    根据"多元化—效率—绩效"的研究思路,经过对2000-2009年沪深两市三种不同类型的旅游上市公司多元化经营绩效进行实证分析。发现饭店类上市公司的相关多元化和绩效有显著的正相关关系;资源类旅游上市公司的相关多元化和绩效有显著的正相关关系,但是这种正相关关系并不是通过效率联结的;综合类旅游上市公司的相关多元化和绩效呈不显著负偏相关,通过效率也和绩效不显著偏相关,但是两者效果叠加则显著负相关

    人脸识别是近几年来非常受关注的研究课题之一,这一研究领域包括:图像处理、模式识别、计算机视觉、神经网络,心理学等多个交叉学科。人脸识别系统非常复杂,其中处理的对象都是人脸图像数据。从现实中获取的图像包含各种噪声信号,使图像数据和现实差距太大。为了快速有效的去除这些噪声信号,本文详细研究了各种去除噪声的方法和原理,通过试验以直观的方式研究几种去噪效果,指出各种方法的优缺点。提出了将小波去除噪声和特征提取相结合以及PCA在噪声去除和特征提取相结合的方法。Machine recognition of human face still and video im- ages is emerging an active research area including several disci- plines, such as: image processing, pattern recognition, computer vision, neural networks, psychology and so forth. The human face recognition system is complex which processes a large of image data. Obtained from reality environment, the images con- tain a lot of noise. In order to de- noise more effectively and quickly, several general de - noising methods and theories are carefully studied in the paper. Compared the methods through the experiences and got results, then, the advantage and disad- vantage of each method are pointed out. The edge and contour of human face is one of important feature. This paper studies the theory of edge detection and different kinds of arithmetical methods. The experiment results are used to confirm the different methods which are employed to test the edge detection results of the human face image. It discusses the consequence of detection when the threshold is varying and the possible factors, which makes the different results.     针对九龙江流域湖库化问题,确定湖库化河段判定标准,提出综合电站的概念,基于大量的实测数据进行水质模型的降解系数值k参数率定,以此为基础,提出湖库化河段水环境容量计算方法,对九龙江流域湖库化后的水环境容量核算开展研究,确定了流域河流湖库化对水环境容量计算的影响,湖库化河段的水环境容量,为流域的水环境容量总量控制和管理、决策提供科学的依据.According to the problem of reservoired in Jiulong River basin,the judgment standard of reservoired river was determined,and the concept of integrate hydropower station was presented.Then,the parameter value of degradation coefficient K was calibrated with water quality model based on a large number of measured data of water quality.On this basis,calculation method of water environmental capacity for reservoired river was proposed.Finally,research was carried on water environmental capacity accounting of reservoired river in Jiulong River basin.The results show the effect of reservoired on water environmental capacity calculation,and the water environmental capacity of reservoired river,which provided scientific basis for the total emission control,management and decision-making of water environmental capacity in Jiulong River basin.福建省环保资助项目(ZLT0903); 福建省科技重大专项(2013YZ001-1

    First-Principles Study of Effect of Strain on the Band Structure of ZnO Monolayer

    采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算对单层znO薄膜能带结构的应变调控进行了研究.计算结果表明:沿着之字形方向的压缩应变和扶椅形方向的拉伸应变对薄膜带隙的调控都是线性的,而且带隙调控的范围最大;相反地,在沿着之字形方向的拉伸应变和扶椅形方向的压缩应变的调控下,带隙则呈现出非线性的变化.对于双轴应变的拉伸与压缩,带隙的变化都是非线性的.这种通过不同的应变加载方式来实现对带隙不同程度的调控,对znO薄膜在光学和催化等领域的应用具有重要的指导意义.The effect of strain on the band structure of the ZnO monolayer has been investigated by firstprinciples calculations based on density functional theory.The results reveal that the band structure of the ZnO monolayer presents different dependences on three types of strain.The band gap linearly and steeply varies under uniaxial zigzag compressive strain and armchair tensile strain, while it shows nonlinear dependence on the other types of strain.Therefore, uniaxial zigzag compressive strain and armchair tensile strain should be the most effective to tune the band gap.This work has significant implications for application of strain to tune the optical and catalytic properties of ZnO nanofilms.国家自然科学基金(10702056;11204252); 四川省教育厅(12ZA072)资助项目~

    Effects of Nd element addition on microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V-2Cr alloy

    本试验采用冷等静压法及粉末冶金法制备钛合金,消除了成分偏析对合金性能的影响。在Ti-6Al-4V-2Cr中加入稀土Nd元素并进行热处理,运用光学; 显微镜、XRD和TEM对其组织和性能进行观察和分析。通过观察发现合金的组织为均匀的alpha +; beta相。运用XRD和TEM观察发现,晶界和晶内均有Nd_2O_3析出物,Nd_2O_3的出现细化了晶粒,提高了形核率,降低了晶粒尺寸。运用精; 密万能试验机进行了力学性能测试,当Nd元素含量为1%时,合金的综合力学性能最好,合金的抗拉强度提高了10.7%,伸长率提高了49.1%。The Ti-6Al-4V-2Cr-xNd alloys were prepared by the cold isostatic; pressing method and powder metallurgy with addition of Nd element,the; effect of composition segregation on properties of the titanium alloy; was eliminated,and microstructure and the properties of the alloy after; heat treatment were studied by means of optical microscope,XRD and TEM.; The results show that the microstructure of the Ti-6Al-4V-2Cr-xNd is; composed of homogeneous alpha + beta phase. Nd_2O_3 precipitates are; observed in the grain boundaries and in the grains by XRD and TEM,and it; can refine the grains,increase the nucleation rate and decrease the; grain size. The optimal mechanical properties of the alloy are obtained; when the Nd content is 1%,and the tensile strength and elongation of the; alloy increase by 10.7% and 49.1%,respectively.军工863项目; 国防973支持项
