    This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, price, and location on customer satisfaction. The population of this research is consumers of Kedai Ibu restaurant. The sampling technique used in this study is non probability sampling with a type of convenience sampling which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria on the respondents. Based on the method and sampling technique obtained as many as 200 respondents who fit the criteria. The data collection method used is a questionnaire that is directed at consumers. Data analysis techniques in this study are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, determination test (R2), simultaneous test (F test), regression coefficient analysis and partial test (t test). The results showed that service quality, price, and location had an effect on the satisfaction of the consumers of Kedai Ibu's restaurant

    This study aims to know about the influence of service quality, product prices and consumer dissatisfaction with the decision of mobile card brand switching. Population in research this is a society that has moved the brand of cellular prime card in Surakarta. The sample was taken as many as 130 respondents using Non Probability Sampling technique with Purposive Sampling which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria on the respondent. Data collection method used is questionnaire. Data analysis technique in this research is ValidityTest, ReliabilityTest,test of model accuracy (F Test), Test Coefficient of Determination (R2), Multiple Linear Regression Test, and parameter of estimation test (t Test). The results showed that service quality, product price and consumer's dissatisfaction had a positive effect on the decision of mobile card brand switching

    The research aims to determine: (1) the effect of Prices on Customer Satisfaction, (2) the influence of Brand Image on Consumer Satisfaction, and (3) the effect of Quality in Professional Camera on Customer Satisfaction. The result of this study are expected to be used as input or basis for decision making by company management, especially in the field of marketing that relating to price determination, brand image, and quality of camera that affect customer satisfaction in use and purchase. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study are customers and users of professional cameras in Solo Raya. This research used a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale for data collection and a sample of 177 respondents in Solo Raya, by using non probability sampling method and spreading the google form. Analysis used in this study is a research instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, T test, and determination coefficient (R2). The result showed that dependent variable (Consumer Satisfaction) could explain by independent variables (Price, Brand Image, Quality of Cameras). Based on the results of the research, is has been obtained: (1) Price has insignificant on Customer Satisfaction, customer do not see low or high price in purchasing cameras, (2) Brand Image has significant on Customer Satisfaction, customer become voters when discussing brand image, (3) Product Quality has significant on customer satisfaction, better quality of the cameras the higher level of customer satisfaction

The number of samples in this study were 150 respondents, the method of data collection using non-probability sampling with the type of purposive sampling where researchers determine the sampling by providing specific criteria. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study were the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, determination test (R2), model accuracy test (F test), multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test (t test) . The results showed that the influence of product quality, service quality and price significantly influence customer satisfaction in the coffee shop in the city of Surakarta

    The analysis oh this research is about the influence of product innovation, price and promotion on buying decision of smartphone product. The study conducted consumer of smartphone. Samples taken in the study were 107 respondents, analytical methods used are multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test. Based on the results of the analysis found it can be explained that product innovation, price and promotion have a positive and significant impact on buying decision. In the model, the variables of product innovation, price and promotion are able to explain buying decision variables of 42.6% and the remaining 57.4% are still influenced by other variables

    Analisis Pengaruh Brand Experience Dan Switching Cost Terhadap Costumer Loyalty (Studi Pada Produk Handphone)

    This study aims to analyze the influence of brand experience and switching cost to customer loyalty. The population that became the object of this research is a student of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The sample used is 150 students using Purposive Sampling method. The method of analysis used in this study is the method of multiple regression analysis. The result of research based on partial hypothesis test (t test) shows that brand experience and switching cost variable significantly influence costumer loyalty. The result of determination coefficient test (R2) obtained R square equal to 0,369. It shows that costumer loyalty can be explained by variable influence of brand experience and switching cost equal to 36,9%, whereas 63,1% influenced by other factors outside of variable which is studied

    Go Car strives to win competition with similar companies, so that Go-Car continues to improve its competitive advantage by increasing winning the hearts of customers by providing good services to make consumers satisfied through security, convenience and price. Purpose of this study to analyze the effect of security, convenience and price on the satisfaction of online go-car taxi customers in Surakarta City. The research population is Go Car consumers in Surakarta. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Methods of collecting data used a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of this study that security has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction customers of Go-Car in Surakarta City. Convenience has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction custtomers of Go-Car in Surakarta City.     This study analyzes the effect of compensation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses a sample of employees of PT. Surya Mas Agung Sukoharjo as many as 100 respondents. Sample selection method using accidental sampling or convenience sampling and the data used is primary data in the form of questionnaires. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using several variables, namely compensation, work environment, work discipline and employee performance. The results of this study indicate that the compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.
