Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Coffee Shop di Kota Surakarta

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and price on customer satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study are coffee shop customers in the city of Surakarta. The number of samples in this study were 150 respondents, the method of data collection using non-probability sampling with the type of purposive sampling where researchers determine the sampling by providing specific criteria. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study were the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, determination test (R2), model accuracy test (F test), multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test (t test) . The results showed that the influence of product quality, service quality and price significantly influence customer satisfaction in the coffee shop in the city of Surakarta
