The article analyzes the causes of instability of small business in Russia. As a possible problem raises the problem of dissonance expectations of entrepreneurs and the reality that every day they face. As a result of questioning of small entrepreneurs revealed that much of this problem facing women entrepreneurs

In this paper we study the effect of the temperature factor, the content and composition of the dispersed phase components: paraffinic hydrocarbons, resins and asphaltenes, – on the sedimentation process in model systems. Adding a 0.025 to 0.1 wt.% of resins and asphaltenes doping agent to a 20 wt.% paraffin wax solution in kerosene shall be optimalto resist precipitate formation. Asphaltene and resin compositions, derived from the methane-kind petroleum-oil, are characterized by a maximum ability to prevent sedimentation. The presence of resins and asphaltenes in a model system shall significantly affect the physical and chemical characteristics of the sediment

In this work, we have presented an approach to rational territorial organization of the environment with the aim of harmonizing natural, economic and socio-demographic processes. Successive stages of the action for the development of basin nature management projects are proposed by us. Design technology rational land use is implemented for one of the small river basi

Effect of natural surface-active substances on the rheological properties of emulsions

Get PDF
The effect of natural surface-active substances on the formation of emulsions in oils with different content of resin-asphaltene components (RAC) and paraffin hydrocarbons (PHC) (RAC/PHC from 0.7 to 95) is studied. The influence of oil composition and content of aqueous phase on microstructure, rheological properties, and activation energy of viscous flow of water-oil emulsions is shown. For oils with the ratio RAC/PHC < 1, the increase in water cut results in an increase in viscosity, activation energy of viscous flow, and pour point

Energy of dispersing of loamy soils to elementary particles using ultrasound

Get PDF
Elementary soil particles are the first soil-specific level in the soil structure hierarchy, which is also the object of the soil texture analysis. To disperse soil solids to elementary soil particles (ESP), it is necessary to break the strong bonds between particles by physical action. An effective way of physical dispersion is to treat soil suspensions with ultrasound. However, depending on the type of soil, the required energy level varies, as it is determined by the stability of the soil structure. In this work the experiment with increasing energy (from 65 to 1 101 J·mL-1) of ultrasonic dispersion at constant power equal to 32.4 W is described. Soil samples from the upper horizons of three types of loamy soils (Retisol, Phaeozem, Chernozem) were used in the experiment. For this purpose, a horn-type ultrasonic disruptor Digital Sonifier S-250D (Branson Ultrasonics, USA) with a stepped solid horn tip (13 mm) was used. It was found that the value of the total energy of dispersion Et required for complete destruction of soil aggregates to ESP depends on soil type and varies within 200–800 J·mL-1 for loamy soils with an organic matter content of 1.8–4.6 g. 100 g-1 soil. For sample preparation of soils for grain-size analysis with a subsequent determination of soil texture class according to Kachinsky classification, the value Et = 250 J·mL-1 is sufficient, as it allows obtaining the maximum amount of physical clay (<10 µm) at the minimum duration of sample preparation

Organization of Research Activities as a Factor in Increasing the Efficiency of Training International Students in Host Russian Universities

This article summarizes the practices of organizing research activities that can improve the training of international students in Russian universities. The authors analyzed and identified the correlation between the internal costs of research and development (R&D), the equipment in university research laboratories, and the number of foreigners studying at Russian universities. The authors used the methods of analysis and synthesis and a systematic approach to explore the experience of Russian universities in the training of international students. To identify the impact of internal R&D costs and the equipment of university research laboratories on the number of foreigners studying in Russian universities, the authors applied correlation and regression analysis, which included building a regression equation, calculating the correlation coefficient, the t-test, the coefficient of elasticity, and the coefficient of determination. This research paper revealed a strong correlation between the number of international students in the Russian Federation on the internal R&D costs and the cost of fixed assets and the equipment of Russian universities, which was proven by the calculated correlation coefficients, elasticity coefficients, and determination coefficients. The authors concluded that universities could influence the number of international students. This article proposes some methods for organizing the research activities of international students that increase their academic mobility and form the most relevant scientific and professional competencies. Higher educational institutions of any major can implement these recommendations for managing the research activities of international students. The novelty of this study lies in the fact that the authors performed the correlation and regression analysis and revealed the dependence of the number of international students in the Russian Federation on internal R&D costs, the cost of fixed assets, and the equipment of Russian universities. The authors illustrated the analysis results with the trend predictive values of factorial features and the value of the effective feature estimated according to the regression equations built. Using the calculated MAPE and Forecast Accuracy indicators for these predicted values, the authors concluded that the level of factorial features and the effective feature were predicted with high accuracy. Thus, host Russian universities can increase the number of international students through effective organization of research activities

Ethnonational discourse of migrants in social networks on the example of Tajik and Kyrgyz virtual communities on VK

Get PDF
The use of Russian-language social networks by migrants from Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, primarily on VK, has increased significantly in recent years. This network has enabled easy communication both within and between ethnic communities. It has become a social space of ethno-national discourse with its own laws and rules of social interaction, including conflictogenic one. At the same time, publications on ethno-national discourse of Tajik and Kyrgyz migrants in social networks are practically absent in Russian scientific literature. In this regard, the authors have set a goal to identify the features of ethno-national discourse of Kyrgyz and Tajik migrants in the VK Russian-language social network during the conflict on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border. The empirical basis of the study was the results of online questionnaire survey of 400 migrant respondents from Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan and qualitative analysis of their posts with a vivid news agenda about the relationship between the two countries. The peculiarities of ethno-national discourse of migrants in social networks between Tajik and Kyrgyz virtual groups consisted in an attempt to understand the ongoing conflict. As a rule, the discussion has come down to finding someone to blame or calling for the cessation of hostilities. The analysis has showed that hating had been actively developing in virtual interaction between migrants. At the same time, conciliatory actions on the part of both diasporas have been observed. The results have showed the need for constant monitoring of ethno-national discourse of Tajik and Kyrgyz migrants in social networks, as virtual interaction can very likely lead to real conflicts between representatives of Tajik and Kyrgyz diasporas in Russia
