    This research is development or increase of soft skills for student with cooperative learning strategy so that development process of soft skills can do in the study classroom, for example commitment, responsibility, cooperate, creativity and ethics. Beside that for knowing, what of soft skills with cooperative learning strategy can increase of soft skills for student compare with conventional method or discourse method in the study classroom can be doing by student XIIth class of 2 Klaten vocational high school. This research is Classroom Action Research execute at 2 Klaten vocational High school. Every cycle begin from planning, action, observation and reflection. Data analyst is doing to compare between the observation result of cycle I, Cycle II, and cycle III with qualitative description method which to clear with the mean of percent of soft skills who have a student. The result of the research is cooperative learning can be development of soft skills for student on commitment aspect, responsibility, cooperate, creativity and ethics with step that is group discussion and practice. The mean of soft skills who have student base observation at cycle I are 53,20 % (enough), Cycle II are 61,20 % (high) and cycle III are 64,80 % (high). While the observation result in soft skills aspect, is commitment aspect beginning at cycle I are 52 % (enough), cycle II are 63 % (high) and cycle III are 66 % (high). In the responsibility aspect beginning at cycle I are 53 % (enough), cycle II are 59 % (enough) and cycle III are 60 % (high), in the cooperate aspect beginning at cycle I are 55 % (enough), cycle II are 70 % (high) and cycle III are 71 % (high), in the creativity aspect beginning at cycle I are 53 % (enough), cycle II are 59 % (enough) and cycle III are 63 % (high), and in the ethics aspect beginning at cycle I are 53 % (enough), cycle II are 55 % (enough) and cycle III are 62 % (high), from of all observation result above, so can be said in general soft skills for student experiencing development with using cooperative learning strategy in the study classroom.     This paper examines Borno's colonial economy with particular reference to the activity of indigenous traders. Stress is laid on trade within Borno and between the province and other markets in Nigeria and the adjoining colonies of Cameroon, Chad and Niger. An analysis of the involvement of traders, ranging from Kanuri, Hausa, Tubu, Fulani, Shuwa Arabs, Yoruba to Igbo, in items such as livestock, indigenous cloths of Hausaland manufacture (especially turkudi), kolanuts, local salt, natron, dried fish, imported cotton materials and salt is also attempted. Although Maiduguri (or Yerwa), Nguru, Potiskum, Bama, Goniri, Monguno, Geidam, Abadam and Biu were the main market centres in the province during much of the period under review, the activity of traders in Maiduguri is chosen for consideration in the paper. Apart from being the provincial and Shehu's capital, the emphasis on Maiduguri is informed by the town's commercial importance, especially in the overland trade between the rest of Nigeria and the neighbouring colonies of Cameroon, Chad and Niger

    Iron (Fe) doped titanium dioxide (TiO2) thin films have been successfully deposited by using spin coating technique. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) were employed to characterize the microstructure and crystallite morphology of the films. It was indicated that the rutile crystal orientation appears due to increasing annealing temperature of the thin films. Furthermore, increasing annealing temperature of the thin films yielded an increasing of porosity value which is related to the application on gas sensor films. Maklumat yang diperolehi berdasarkan kaedah kualitatif dan kuantitatif Data dianalisis untuk meninjau kaedah penilaian yang dijalankan dan seterusnya memastikan apakali sistem penilaian yang perlu diperbaiki. Secara keseluruhannya, kebanyakan responden berpendapat bahawa sistem penilaian yang sedia ada adalah perlu diperbaki dan disistematikkan selaras dengan ISO 9000 : 2001.     Development of compact antenna for RFID application

    In recent years, microstrip antennas have met commercial requirements. The advent of wireless applications requires a compact antenna, easy to manufacture. The goal of the project is to develop a microstrip monopole antenna for RFID tag applications that reduce size. The purpose of this antenna is to operate at 2.4 GHz. Due to its low-profile, a microstrip monopole antenna was chosen as a design model for the project.CST Microwave studio 2015 has been used to simulate the design of antennas for preliminary design purposes. This can be recognized as being unique to the advantages of the antenna. . The proposed antenna was etched on an FR4 substrate with an overall size of 40 mm × 17 mm × 1.6 mm. The successful implementation of the modified ground plane allows the miniaturization and provides excellent performance. The performance of an antenna shows agreement between both simulation and measurement results

    In this paper we introduce a new paradigm for storage and communication. We call this paradigm Interval Modulation Coding. Both in the context of communication and storage, one needs to measure the elapsed time between voltage transitions or voltage pulses. Conventionally, this measurement is made by a clock, by counting clock pulses. Analog circuits (or clocks of higher frequency) can also be used to measure elapsed time. And in this case the set of permissible time intervals no longer has to consist of consecutive integer multiples of the clock period but can be chosen in accordance with a probabilistic model of measurement error. We will show that this can potentially provide substantial improvements in terms of bandwitdth and storage density over coding techniques deployed in real storage and communication systems. We provide a mechanism for encoding and decoding data based on variable length to variable length prefix free codes. We show that such codes can be constructed using integer linear programming. From a theoretical standpoint, we study the linear programming relaxation of the integer linear program associated with code construction. We provide an efficient algorithm for determining if the linear programming relaxation is feasible and an efficient algorithm for solving the linear programming relaxation, assuming it is feasible

    Reachability and Shortest Paths in the Broadcast CONGEST Model

    In this paper we study the time complexity of the single-source reachability problem and the single-source shortest path problem for directed unweighted graphs in the Broadcast CONGEST model. We focus on the case where the diameter D of the underlying network is constant. We show that for the case where D = 1 there is, quite surprisingly, a very simple algorithm that solves the reachability problem in 1(!) round. In contrast, for networks with D = 2, we show that any distributed algorithm (possibly randomized) for this problem requires Omega(sqrt{n/ log{n}}) rounds. Our results therefore completely resolve (up to a small polylog factor) the complexity of the single-source reachability problem for a wide range of diameters. Furthermore, we show that when D = 1, it is even possible to get an almost 3 - approximation for the all-pairs shortest path problem (for directed unweighted graphs) in just 2 rounds. We also prove a stronger lower bound of Omega(sqrt{n}) for the single-source shortest path problem for unweighted directed graphs that holds even when the diameter of the underlying network is 2. As far as we know this is the first lower bound that achieves Omega(sqrt{n}) for this problem
