbations of density in a flat cosmological model with a modified Chaplygin gas acting as a single component. Our goal is to obtain properties of the model which can be used to distinguish it from another cosmological models which have the same solutions for the general evolution of the scale factor of the universe, without the construction of the power spectrum. Our analytical results, which alone can be used to uniquely characterize the specific model studied in our work, show that the evolution of the density contrast can be seen, at least in one particular case, as composed by a spheroidal wave function. We also present a numerical analysis which clearly indicates as one interesting feature of the model the appearence of peaks in the evolution of the density constrast.Comment: 21 pages, accepted for publication in General Relativity and Gravitatio

Molecular evolution of dengue type 2 virus in Thailand

Dengue is a mosquito-borne viral infection that in recent years has become a major international public health concern. Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF), first recognized in Southeast Asia in the 1950s, is today a leading cause of childhood death in many countries. The pathogenesis of this illness is poorly understood, mainly because there are no laboratory or animal models of disease. We have studied the genetic relationships of dengue viruses of serotype 2, one of four antigenically distinct dengue virus groups, to determine if viruses obtained from cases of less severe dengue fever (DF) have distinct evolutionary origins from those obtained from DHF cases. A very large number (73) of virus samples from patients with DF or DHF in two locations in Thailand (Bangkok and Kamphaeng Phet) were compared by sequence analysis of 240 nucleotides from the envelope/nonstructural protein 1 (E/NS1) gene junction of the viral genome. Phylogenetic trees generated with these data have been shown to reflect long-term evolutionary relationships among strains. The results suggest that 1) many different virus variants may circulate simultaneously in Thailand, thus reflecting the quasispecies nature of these RNA viruses, in spite of population immunity; 2) viruses belonging to two previously distinct genotypic groups have been isolated from both DF and DHF cases, supporting the view that they arose from a common progenitor and share the potential to cause severe disease; and 3) viruses associated with the potential to cause DHF segregate into what is now one, large genotypic group and they have evolved independently in Southeast Asia for some time

Meaning of the Pap smear for health student

OBJECTIVE: To describe the meanings of the Pap smear for health students. METHODS: Descriptive study, qualitative approach, with 45 students from the health area of ​​a Higher Education Institution, in the Northeast of Brazil. Data were collected in 2017, by means of interviews, processed in the IRaMuTeQ software, and pushed by the Descending Hierarchical Classification. RESULTS: The students recognize that the education in health is the best strategy to prevent cervical cancer, as it is an essential tool in primary care and must be performed by health professionals. CONCLUSION: The meanings found by the students revealed a concern with their role in the Pap smear and, therefore, considers it very important to improve their knowledge in this area so that they can provide quality care to women seeking to prevent cervical cancer.OBJETIVO: Descrever os significados do exame de Papanicolaou para estudantes da saúde. MÉTODOS: Estudo descritivo, de abordagem qualitativa, com 45 estudantes da área de saúde de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior, no Nordeste do Brasil. Os dados foram coletados em 2017, por meio de entrevistas, processados no software IRaMuTeQ, e analisados pela Classificação Hierárquica Descendente. RESULTADOS: Os estudantes reconhecem que a educação em saúde é a melhor estratégia para prevenir o cancro do colo do útero, por ser uma ferramenta essencial na atenção básica e deve ser realizada por profissionais de saúde.
