Elaboration of the Recipe of the Fermented Milk Dessert for Child Food
Using the tabular processor MS Excel 2007 there was elaborated the recipe of the fermented milk dessert for child food. The recipe of this dessert consists of (mass. %, g): fermented milk curd β 54, jam β 23, honey β 8, sesame β 4, cream β 6, collagen hydrolyzate (gluten) β 5. This dessert is a source of vitamin C and covers near 40 % of a child daily need in it. At the expanse of introducing gluten in the dessert composition, protein content in the ready product increased that covers from 11,28 % to 22,56 % of a daily need. This dessert is also rich in calcium, so one portion of it covers 25 % of a child need.Based on theoretical qualimetry methods there was realized the complex estimation of the dessert quality. The hierarchic structure of ready product properties was presented, including organoleptic and physical-chemical parameters and also ones of the food and biological value at storage.The estimation of microbiological and organoleptic parameters at storage give a possibility to state, that the new fermented milk dessert will be competitive at the consumer market. The storage life of this product is 5 days at the temperature (4Β±2) Β°Π‘
Influence of deformation on the structure and mechanical and corrosion properties of high-nitrogen austenitic 07Kh16AG13M3 steel
The correlation has been studied between the structure of a high-nitrogen austenitic Cr-Mn-N steel formed in the process of combined hardening treatment, including cold plastic deformation (CPD), and its mechanical and corrosion properties. The structure and properties of commercial high-nitrogen (0.8% N) 07Kh16AG13M3 steel is analyzed after rolling by CPD and aging at 500 and 800Β°C. It is shown that CPD of the steel occurs by dislocation slip and deformation twinning. Deformation twinning and also high resistance of austenite to martensitic transformations at true strains of 0.2 and 0.4 determine the high plasticity of the steel. The contribution of the structure imperfection parameters to the broadening of the austenite lines during CPD is estimated by X-ray diffraction. The main hardening factor is stated to be lattice microdistortions. Transmission electron microscopy study shows that heating of the deformed steel to 500Β°C leads to the formation of the intermediate CrN phase by a homogeneous mechanism, and the intermtallic Ο phase forms along the austenite grain boundaries in the case of heating at 800Β°C. After hardening by all investigated technological schemes, exception for aging at 800Β°C, the steel does not undergo pitting corrosion and is slightly prone to a stress corrosion cracking during static bending tests, while aging at 800Β°C causes pitting corrosion at a pitting formation potential Epf = -0.25 V. Analysis of structural variations of the precipitate based on monitoring the industrial electrolysis of copper powders of various brands
This study is associated with the solution to the blending problem of the charge for the output of ready articles. The main requirements are claimed to the specific surface and the packed density of the powders of basic brands PML0, PMS-1, and GG. The dynamics of the development of the dendrite depositions for powders of mentioned brands with the simultaneous registration of the cathodic overvoltage is investigated under industrial experimental conditions. The procedure is developed and the results of the continuous monitoring of the deposition growth with the direct immersion of a video camera into the electrolyte are presented. The reproducibility of the results is evaluated statistically. Based on the galvanostatic crystallization model of the dendrite deposition on the rod electrode, the dynamics of varying the density (N) and radius (r t) of growing tips on the growth front is calculated. It is established by variance analysis that structural parameters N and r t are individual for depositions of every brand, so that the preparation conditions of the deposition during the electrolysis should be strictly fulfilled as the charge forms. Influence of original hepatoprotector lochein in comparison with influence of reference drug silimarin on metabolism of liver under acute intoxication caused in rats by the paracetamol or D -galactosamine was investigated in the given study. STATUS OF APPLYING OF INTERNATIONAL ENERGY MANAGEMENT STANDARDS IN UKRAINE
National standards harmonized with international, which are fundamental for the creation of efficient energy management systems. However, the requirements of Directive 2012/27 / EU fully expedient is to harmonize all the ISO 50000 series of standards, as well as the related series of standards EN 16247 (energy audits), ISO 11011 (evaluation of the energy efficiency of compressed air systems), ISO / ASME 14414 (evaluation energy pump installations), ISO 80000-1 and IEC 60027 series (scientific and mathematical quantities and their units, letter symbols), ISO / IEC / TS 17022 (requirements and recommendations for the content of the report of the Audit management system, conducted by a third party), ISO / IEC / TS 17023 (installation for determining the duration of the certification audits of management systems), ISO / TR 16344 (terms, definitions and symbols to assess the energy performance and energy certification of buildings), ISO 16818 (the terminology of energy efficiency in the design of engineering systems of buildings) , ISO 17747 (determination of the energy saving potential in organizations), ISO / IEC guide 98-3 (guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement).National standards harmonized with international, which are fundamental for the creation of efficient energy management systems. Angle-closure glaucoma, iris-lens contact, ciliochoroidal effusion, and transient myopia induced by topiramate
Topiramate is a sulphonamide derivative indicated in the treatment of epilepsy and migraine. In foreign scientific literature there are reported cases of topiramate-induced bilateral angle-closure glaucoma and acute myopia with ciliochoroidal effusion.Purpose. To evaluate outcomes of laser iridectomy in a patient with topiramate-induced angle-closure glaucoma and acute myopia with ciliochoroidal effusion.Material and methods. A case is reported of bilateral angle-closure glaucoma, iris-lens contact, ciliochoroidal detachment and acute myopia following topiramate for migraine treatment in a 32-year-old patient. Laser peripheral iridectomy was performed in the both eyes according to the standard technology (Nd:YAG laser Selecta Trio, Lumenis Ltd., Israel) to decrease IOP and restore visual functions.Results. After laser iridectomy, the examination showed normal IOP with no medication, ciliochoroidal effusion and induced myopic shift were relieved.Conclusion. Laser iridectomy is an effective and safe in the treatment of topiramate-induced angle-closure glaucoma, acute myopia, and ciliochoroidal detachment. It contributes to normalization of IOP and improvement of visual acuity
Efficiency and mechanism of antitumor activity of cardiolipin-like lipid/thymidine kinase gene HSV-tk lipoplexes in the presence of gancyclovir
The herpes simplex virus thymidine kinase/gancyclovir (HSV-tk/GCV) system is studied as cytotoxic lipoplex based on cardiolipin-like dicationic lipid CDL-I. It is proposed to be used as nonviral gene transfer system in cancer gene therapy protocols. An efficient transfection of MCF7 and HEC293 cell lines with this lipoplex was earlier demonstrated. Non-viral system based on the CDL-I/HSV-tk lipoplex and ganciclovir treatment causes efficiently death of tumor cells with an involvement of apoptosis key stages. It was proved that depolarization of mitochondrial membrane and increased level of NF-kB transcription factor take place as a response to CDL-I/HSV-tk lipoplex action followed by gancyclovir treatment. It suggests an early involvement of apoptosis mitochondrial way to an action of this certain Β«suicideΒ» system, delivered using dicationic lipid

Acute respiratory infections (ARI) consistently occupy a leading place in the structure of infectious pathology, especially among children. The spectrum of pathogens is usually determined by the season and age aspect of the observed. In a large number of respiratory viruses, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) occupies a special place due to the variety and severity of clinical manifestations of the disease caused by it in young children.
