Досліджено сутність поняття організаційна культура та узагальнено підходи щодо його тлумачення. Систематизовано підходи вітчизняних і зарубіжних учених до виділення рівнів (глибинних, структурних, ієрархічних) організаційної культури. Представлено основні фактори зовнішнього та внутрішнього впливу на організаційну культуру підприємства. Досліджено підходи до розмежування та співвідношення категорій організаційна та корпоративна культура.The organizational culture belongs to category of the concepts having various options of definition therefore it can be considered as a peculiar ideology, the specific tool and at the same time integrated object of management. The purpose of this publication is the profound judgment of essence of organizational culture and synthesis of approaches to its treatment, at allocation of its levels and factors of determination, a ratio with other categories. After the analysis of works of foreign and domestic scientists authors of article established that the basis of organizational culture needs to be considered values of staff of the enterprise. The organizational culture is formed on the basis of relationship and interrelation between workers and the management, workers among themselves, the enterprise in general and environment on the basis of valuable model. Authors systematized approaches of domestic and foreign scientists to allocation of levels (deep, structural, hierarchical) organizational culture. Also authors presented major factors of external and internal influence on organizational culture of the enterprise, investigated approaches to differentiation and a ratio of concepts organizational and corporate culture. A conclusion of the conducted research is that authors finally confirmed absence of the uniform basic concept or understanding of organizational culture. Each direction or approach to judgment of essence of the nature and the content of organizational culture as the phenomena has own criteria and justification therefore has the right for existence.Исследована сущность понятия организационная культура и обобщены подходы относительно его толкования. Систематизированы подходы отечественных и зарубежных ученых к выделению уровней (глубинных, структурных, иерархических) организационной культуры. Информационная поддержка логистической системы поставки лекарственных средств

The primary goal of the state program "Development of Pharmaceutical and Medical industry" for 2013-2020" is the creation of innovative Russian pharmaceutical and medical industry of international standard. According to forecasts the share of Russian pharmaceutical companies in the market is going to increase from 14 to 50%. In order to ensure a complex approach to problem solving in pharmaceutical industry it needs to develop new mechanisms to manage industry sectors, clusters and enterprises. One of the most effective forms of management in this case is the creation of logistic schemes for medicine delivery to the population. The article describes the requirements for medicine delivery. We provide the economic and statistical technique – based on ABC/VEN-analysis – for the identification of the medicine demand in a large health care facility. The article uncovers the specifics of formation of a decision-making support system in time and amount of order in the context of (s, Q)-policy. The results reflect the specific features of construction of information support systems in medicine delivery.Рассмотрены условия снабжения лекарственными средствами. На основе АВС/VEN-анализа, предложена экономико-статистическая методика определения потребности в лекарственных средствах крупного лечебного учреждения. Terms of the stability for the control valve of the hydraulic impulse drive of vibrating and vibro-impact machines

The working process and regularities of the functioning of vibrating and vibro-impact machines based on hydroimpulse drive with a singlestage valve pulser are analyzed. The essential characteristics determining the conditions for the excitation and existence of periodic oscillations of the valve-pulser shut-off valve are determined. Using the criterion of A. Hurwitz, based on the differential equation of motion, the existence of undamped periodic oscillations of the valve-pulser shut-off valve is analytically justified.Przeanalizowano działanie i regularność pracy maszyn wibracyjnych oraz maszyn poddawanych wibracjom opartych na napędzie hydro-impulsowym z jednostopniowym zaworem impulsowym. Określono podstawowe cechy wpływające na warunki wzbudzenia oraz występowania drgań okresowych zaworu impulsowego. Przy zastosowaniu kryterium A. Hurwitza, opartego na równaniu różniczkowym ruchu, istnienie nietłumionych drgań okresowych zaworu impulsowego jest analitycznie uzasadnione. (Warunki stabilności zaworu sterującego hydraulicznym napędem impulsowym maszyn wibracyjnych oraz maszyn poddawanych wibracjom)

Роль интерлейкина-5 в механизмах апоптотической гибели эозинофилов периферической крови больных бронхиальной астмой

Investigations of the mRNA expression of apoptosis intracellular regulators, bcl-2 and bcl-xL antagonists and bax, bcl-xL agonists of cellular destruction as well as mRNA expression of IL-5 were carried out. As a result of investigation of potential role of IL-5 in the regulation of programmable bcl-2-dependent destruction we found the increase of vitality and mRNA expression stimulation of bcl-2 peripheral blood eosinophils in patients with bronchial asthma (BA). It was found that fresh-isolated peripheral blood eosinophils in all investigated groups expressed bax and bcl-xL mRNA, bcl-xS had the less activity. In peripheric blood eosinophils of healthy donors the bcl-2 expression was not found, however, the increase of mRNA expression by IL-5 was shown in group of patients with bronchial asthma and, possibly connected with this, the appearance of bcl-2 activity. Thus, the decrease of apoptotic activity in peripheral blood eosinophils in patients with bronchial asthma may lead to the increase of eosinophil portion that is subjected to necrotic destruction and this may significantly contribute into bronchial asthma pathogenesis.Проведено исследование экспрессии мРНК внутриклеточных регуляторов апоптоза, антагонистов bcl-2 и bcl-xL и агонистов клеточной гибели bax, bcl-xS, а также экспрессии мРНК интерлейкина-5 (ИЛ-5). В результате исследования потенциальной роли ИЛ-5 в регкляции bcl-2-зависимой программируемой гибели нами установлено повышение жизнеспособности и стимуляция экспрессии мРНК bcl-2 эозинофилов периферической крови больных бронхиальной астмой (БА). Показано, что свежеизолированные эозинофилы периферической крови во всех исследуемых группах экспрессируют мРНК bax и bcl-xL, меньшую активность имеет bcl-xS. В эозинофилах периферической крови здоровых доноров не выявлена экспрессия bcl-2, однако в группе больных бронхиальной астмой отмечалось повышение экспрессии мРНК ИЛ-5 и, возможно, связанное с этим появление активности bcl-2. Таким образом, снижение апоптотической активности в эозинофилах периферической крови больных бронхиальной астмой может приводить к увеличению доли эозинофилов, гибнущих по некротическому пути. Не исключено, что этот сдвиг вносит существенный вклад в патогенез бронхиальной астмы

Genetic Background Strongly Modifies the Severity of Symptoms of Hirschsprung Disease, but Not Hearing Loss in Rats Carrying Ednrbsl Mutations

Hirschsprung disease (HSCR) is thought to result as a consequence of multiple gene interactions that modulate the ability of enteric neural crest cells to populate the developing gut. However, it remains unknown whether the single complete deletion of important HSCR-associated genes is sufficient to result in HSCR disease. In this study, we found that the null mutation of the Ednrb gene, thought indispensable for enteric neuron development, is insufficient to result in HSCR disease when bred onto a different genetic background in rats carrying Ednrbsl mutations. Moreover, we found that this mutation results in serious congenital sensorineural deafness, and these strains may be used as ideal models of Waardenburg Syndrome Type 4 (WS4). Furthermore, we evaluated how the same changed genetic background modifies three features of WS4 syndrome, aganglionosis, hearing loss, and pigment disorder in these congenic strains. We found that the same genetic background markedly changed the aganglionosis, but resulted in only slight changes to hearing loss and pigment disorder. This provided the important evidence, in support of previous studies, that different lineages of neural crest-derived cells migrating along with various pathways are regulated by different signal molecules. This study will help us to better understand complicated diseases such as HSCR and WS4 syndrome
