    NUP155 基因突变与不明原因夜间猝死综合征及心律失常的关联性

    【目的】研究中国汉族人群不明原因夜间猝死综合征(SUNDS)及心律失常病例中是否存在NUP155基因突变,并分析SUNDS及心律失常与NUP155基因突变的相关性。【方法】收集40例SUNDS案例和30例临床心律失常患者的外周血样本分别作为SUNDS组和临床组,以千人基因组数据库(1000Genomes)与ExAC数据库中东亚人群作为人群对照组。应用基因芯片测序和Sanger测序对收集到的70例样本进行NUP155基因变异检测,通过Pearson卡方检验或Fisher′s精确检验(α=0.05)分析NUP155基因突变与SUNDS及心律失常的相关性。【结果】共检测到4个非同义突变(NUP155 c.4051A>G,p.N1351D、NUP155 c.2995-3012delCCTGGTCCTCCAGTGTTG,p.P999-L1004del、NUP155 c.485G>T,p.162R>L、NUP155 c.485G>A,p.162R>Q),其中NUP155 c.2995-3012delCCTGGTCCTCCAGTGTTG,p.P999-L1004del和NUP155c.485G>T,p.R162L为新发现的突变。SUNDS样本与ExAC数据库东亚人群的NUP155cDNA第4051位碱基的构成比具有统计学差异(P<0.05),心律失常样本与ExAC数据库东亚人群的NUP155cDNA第485位碱基的构成比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。同时发现1个同义突变(NUP155c.516C>T)、1个位于内含子的突变以及6个内含子多态性位点。【结论】中国汉族人群SUNDS和心律失常病例中存在NUP155基因突变,NUP155基因突变与SUNDS和心律失常具有相关性

    A Rapid Screening Assay for Insecticidal Antibiotic Produced by Marine Actinomycetes

    报道了以卤虫为指示动物,采用双层琼脂扩散方法构建的一种杀虫微生物筛选模型。该模型具有灵敏度高,快速简便等优点,适合于海洋微生物杀虫活性物质的早期大量初筛工作。利用该模型对1240株分离于厦门海区潮间带的放线菌进行了初筛,杀虫阳性率为2.3%,展示了海洋微生物是杀虫活性物质研究和开发的重要来源。A rapid screening assay for insecticidal microorganisms is described in this paper. The double-layer agar and brine shrimp (Artemia salina ) used as bioassay, are involved. The assay is highly sensitive, and easy to operate, and is suitable for the early screening for insecticidal activity materials from marine microorganisms. 1240 cultures, isolated in the tidal zone of the Xiamen sea area, have been examined, and 2.3% is given as producing inseticidal activity materials. The present work indicates that marine microorganisms could be an important source of inseticidal activity substances

    含内构件的循环流化床的动态压力特性

    针对含内构件的循环流化床,以石英砂为物料,使用动态压力传感器测量了含内构件的流化床中气固两相流的动态压力,分析了床内的瞬时压力特性.结果表明,在进出口总压降中,文丘里压降最大,占主床压降的60%以上.表观气速和固体颗粒循环流率共同影响循环流化床内的压力特性.压力瞬时波动功率谱分析表明,压力波动对应一个主频,表观气速越小、颗粒循环流率越大时,压力波动越大,且循环流化床底部压力波动比上部大.加入内构件能有效引导气流,使流动更均匀

    工业烟气排放的汞严重危害人体健康及生态环境,金属硫化物是一种新型的高效汞吸附剂,受到广泛关注。本文总结了近年来金属硫化物应用于脱除烟气汞的研究进展。归纳了不同金属硫化物的吸附性能,并对影响吸附性能的常见因素进行了梳理,已有研究表明金属硫化物在复杂的反应条件下仍具有优异的脱汞性能;进一步归纳了金属硫化物的汞吸附机理;总结出活性位和比表面积的调控是当前强化金属硫化物汞吸附性能的常见方法;最后对金属硫化物的再生方法进行了介绍。基于当前研究进展,未来的研究应关注如何强化金属硫化物在高温下的脱汞性能,以及如何在低温条件下实现汞的脱附从而避免当前高温热脱附方法对金属硫化物结构的破坏

    半干法循环流化床脱硫反应器内构件研究进展

    常规脱硫反应器存在着床内气固流动不均匀、脱硫剂利用效率低等问题。安装内构件可以破碎气泡和颗粒团聚,改善流化质量,强化脱硫反应器内的气固传质和反应过程,提高脱硫效率。本文介绍了近年来半干法循环流化床脱硫反应器内构件的研究现状,主要介绍了惯性式内构件、钝体式内构件、孔板式内构件、复合型内构件;阐述了各种内构件的形式及特点,其中惯性式内构件能够强化气固分离,但不能优化流场;钝体式内构件能够增强反应器内气固湍动程度,但对轴向混合影响不大;孔板式内构件能够均布流场,但易堵塞;复合内构件能够改善流化性能,强化气固接触,但床层压降较高。通过对装有不同内构件的循环流化床脱硫反应器中气固两相流动特点的分析,指明了各类内构件对流化床内气固流动的作用原理及优缺点,综合床层压降及颗粒浓度分布,并根据现有流化床脱硫反应器内构件特点提出了促进气固高效接触、降低床层压降等新型内构件的开发方向

    Study of Antitumor Activity and Cultivate Condition of Lignicolous Marine Fungi

    对从厦门海沧及漳州浮宫的红树林生态区分离到的177株海洋木栖真菌用MTT法进行抗肿瘤活性的测定,获得具有抗肿瘤活性的菌株共44株,占总受试菌株的24.9%,其中对KB瘤株有抑制作用的有12株,对Raji瘤株有抑制作用的菌株有43株,对这两种肿瘤细胞均有抑制作用的菌株有11株.并且考察了其中6株海洋木栖真菌在纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、淀粉和蔗糖为碳源的生物量和抗肿瘤活性,结果表明海洋木栖真菌在不同营养条件下的菌体生物量及代谢产物的抗肿瘤活性均存在差异,部分菌株在纤维素为碳源时,有最高的生物量和抗肿瘤活性,PDB培养基不宜作为抗肿瘤活性测定或生产发酵的基质.Marine microorganisms have become an important source of pharmacologically active metabolites.More specially, fungi from marine environment have shown great potential.In this investigation,we focused on screening lignicolous marine fungi with antitumor activity,the data of which can be given to the future research of bioactive metabolizes as references.177 strains of lignicolous marine fungi were isolated from mangrove debris and other submerged wood panels which were collected from the intertidal zone around Xiamen.By using two cell line panels and MTT assay,24.9% of all strains have the antitumor activity.Among them,12 strains show antitumor activity against KB cell line,43 against Raji cell line and 11 against both KB cell and Raji cell line and 15 strains can inhabit the growth of KB or Raji cell line (ID_(50)>60).Meanwhile,6 strains were picked out for the research of cultivation condition in different media.The results show that distinctions exist not only in the products,but the antitumor activity.Some strains growing in cellulose medium have the highest biomass and antitumor activity.In addition,the results indicate that PDB is not a suitable medium for antitumor activity screening.国家“863”计划项目(2001AA620401)资

    Study on antimicrobial activities of marine lignicolous fungi

    从福建厦门海沧、集美及漳州浮宫等地采集到的红树林等海洋潮间带的各种腐木样品中分离得到176株海洋木栖真菌,对其进行抗菌活性检测.其结果表明共有96株海洋木栖真菌对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌及白色假丝酵母中的一种或多种拮抗指示菌具有抑制作用,占供测菌株总数的54.5%.在这些活性菌株中,红树源菌株拮抗比例为30.2%,非红树源菌株拮抗比例为69.8%.具有抗菌活性的菌株主要分布于15个属中,包括木霉Trichoderma、青霉Penicillium、拟青霉Paecilomyces和一些不产孢的分类群.某些稀有真菌如盘多毛孢Pestalotia、茎点霉Phoma也具有一定的抗菌活性.One hundred and seventy-six strains of marine lignicolous fungi wereisolated from mangrove debris and other submerged wood panels which were collected from the intertidal zone around Xiamen for detection of the antimicobial activity. The results showed that ninety-six strains of the fungihave antagonism against one or more indicators, such as Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis and Candida albicans. The ratio of active fungi to thetotal isolates is 54.5%, which consists of 30.2% from mangrove debris and 69.8%from other materials. The active marine lignicolous fungi were identified as 15genera, most of which belong to Trichoderma sp., Penicillium sp. and Paecilomyces sp. and some sporeless class.
