Overall results of this study indicated that the main factor that causes full retirement is work-related experience, which includes oneโ€™s subjective expectation on the job, oneโ€™s overall job satisfaction, and oneโ€™s working stress. The age, however, turned out to be the most crucial factor in both part-time retirement and job mobility to predict the followings: whether he or she wishes to work less after 2 years or if he or she still wants to work more, and whether the person will change his or her career only to work more. It is worthwhile that this study suggests the necessity of preparing various policies or systems for the elderly or retirees
