    DUKUNGAN KURIKULUM MUATAN LOKAL TERHADAP KURIKULUM INTI PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM PADA SEKOLAH TINGGI AGAMA ISLAM NEGERI PONTIANAK

    Studi ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mengkaji dukungan kurikulum muatan lokal terhadap kurikulum inti program studi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) pada Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri (STAIN) Pontianak, dan secara lebih khusus bertujuan untuk menemukan bagaimanakan bentuk struktur kurikulum muatan lokal dalam mata kuliah keahlian (MKK) program studi PAI; dukungan tujuan mata kuliah muatan lokal terhadap mata kuliah inti dalam sturktur kurikulum MKK program studi PAI; dukungan materi/isi mata kuliah muatan lokal terhadap mata kuliah inti; ketepatan tata-urut mata kuliah muatan lokal lanjutan terhadap mata kuliah inti; dan bagaimanakah kedalaman, perluasan dan kelanjutan tujuan mata kuliah muatan lokal tersebut. Dukungan mata kuliah muatan lokal terhadap mata kuliah inti dalam struktur kurikulum MKK program studi PAI ditandai dengan ada atau tidaknyajalinan fungsional antara tujuan dan materi/isi mata kuliah muatan lokal terhadap mata kuliah inti. Ketepatan tata-urut dilihat dari kriteria 1) dari sederhana ke komplek, 2) prasyarat belajar, 3) keseluruhan menuju bagian dan 4) kronologis. Sedangkan untuk melihat pendalaman, perluasan dan kelanjutan tujuan menggunakan kriteria yang memiliki dan tidak memilki kriteria pendalaman, perluasan dan kelanjutan berdasakan kriteria yang telah ditentukan dalam tingkatan-tingkatan tujuanyang ada. Studi ini menggunakan metode deskriftif analitik dimana dirancang sesuai dengan maksud dari peneliti, yang mengungkapkan hal sesungguhnya difokuskan pada dukungan mata kuliah muatan lokal terhadap mata kuliah inti dalam struktur kurikulum MKK program studi PAI STAIN Pontianak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan tujuan dan materi/isi mata kuliah mutan lokal sangat bervariasi. Tujuan dan materi/isi mata kuliah muatan lokal yang sangat memberikan dukungan terhadap mata kuliah inti adalah IPI-2 dan MPAI, untuk tujuan mata kuliah BP, Media Pengajaran, Perbandingan Mazhab, Masailul Fiqihiyah, Ilmu Jiwa Agama dan PPMDI dan materi/isi mata kuliah Ilmu Jiwa Umum, BP, Masailul Fiqhiyah, Kesehatan Mental dan Ilmu Jiwa sosial kurang memberikan dukungan. Sedangkan tujuan mata kuliah Ilmu Jiwa Sosial dan materi/isi mata kuliah Materi PAI-2, PPMDI dan Perbandingan Agama tidak memberikan dukungan terhadap mata kuliah inti. Secara umum, jika dilihat dari jalinan fungsional tujuan dan materi mata kuliah muatan lokal terhadap mata kuliah inti, dari ketepatan tata-urut materi mata kuliah muatan lokal lanjutan yang kurang sistimatis dan sebagian besar topik-topik tujuan tidak memiliki kriteria kedalaman, perluasan dan kelanjutan serta analisis mata kuliah muatan lokal terhadap kompetensi guru, maka dukungan mata kuliah muatan lokal terhadap mata kuliah inti masih kurang. Penyebaran mata kuliah muatan lokal yang demikian berimplikasi terhadap kualitas mahasiswa program studi PAI kurang mampu menguasai dan memahami kompetensi keahliannnya yang akan dipersiapkan menjadi lulusan guru pendidikan agama Islam yang profesional. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan kepada Jurusan Tarbiyah khususnya program studi PAI harus merevisi ulang tujuan dan materi mata kuliah : Perbandingan Mazhab, Masailul Fiqhiyah, Ilmu Jiwa Agama dan Filsafat Pendidikan Islam. Dan harus mengganti mata kuliah : Kesehatan Mental, Ilmu Jiwa Sosial, PPMDI dengan mata kuliah : Kapita Selekta Pendidikan Islam, Sejarah Pendidikan Islam, SBM, dan Teknologi Pendidikan. Dan dosen harus diwajibkan membut SAP apabila mengasuh mata kuliah muatan lokal dan mata kuliah inti tersebut

    Identifying retrofitting opportunities for Federated Satellite Systems

    This work aims to facilitate deployment of novel distributed space systems architectures such as Federated Satellite Systems (FSS). In particular, the purpose of the work is to identify retrofitting possibilities to incorporate existing satellites into a network. For the satellite case, the paper presents a systematic review of possible retrofitting options such as direct modifications, which include replacement and addition of interfaces, and indirect modifications with adding an intermediary (FSS Negotiator). While the paper concludes that direct modifications of existing satellites are non-feasible from the technical point of view, it also identifies a possible scenario of retrofitting by adding as an intermediary a Negotiator satellite. The link budget for the inter-satellite link between an existing satellite mission such as SPOT-6 and FSS Negotiator was estimated. The work concludes that from the link budget point of view with the existing communication technologies such configuration can provide a slant range limited from several hundred to thousands kilometers. Through analysis of open data of satellite characteristics, including ITU information concerning planned or existing space stations, the work comes up with several models for the further trade-off analysis, identifying how parameters of FSS Negotiator such as an operated bandwidth and frequency, types of supported modulations and cumulative throughput correlate with the covered number of satellites. These results might be used for the tradeoff analysis for the FSS Negotiator mission design. Eventually paper proposes several possible FSS Negotiator architectures and its high-level technical requirements based on analysis of characteristics of existed and planned satellites

    Seleksi Dan Identifikasi Bakteri Antagonis Sebagai Agens Pengendali Hayati Penyakit Hawar Pelepah Padi

    Selection and identification of effective microbes are important steps to obtain biological control agents. The objective of this research was to screen potential bacteria as controlling agents for rice sheath blight disease. The research was conducted at plant bacteriological laboratory and green house of Plant Protection Division of Bogor Agricultural University, Bogor, from May 2010 to February 2011. The trial was arranged in a completely randomized design with bacterial isolates as treatment. The result showed that 30 out of 144 bacterial isolates indicated an antifungal activity to R. solani. In vivo test indicated that 3 of the 30 isolates which have antifungal activity were able significantly to suppress the rice sheath blight disease. Those isolates were marked as TT47, SS19 and BR2, with the ability to suppress rice sheath blight disease at rate of 79.6, 56.4, and 49.4%, disease index 1.7, 3.7, and 4.3, and the disease incidence 33.3%, 73.35, and 80%, respectively. Molecular characterization of partial sequence of 16S rRNA on SS19, TT47, and BR2 isolates showed that those bacteria are Serratia marcescens, Ralstonia pickettii, and Bacillus subtilis, respectively

    Study Of An Add-drop Filter Using A Single Bragg Coupler

    An add-drop filter that consists of a planar directional coupler with a single Bragg grating in one of its arms was studied. The calculation was based on coupled-mode equations in the form of a matrix equation by considering the studied structure. From the matrix equation, the propagation factors as eigenvalues of the eigenmodes was obtained, while the spatial structures of the eigenmodes are determined by the eigenvectors of the coupling matrix. By use of boundary conditions in individual waveguides, the drop output, return loss and total transmission, respectively, was calculated at the Bragg wavelength of 1550 nm. The results satisfy the requirements for Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) applications
