Pengaruh Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Kasus Pada Karyawan PT. Surya Mas Agung Sukoharjo)

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of compensation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses a sample of employees of PT. Surya Mas Agung Sukoharjo as many as 100 respondents. Sample selection method using accidental sampling or convenience sampling and the data used is primary data in the form of questionnaires. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using several variables, namely compensation, work environment, work discipline and employee performance. The results of this study indicate that the compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.
