With a lot of research on Face Detection that has been done before, the Viola Jones method produces a fairly high accuracy average compared to research using other methods. Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kemauan Untuk Membayar Pajak Pada Usaha Mikro, Kecildan Menengah Di Surakarta (Studi Kasus Pada Usaha Batik Di Kampoeng Batik Laweyan SurakartaI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris dengan menggunakan data primer, mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemauan untuk membayar pajak pada usaha, mikro, kecil dan menengah di Surakarta. Sampel yang digunakan adalah pemilik UMKM. Kuesioner yang kembali dan diolah sebanyak 56 kuesioner. Metode pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi linier berganda yang mencangkup Uji t, Uji F dan R2. Semua data yang diperoleh, diolah dengan program SPSS 16.0 yang terlebih dahulu diuji dengan menggunakan Uji asumsi klasik yaitu Uji normalitas, Uji multikolinieritas dan Uji heteroskedastisitas. Dalam uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukan bahwa seluruh item pertanyaan dalam kuesioner untuk variabel independen dan dependen adalah valid dan reliabel. Adapun uji asumsi klasik menunjukan bahwa data berdistribusi normal, sedangkan hasil uji asumsi klasik yang lain menunjukan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas dari multikolinieritas dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa variabel kesadaran membayar pajak tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemauan membayar pajak, sedangkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang peraturan perpajakan dan efektivitas sistem perpajakan berpengaruh secara statistik signifikan terhadap kemauan membayar pajak. Dimana untuk nilai signifikan t untuk variabel kesadaran membayar pajak 0,368 (p>0,05) dengan t hitung sebesar 0,909, variabel pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang peraturan perpajakan sebesar 0,001(p<0,05) dengan t hitung sebesar 3,361, variabel efektivitas sistem perpajakan sebesar 0,001 (p<0,05) dengan t hitung sebesar 3,398

INTERNAL MODIFICATION IN REQUESTING USED BY EFL LEARNERS

Speech acts realization of request is distinct for it leaves benefit to the requester but loss to the requestee. Thus, politeness is a primary issue in requesting. Therefore, internal modification can be used to soften the impact of the request. This paper looks into the internal modification used by EFL learners compared to the native speakers. Discourse Completion Tasks (DCT) is used to obtain the data. Then, the internal modification strategy is analyzed based on Trosborg's strategy of request (Trosborg, 1994). The research reveals the variety of the internal modification used by EFL learners are still limited compared to the native speakers. In this case, some factors are proved to determine the performance of the strategy being used such as proficiency and direct contact with native speakers as well as immersion in the English exposure, e.g length of stay in English speaking country

Improving students’ understanding on adverb of frequency through memory round game (an action research with eighth grade students of MTs NU 07 Patebon kab. Kendal in the academic year of 2009/2010)

The background of the study in this research are many students in junior high school have difficulties to memorize the meaning of adverb of frequency and they still confuse to use adverb of frequency in right position. Because the teacher just explain the material using speech and students listen it monotonously. The use of memory round game as a media can be a choice for the teacher in teaching adverb of frequency in different way. This study only focuses on teaching adverb of frequency by using memory round game as the media. And the problems in this study can be stated as follow: 1. How is the implementation of memory round game to improve students’ understanding on adverb of frequency at the eighth grades students of MTs NU 07 Patebon Kendal? 2. How much does memory round game improve students’ understanding on adverb of frequency at the eighth grades students of MTs NU 07 Patebon Kendal? The objectives of this study were to describe the implementation of using memory round game in teaching adverb of frequency at the eighth grades students of MTs NU 07 Patebon Kendal and to identify how much memory round game’ improves students’ understanding on adverb of frequency at the eighth grades students of MTs NU 07 Patebon Kendal. The subjects of this study were the students of MTs NU 07 Patebon Kendal in the academic year of 2009/2010. The number of the subjects was 40 students. This research was a classroom action research. The process of this research was conducted in three stages, including, pre cycle, cycle 1, and cycle 2. Cycle 1 was planned after conducting pre cycle. Cycle 2 was conducted based on the reflection results of cycle 1. The data were collected using observation during the teaching learning process in pre cycle, cycle 1, and cycle 2 and test to measure the improvement of students’ understanding in each cycle. The results of the analysis were used to describe the improvement of students’ understanding on adverb of frequency which was indicated by their score in test. It can be seen from the result of cycle 1, where in pre cycle students’ mean on adverb of frequency was only 55.75, it increased up to 14.5 became 70.25 in cycle 1. In cycle 2 it increased from 70.25 up to 80.51 or 10.26 increased. Based on the results of this research, it could be concluded that by using memory round game in teaching adverb of frequency, teacher could improve students’ understanding on adverb of frequency. And it was hoped that it can be valuable as the information resource for students, teachers, and the writer herself

Upaya guru PAI dalam mewujudkan budaya islami di smp negeri lubuk pakam kabupaten deli serdang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) bentuk-bentuk budya Islami di SMP Negeri 3 Lubuk Pakam(2) upaya guru PAI dalam mewujudkan budaya Islami (3) faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam mewujudkan budaya Islami di SMP Negeri 3 Lubuk Pakam Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif yang berdasarkan pada pendekatan kualitatif. Prosedur pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumen/dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, display data (paparan data) dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan derajatketerpercayaan (credibility),keteralihan (transferability), kebergantungan (dependability),dan kepastian (confirmability). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) adanya budaya 3S yang dilaksanakan dengan baik di lingkungan sekolah khususnya pada pagi hari di depan gerbang sekolah (2) komunitas sekolah saling hormat dan toleran antar satu dengan yang lain dengan saling menghormati ibadah yang telah dianut (3) pembiasaan puasa Senin Kamis yang masih memerlukan keteladanan dari guru (4) pelaksanaan shalat Duha dilakukan di musholla saat jam istirahat (5) tadarus Alquran dilaksanakan saat memulai pelajaran PAI dan pada bulan Ramadhan dalam kegiatan pesantren kilat (6) Kegiatan Istighasah dan doa bersama dilaksanakan saat menyambut Ujian Nasional (7) Peduli lingkungan direalisasikan oleh warga sekolah dengan menjaga kebersihan lingkungan sekolah (8) Pengajian guru mengupayakan pengembangan kajian keislaman para guru dan mencari solusi atas permasalahan yang dialami siswa

ANALISIS PRODUKSI SUSU SAPI PERAH DI INDONESIA

Cow's milk is large in contributing to meeting the needs of people in developing countries to meet nutritional fulfillment. Cow's milk has increased imports due to the problem of cow disease which cannot meet the needs of the Indonesian people who increase every year milk consumption every year. This study aims to analyze milk production trends and factors affecting milk production of dairy cows in Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data with a vulnerable time of 2012-2021. The analysis methods used are trend analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the trend of milk production of dairy cows decreased from 2012-2015 and rose again from 2016-2021. Milk prices and cows population simultaneously affect the volume of milk production of dairy cows in Indonesia

At this skripsi of research conducted at company of Iwan Sasirangan, peripatetic small and medium industry in the field of making of cloth of sasirangan in Banjarmasin (Kal-Sel) with title “ Applying Of Strategy Marketing At Company of Iwan Sasirangan in Banjarmasin”. Intention of this research to know company position among other competitor and to know correct marketing strategy to be used at company of Iwan Sasirangan in Banjarmasin. Analyzer used to know strategy what ordinary habit is run by company is by using analyzer of EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) and analysis of IFAS (Internal of Factor Analysis Summary) what was later packed into by SWOT matrik to obtain and know company position among marketing strategy and competitor what is applicable or run at company. With result for the factor of external covering: opportunity of company; growth of economics which mounting (0,30), residents amount which progressively mount (0,80), support of government (0,20), and company position as acting manager (0,30). While threat faced by company that is ; accelerating inflation which mounting (0,30), tight emulation (0,40), and entry of external cloth trend among society (0,10). So that totalize score equal to 2,40. This matter indicate that factor of external company have influence are to strategic factor of company. For internal factor which cover : strength of company ; cloth of sasirangan the have immeasurableness (0,45), wide of distribution area (0,60), to the number of exhibitions followed (0,80), and given service (0,20). While weakness which is owned by company cover; media advertisement which still less (0,20), and price competing (0,40). So that totalize score equal to 2,65.Hal this indicate that internal factor of company have influence is to strategic factor of company. Pursuant to research result and solution can be concluded that company of Iwan Sasirangan reside in on course leader of market (leader market). And use strategy leader of market covering : strategy extend entirety market; new user, new usage, and usage which is a more regular, strategy maintain market compartment ; defence of position, defence of flank, defence precede, defence of attack return, peripatetic defence, and backward defence and strategy extend market compartment. K-W-L: A TEACHING STRATEGY TO DEVELOP STUDENTS’ READING COMPREHENSION IN THE SEVENTH GRADER OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

This study aims to investigate the implementation of K-W-L strategy to develop seventh graders students’ reading comprehension and their involvement in the classroom activities. This study employed a mixed method design. There were two classes of seventh grade that were selected to be samples; one class of control group and one class of experimental group. Each of the class consisted of 32 students. The data were gained from the pre-test and post-test, the classroom observation, the field notes, and the interview. The results from the pre-test and post-test showed that there was a small increase of the mean of the control group whih was 11.41 (pre-test 28.75 and the post-test 40.16), meanwhile, the experimental group showed a significant increase by 46.71 (pre-test 30.16 and the post-test 75.31). In addition, the value of eta squared was 0.725, which indicated that the implementation of K-W-L strategy had large effect on students’ reading comprehension. It can be implied that the students’ reading comprehension skill could be developed through the implementation of K-W-L Strategy. The results from the classroom observation, the field notes, and the interview revealed that each step of K-W-L strategy contributed to improve reading comprehension and develop students’ involvement in the classroom activities

PEMANTAUAN PERTUMBUHAN DAN PEMBERIAN VITAMIN A PADA ANAK BERSAMA KADER POSYANDU

Balita mengalami pertumbuhan badan yang cepat, sehingga mereka membutuhkan zat-zat gizi yang cukup untuk setiap kilo berat badannya. Apabila kebutuhan anak tidak tercukupi, maka akan menghambat pertumbuhannya. Hambatan yang terjadi dikarenakan anak jarang ditimbang berat badannya secara rutin untuk mengetahui kenaikan yang optimal. Hambatan lain juga terjadi karena orang tua kurang memperhatikan ukuran lingkar kepala, lingkar lengan dan tinggi badan anak yang pada dasarnya sangat berpengaruh bagi pertumbuhan anak. Kegiatan Abdimas ini bertujuan untuk  melakukan pemantauan pertumbuhan anak. Tujuan khusus kegiatan ini yaitu melakukan pemantauan pertumbuhan anak agar tidak timbul masalah pertumbuhan. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan sosialisasi, dan pemantauan. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan tujuan memperkenalkan apa itu pemantauan pertumbuhan dan tujuan dilakukannya pemantauan pertumbuhan anak. Hasil kegiatan dirasa berhasil dengan baik karena telah mengetahui pertumbuhan anak dan setelah dilakukan pengukuran, anak-anak masih dalam kategori tumbuh yang norma
