; Dakwah Islam dalam perkembangannya mengalami dinamika yang beragam, baik yang ditentukan oleh subyek dakwah (da'i) maupun realitas obyek (mad'u) Gerakan dakwah saat ini dan yang akan datang dihadapkan pada kondisi social yang berkembang sehingga secara otomatis menuntut pola pengembangan gerakan dakwah yang sistematis, baik secara teoritis maupun secara aplikatif. Dakwah bil qalam atau dakwah dengan menggunakan pena, dalam hal ini aktifitas tulis-menulis (jurnalistik). Dakwah bil qalam selayaknya membutuhkan keseriusan bagi para da'i jika dibandingkan dengan dakwah bil lisan. Alasan utamanya adalah untuk masa sekarang ini manusia cenderung memanfaatkan media (media massa) dalam mencari berbagai informasi yang dibutuhkan, disamping itu media tulisan dapat tersimpan dalam jangka waktu yang lama sehingga bisa menjangkau obyek yang banyak. Berdakwah melalui media massa (koran, majalah, dll, atau disebut juga surat kabar) mempunyai cara dan karakteristik tersendiri, berbeda dengan berdakwah pada media lainnya, Surat kabar adalah salah satu komunikasi masyarakat pembaca yang sangat besar pengaruhnya terhadap pembacanya. Oleh karena itu menulis pesan-pesan dakwah dalam sebuah koran maka ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu tulisan bemuansa dakwah itu akan dikonsumsikan kepada media apa, apakah media pers khusus Islam atau pers umum. Menulis dakwah untuk media pers khusus Islam memiliki teknik dan era yang sedikit berbeda dengan menulis di media pers UU. Pengukuran Kinerja Supply Chain Management Perguruan Tinggi Mengunakan Metode Ahp-scor

Competition in the education industry is becoming a major challenge for the University in carrying out activities of educational services. The University sued for creative thinking in implementing the strategy of competing to produce a higher quality education services, starting with the screening of students up to the graduates received industrial market. Universities need to do engineering management by applying the concept of supply chain management or supply chain management (SCM). The purpose of this research is to analyze the proposed framework performance SCM Bina Darma University by using the method of AHP-SCOR. Determination of the proposed Key Performance Indicator (KPI)), which became a benchmark in performance measurement involves three stakeholders universities namely the University organization, supplier, and customer interests on the flow of the SCM. The method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and SCOR is used to assist in determining priority criteria SCM University. The results of the identification and measurement of the values obtained with the model of SCOR for each process performance as follows: plan valued at 2.64, source of value worth 4.69 4.04, make, and deliver valued at 11.82. The total value of SCOR for universities was 23.19, prioritized improvement on performance with the smallest value i.e. the process Plan with a value of 2.64

Respuesta fotoperiódica de tres cultivares de lino (Linum usitatissimum L.)

p.265-270Se realizó el estudio de la respuesta fotoperiòdica de tres cultivares de lino oleaginoso (Areco INTA, Salto INTA y Rojas INTA) mediante el análisis de los resultados obtenidos de fechas de siembra continuadas a campo por un período de dos años y medio. La respuesta encontrada puede ser descripta mediante una función de tipo lineal para fechas no muy lejanas a las tradicionalmente utilizadas en la zona linera argentina. Fuera de ese período el efecto de la falta de vernalización modifica la respuesta de modo tal que se aleja de la función lineal. Con fotoperíodos menores a 12,2 horas(hs.). Los tratamientos vernalizados no mostraron sensibilidad fotoperiòdica. Para la gama de fotoperíodos que se dan en la región pampeana las plantas no llegarían a estar sometidas valores correspondientes al fotoperiodo óptimo

In vitro activity of bedaquiline against rapidly growing nontuberculous mycobacteria

Bedaquiline (BDQ) has been proven to be effective in the treatment of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. We hypothesized that BDQ could be a potential agent to treat nontuberculous mycobacterial (NTM) infection. The objective of this study was to evaluate the in vitro activity of BDQ against rapidly growing mycobacteria by assessing the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) against 18 NTM strains. For MIC determination we performed the resazurin microtitre assay broth dilution, and for the MBC the c.f.u. was determined. BDQ exhibited a strong inhibitory effect against most NTM tested; however, for some NTM strains the MBC was significantly higher than the MIC. A new finding is that Mycobacterium flavescens has a mutation in the gene atpE associated with natural resistance to BDQ. These preliminary promising results demonstrate that BDQ could be potentially useful for the treatment of NTM

Kink oscillations of cooling coronal loops with variable cross-section

We study kink waves and oscillations in a thin expanding magnetic tube in the presence of flow. The tube consists of a core region and a thin transitional region at the tube boundary. In this region the plasma density monotonically decreases from its value in the core region to the value outside the tube. Both the plasma density and velocity of background flow vary along the tube and in time. Using the multiscale expansions we derive the system of two equations describing the kink oscillations. When there is no transitional layer the oscillations are described by the first of these two equations. We use this equation to study the effect of plasma density variation with time on kink oscillations of an expanding tube with a sharp boundary. We assume that the characteristic time of the density variation is much greater than the characteristic time of kink oscillations. Then we use the Wentzel-Kramer-Brillouin (WKB) method to derive the expression for the adiabatic invariant, which is the quantity that is conserved when the plasma density varies. The general theoretical results are applied to the kink oscillations of coronal magnetic loops. We consider an expanding loop with the half-circle shape and assume that the plasma temperature inside a loop decays exponentially with time. We numerically calculated the dependences of the fundamental mode frequency, the ratio of frequencies of the first overtone and fundamental mode, and the oscillation amplitude on time. We obtained that the oscillation frequency and amplitude increase and the frequency ratio decreases due to cooling. The amplitude increase is stronger for loops with a greater expansion factor. This effect is also more pronounced for higher loops. However, it is fairly moderate even for loops that are quite high
