    车载甲醇在线重整制氢高性能铜锌铝催化剂的研究

    为了扩展传统铜锌铝催化剂在车载甲醇自热式重整(ATRM)制氢过程中的应用,采用反向共沉淀法制备了不同铜锌摩尔比的铜锌铝氧化物催化剂,并与工业铜锌铝催化剂SCST-401进行比较。结果发现,该类催化剂的性能随着铜锌摩尔比的增加而提高。其中,Cu30Zn10Al催化剂在200600℃范围内具有最佳的ATRM反应性能,而不含铜的催化剂Zn40Al在500600℃高温下具有与Cu20Zn20Al和Cu10Zn30Al相近的活性。此外,Cu30Zn10Al催化剂与商用催化剂SCST-401的甲醇转化率也相近,但前者铜的摩尔分数却远小于后者,且性能更稳定。在200300℃的低温下其ATRM反应表现出更高的活性。国家自然科学基金(NSFC-21276214);;福建省科技厅重点项目(2016H6024);;福建省自然科学基金(2015J05033

    结合H-P滤波法和kIng,PlOSSEr&rObElO(1987)的研究,探讨了一个求解引入居民消费的习惯形成和存在稳态趋势增长的rbC模型的对数线性化方法,并利用该方法求解引入习惯形成和政府支出冲击的三部门rbC模型来分析中国1979-2009年间宏观经济波动.研究表明:这个方法求解本文模型的预测结果与中国的特征事实较一致;与nHg方法求解的预测结果相比较,二者存在明显的差异;对中国经济的解释力要强于nHg方法求解的预测结果.Combined with the methods of H-P filter and King,Plosser and Robelo(1987),this paper discussed the solution of RBC model with habit formation and trend steady growth by linearization method,and used it to solve RBC model with habit formation and government consumption shocks to analyze China's business cycle in 1979-2009.It shows that the prediction results of RBC model solved by this method are much consistent with the facts of real business in China.And compared with the results obtained by NHG method,this method can explain Macroeconomic fluctuations in China better than NHG method,which implies that this method solving RBC model with habit formation greatly improves simulation results.国家自然科学基金重点资助项目(71131008

    HF/CrO_3溶液对AlGaAs的选择性湿法刻蚀应用于楔型结构的制备

    利用动态掩膜腐蚀技术,研究了HF/CrO_3腐蚀液对各种不同组分的Al_xGa_(1-x)As (x = 0.3, 0.5, 0.65)的腐蚀速率及腐蚀表面形貌。随着HF(48wt%)/CrO_3(33wt%)的体积比由0.01变化到0.138,相应的腐蚀液对Al_(0.8)Ga_(0.2)As/Al_(0.3)Ga_(0.7)As的选择性由179降到8.6;通过调节腐蚀液的选择性,在Al_(0.3)Ga_(0.7)As外延层上制备出了倾角从0.32°到6.61°的各种斜面。当HF(48wt%)/CrO_3(33wt%)的体积比为0.028时,Al组分分别为0.3、0.5和0.65时,相应的腐蚀表面的均方根粗糙度为1.8、9.1和19.3nm。另外,还分析了腐蚀机理与腐蚀表面形貌之间的关系

    对分离自舟山群岛海域海底46个沉积物样品中的丝状真菌进行种属鉴定,及其代谢产物抗菌、细胞毒和乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性的检测.结果显示:舟山群岛海域海底沉积物中存在着丰富的真菌资源.46个沉积物样品中,真菌含量最高可达到2 250 CFU/g(样品).在进行活性检测的89份真菌代谢产物中,有29.2%的样品对一株或一株以上的指示细菌有不同程度的抑制作用;各有10%左右的样品对5株植物致病真菌显示抑制作用,有49.4%的样品对白色假丝酵母显示抑制作用,但没有样品对黑曲霉有抑制作用;在细胞毒实验中,分别有2个、4个和12个样品在浓度为25μg/mL时,对KB细胞、Raji细胞和Hep G2细胞的抑制率高于50%;有55个样品显示微弱的乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性.通过此次研究,我们对舟山群岛海域的底栖真菌资源有了初步了解,将有助于将来更全面深入的研究. 【英文摘要】 Fungi from 46 sediment samples of Zhoushan Archipelago were categorized,and the activity of antimicrobial,antitumor and the anti-AchE of their metabolite were tested.Results indicated:fungi resource in sediments of Zhoushan Archipelago is abundant.In 46 sediments,the highest fungi content reached to 2 250 CFU/g,and most of them were belonged to genus Penicillium and Aspergillus.According to samples they were isolated from and culture characters,89 fungi were chosen to ferment,and their metabolites were used...国家“863”计划(2001AA620401);; 国家“973”计划项目(2001CB409701);; 福建省自然科学基金(C0210001)资

    1550nm偏振不灵敏半导体光放大器的研制

    研制了有源区为InGaAs张应变体材料的1.55μm偏振不灵敏半导体光放大器(SOA)。采用束传播法计算了偏离镜面垂直方向7°的埋层波导结构模式场分布,并用平面波展开法设计了多层抗反射膜,在TE模和TM模反射率同时小于10^-4时膜厚允许误差为3%。对放大自发发射谱(ASE)和增益谱的分析表明,他们具有基本一致的偏振灵敏度。对一腔长800μm的SOA在注入电流250mA时,测量得出TE模和TM模的ASE谱偏振灵敏度小于0.5dB,增益谱3dB带宽为63nm,1550nm处光纤到光纤增益为11.9dB,3dB饱和输出功率为5.6dB,在1570nm处的噪声指数为7.8dB。而一腔长1000μmSOA耦合封装后得到的最大增益为15dB

    本文采用共沉积法制备了以铜为基体的不同Cu/Ni比的Cu-Ni合金镀层,并用稳态极化法研究了这些镀层在使用硝基苯(NB)和1,5-二硝基蒽醌(1.5-DNA)制备对氨基苯酚(PAP)及1,5-二氨基-4,8-二羟基蒽醌(1,5-DA-4,8-DHA)等电化学还原过程中的阴极活性.研究表明,在PAP和1,5-DA-4,8-DHA电合成体系中,不同Cu/Ni比的合金阴极具有不同的交换电流密度(io)和表观活化能(EA),其中以0.05mol/LCuSO4·5H2O+0.6mol/LNiSO4·6H2O+0.25mol/LNa3Cit·2H2O组成的镀液,并在控制电流密度为0.6A·dm-2、pH值为6、体系温度为50℃等工艺条件下镀制的Cu-Ni合金试片(CN-30),具有最大的io和最小的EA值,与常规所用的Cu、Cu/Hg、蒙乃尔合金等阴极相比,CN-30试片的电极性能最佳CuNi alloy on the basis of copper at different ratio Cu/Ni are prepared by codepostion. The cathode activtiy of film are studied by steadystate polarization for electroreduction nitrobenzene (NB) and 1,5dinitroanthraquinone (1,5DNA) to paminophenol and 1,5diamino4,8dihydroanthraquinone respectly. The results show that the alloy cathodes at different ratio Cu/Ni have different exchange current density (io) and apparent activition energy (EA). The alloy (CN30) has maximal io and minimal EA by codeposition at the following conditions: electrolyte: 0.05 mol/L CuSO4·5H2O+0.6 mol/L NiSO4·6H2O+0.25 mol/L Na3Cit·2H2O; current density: 0.6 A/dm2 , pH=6, temperature at 50 ℃.     基于硫化物表面处理的InP/GaAs低温晶片键合

    提出一种新的基于硫化物表面处理的InP/GaAs低温晶片键合技术.在360℃的退火温度下,获得了1.2MPa的键合强度.基于这种低温键合技术,可将外延生长在InP衬底上的In0.53Ga0.47As/InP多量子阱(MQW)键合并转移到GaAs衬底上.X射线衍射表明量子阱的结构未受键合过程的影响.光致发光谱分析表明键合后量子阱的晶体质量略有改善.电流电压特性的测试表明n-InP/n-InP的键合界面具有良好的导电特性;在n-InP/n-GaAs 的键合界面存在着电荷势垒,这主要是由于键合界面存在GaAs氧化物薄层所致
