    Kerinci society is indigenous tribe Indonesia inhabit Kerinci District, Jambi. They have various art and traditional ceremony that still exist until recent times. Kenduri sko is a form of customary prayer one that was held annually as an act of gratitude to God almighty for different harvest product. A message Kenduri sko an oral culture that has lasted hearts long time and hereditary. The cultural ceremony contains precious message such as integration, familiarity, awareness, togetherness and openness that become a fundamental factors to philosophy development to indigenous villagers in Kerinci. to reveal traditional ceremony Kenduri Sko of Kerinci as an oral tradition that has been occured for years and to deliver messages behind such tradition. The study was conducted in Dusun Baru Lempur Gunung Raya Sub District, Kerinci District in the month in October 2013 for 3 months. The approach used was conducted qualitatively by observation method through in-depth interviews with leaders of indigenous communities. there are cultural message that shows knowledge and natural resource utilization wisely and the realization to preserve natural resources

    Analyzing the determinant characteristics for a good performance at enade brazilian exam stratified by teaching modality: face-to-face versus online

    The National Student Performance Exam (ENADE) annually evaluates different Brazilian higher education courses. This exam considers both face-to-face and distance learning courses. Distance learning is growing increasingly, especially during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This study applies different techniques for selecting ENADE 2018 database characteristics, like information gain, gain rate, symmetric uncertainty, Pearson correlation, and relief F. The objective of the work is to discover which personal and socioeconomic characteristics are decisive for the student's performance at ENADE, whether the student is in the context of Distance Education or face-to-face. It can be concluded, among other results, that: the father's level of education directly influences performance; the higher the income, the better the performance; and white students have better performance than black and brown-skinned ones. Thus, the results obtained in this study may initiate analyzes of public policies towards improving performance at ENADE.This study was supported by CNPq (305805/2021-5) and PNPD/CAPES (464880/2019-00)

    Aggregation functions based on the Choquet integral applied to image resizing

    The rising volume of data and its high complexity has brought the need of developing increasingly efficient knowledge extraction techniques, which demands efficiency both in computational cost and in accuracy. Most of problems that are handled by these techniques has complex information to be identified. So, machine learning methods are frequently used, where a variety of functions can be applied in the different steps that are employed in their architecture. One of them is the use of aggregation functions aiming at resizing images. In this context, we introduce a study of aggregation functions based on the Choquet integral, whose main characteristic in comparison with other aggregation functions is that it considers, through fuzzy measure, the interaction between the elements to be aggregated. Thus, our main goal is to present an evaluation study of the performance of the standard Choquet integral the and copula-based generalization of the Choquet integral in relation to the maximum and mean functions, looking for results that may be better than the aggregation functions commonly applied.     Index of Cultural Significance as a Potential Tool for Conservation of Plants Diversity by Communities in The Kerinci Seblat National Park

    Kerinci community is one of the Indonesian indigenous people who live in Kerinci regency, Jambi Province. They have the local knowledge of the surrounding vegetation that has become a cultural unity with community. This study were aimed at analyzed the significance of culture plants and reviewing efforts to conserve plants based on cultural values in relation to Kerinci cultural. The study was conducted  at three locations  purposively,  they are Lempur Baru Village, Lama Tamiai Village and Ulu Jernih Village for eight months from October 2013 to May 2014. Data   was obtained by participatory observation approach, depth interview while the assessment of plant deployment society approach by point of view. The research data consist of data botany, plant utilization   and   assessment  plant deployment  while data analysis  using the formula Index of Cultural  Significance  (ICS)  adopted  from Turner.  The study shows  that the rice (Oryza sativa L) and cinnamon (Cinnamomun  burmanii Ness Ex.BI)) is a plant species that have important cultural value of 59 and 57 while  inggu  species  (Ruta  angustifolia (L). Pers) and onion  timber (Allium fistudosum Linn) has the lowest ICS, respectively 3. The Stimulus Tri Amar-Conservation analysis result that index of cultural significance (ICS) and kind of conservation by community has a range relationship.

    Marketing digital y fidelización de clientes en el desarrollo de la sostenibilidad comercial de la región Junín

    Objective. To determine the relationship between digital marketing and customer loyalty in the development of commercial sustainability in the province of Tarma, Junín region (Peru). Methods. The research had a quantitative approach and was of basic type, correlational level and non-experimental-cross-sectional design; two instruments were used: the digital marketing questionnaire and the customer loyalty questionnaire. The first questionnaire consisted of 12 items referring to the dimensions of digital marketing and the second consisted of 15 items referring to the dimensions of customer loyalty. The sample consisted of 120 customers of commercial establishments in the province of Tarma. Results. 47.5 % of respondents considered that the implementation of digital marketing in commercial establishments is regular, 36.7 % considered that there is a low implementation and only 15.8 % considered that there is a high implementation of digital marketing. Referring to the customer loyalty questionnaire, 63.3 % considered that customer loyalty in commercial establishments occurs regularly, 21.7 % considered that customer loyalty is high and 15 % considered that customer loyalty is low. Conclusion. There is a direct and statistically significant relationship between digital marketing and customer loyalty in the development of sustainability in the province of Tarma, Junín region.Objetivo. Determinar la relación entre marketing digital y fidelización de clientes en el desarrollo de la sostenibilidad comercial de la provincia de Tarma, región Junín (Perú). Métodos. La investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo y fue de tipo básico, nivel correlacional y diseño no experimental-transversal; se emplearon dos instrumentos: el cuestionario de marketing digital y el cuestionario de fidelización de clientes. El primer cuestionario constó de 12 ítems referidos a las dimensiones de marketing digital y el segundo constó de 15 ítems referidos a las dimensiones de la fidelización de clientes. La muestra estuvo conformada por 120 clientes de establecimientos comerciales de la provincia de Tarma. Resultados. El 47,5 % de encuestados consideró que la implementación del marketing digital en los establecimientos comerciales se da de forma regular, el 36,7% consideró que hay una baja implantación y solo el 15,8 % consideró que hay una alta implantación del marketing digital. Referente al cuestionario de fidelización de clientes, el 63,3 % consideró que la fidelización de clientes en los establecimientos comerciales se da de forma regular, el 21,7 % consideró que la fidelización de clientes es alta y el 15% considera que la fidelización de clientes es baja. Conclusión. Existe relación directa y estadísticamente significativa entre marketing digital y fidelización de clientes en el desarrollo de la sostenibilidad de la provincia de Tarma, región Junín

    Inserción laboral y empleabilidad de egresados universitarios de la Macro Región Centro del Perú

    Objective. Was to determine the level of labor insertion of university graduates from the Macro Region of Central Peru. Method. The design was non-experimental; the research level was descriptive; The instrument used was the Labor Insertion questionnaire for university administration graduates, developed based on the perspective of Gómez-Cartolín (2015) which had 27 items, the dimensions were employability (with 15 items), and the employability dimension (12 items), the sample consisted of 315 university graduates from the Central Macro Region of Peru. Results. In the Junín region, 21.9% were men, and 22.5% were women; in Pasco 7.0% were men and 19.7% were women; In Huánuco 4.4% were men and 24.4% were women, making a total of 33.3% men and 66.7% women in the regions that make up the Central Macro Region of Peru. Conclusion. Labor insertion of the administration graduates of the Central Macro Region of Peru was medium, which indicates that they are working in activities related to their professional career, predominantly financial organizations.Objetivo. Determinar el nivel de inserción laboral de los egresados universitarios de la Macro Región del Centro del Perú. Métodos. La investigación fue de diseño no experimental y nivel descriptivo; el instrumento empleado fue el cuestionario de inserción laboral a egresados universitarios de Administración, desarrollado en base a la perspectiva de Gómez-Cartolín (2015) que constó de 27 ítems referidos a las dimensiones: empleabilidad (con 15 ítems) y ocupabilidad (12 ítems). La muestra estuvo conformada por 315 egresados universitarios de la Macro Región Centro del Perú. Resultados. En la región Junín, el 21,9 % eran varones, y el 22,5 % mujeres; en Pasco, el 7 % eran varones y el 19,7 % mujeres; en Huánuco 4,4 % eran varones y el 24,4 % mujeres; lo que hace un total de 33,3 % de varones y 66,7 % de mujeres en las regiones que conforman la Macro Región Centro del Perú. Conclusión. El nivel perceptual de inserción laboral de los egresados de Administración de la Macro Región Centro del Perú fue medio, lo cual indica que se encuentran laborando en actividades afines a su carrera profesional, predominando las organizaciones financieras

    Experiencia subjetiva del empleado en colaboradores de establecimientos hoteleros de la región Junín

    Objective: To determine the characteristics of the employee experience in employees of hotel establishments in the Junín region. Methods. The type of research was basic, descriptive level, simple descriptive design and non-experimental-transectional. The methods used were observation, analysis and synthesis and inductive-deductive, while the instrument applied was the questionnaire and the technique was the survey. The sample consisted of 320 employees of hotel establishments in the Junín region and the sample selection criterion was non-probabilistic by convenience. Results. The main results were that the levels of employee experience at the subjective level were regular in its physical and technological dimensions, and high in its cultural dimension; which reflects that, despite the adverse conditions due to the covid-19 pandemic, the collaborators performed their tasks with appropriateness and assertiveness. Conclusion. Companies in the hotel sector should implement programs that reinforce and establish the objective conditions of their work environment in order to generate profitable and positive subjective experiences in favor of their employees and the productivity of the organization.Objetivo. Determinar las características del employee experience en colaboradores de establecimientos hoteleros de la región Junín. Métodos. El tipo de investigación fue básica, de nivel descriptivo, diseño descriptivo simple y no experimental-transeccional. Los métodos fueron la observación, el análisis y síntesis y el inductivo-deductivo, mientras que el instrumento aplicado fue el cuestionario y la técnica la encuesta. La muestra estuvo conformada por 320 colaboradores de establecimientos hoteleros de la región Junín y el criterio de selección de la muestra fue no probabilístico por conveniencia. Resultados. Los principales resultados fueron que los niveles de experiencia del empleado a nivel subjetivo fueron regulares en sus dimensiones física y tecnológica, y de nivel alto en su dimensión cultural; lo que refleja que, pese a las condiciones adversas por pandemia de la covid-19, los colaboradores desarrollaron labores con propiedad y asertividad. Conclusión. Las empresas del sector hotelero deben implementar programas que refuercen y establezcan las condiciones objetivas de su entorno laboral a fin de generar experiencias subjetivas redituables y positivas en favor de sus colaboradores y la productividad de la organización

    Index of Cultural Significance biodiversity plants in ethnobotanical study was an important step for seeking a strategy for subsisten activity. This study was aimed to identify utilised plants that have the highest value at Kerinci community. The current study was conducted in three villages within the Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province, which located close to the Kerinci Seblat National Park: Baru Lempur, Lama Tamiai, and Ulu Jemih for 8 months (October 2013 to May 2014). Data was obtained by implementing participation-observation method through interviews. Estimation of cultural significance for every plant species observed using the Index for Cultural Significance (ICS). Results indicated that the people of Kerinci possessed good knowledge on the biodiversity of their surrounding. Two hundred and thirty four species of useful plants we recorded with ICS value ranging from 3 to 59. Rice (Oryza sativa; Poaceae) and Cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii; Lauraceae) had highest ICS value, whereas ‘inggu' (Ruta angustifolia; Rutaceae) and ‘bunching onion' (Allium fistulosum, Amaryllidaceae ) have the lowest ICS value
