日本のソフトウェア企業における経営管理：技術選択および雇用・取引慣行との適合性

2009-03本稿は，日本のソフトウェア産業の競争力を規定する経営管理上の「特質」「仕組み」を発見し，それらの存立のロジックと含意を検討することを目的とする．進展する国際分業の中で日本のソフトウェア産業とその雇用がどのように展開してゆくのかを考える上で，日本のソフトウェア企業が有する経営管理上の特質を体系的に理解することが重要である．本稿が依拠する予備的な聞き取り調査によれば，1) 利益の大きさは，概ね見積もり段階で決まってしまうこと，2) それは，日本企業の技術選択と関係があると考えられること，3) その技術選択は，雇用・取引慣行と整合的であること，4) その技術選択はプロジェクト組織の形態を規定しているが，その組織形態は人材育成慣行と適合的であること，および5) 受注の方針は収益を大きく規定するが，それは人材育成および長期継続的取引という諸慣行の影響を強く受けるということが明らかになった．総じて，日本のソフトウェア企業の経営管理は，雇用・取引慣行と適合的に展開していると考えられる．departmental bulletin pape

Political leader and irredentism in modern Greece : a review of the studies about Eleftherios Venizelos in English

ギリシャは、第一次世界大戦という国際危機の結果、社会的分断を経験した。本稿では、当時の中心的な政治家であるエレフセリオス・ヴェニゼロスに関する先行研究を整理し、この政治現象について考察を行った。その結果、ギリシャにおける政治的ダイナミクスの解明には、国際政治空間、政治エリート空間、民衆運動空間といった複数の政治空間の相互関係をとらえる枠組が必要であることが明らかとなった。Greece experienced social fragmentation as a result of the international crisis of the First World War, despite its attempts at national integration. This paper summarizes existing research on the political leader Eleftherios Venizelos and examines this political phenomenon. As a result, it became clear that the elucidation of political dynamics in Greece requires a framework that captures the interrelationships among multiple political spaces, such as international political space, political elite space, and popular movement space.研究ノート(Note)application/pdfdepartmental bulletin pape

フローチャートを活用して児童に実験結果の見通しを多面的に思考させる理科指導<教育科学>

The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of science teaching that has pupils think multifaceted prospect of experiment results by using flowcharts and develops problem solving skills in elementary school. By using flowcharts for multifaceted prospect of experiment results, we hypothesized that pupils well understand the purpose of experiment, the ability to multifacetedly think the result from experiment is developed, and children can conclude without confusion after experiment. To verify the effects of the teaching method, experiment lessons were conducted at the 4th and 5th grades. Pupils used worksheets to make flowcharts during the lessons and answered to a questionnaire and a test before and after the lessons. Pupils’ descriptions on the worksheets and answers to the questionnaire and the test were analyzed. The results well supported our hypotheses.textapplication/pdfdepartmental bulletin pape
